Carl Nelson Photography

Carl Nelson was my photographer recently and he did a wonderful job! I love all of the pictures and he really captured everything. Most of the time I didn't even realize he was there, but he covered everything beautifully! He is very nice and calm, which is great when everything else is a bit hectic!

After interviewing several photographers, my husband and I chose to work with Carl Nelson of Nelson Photography, and we are so glad that we did! He was such a pleasure to work with every step of the way and I am thrilled with the pictures he took! I’ve had so many people say how much they love the pictures as well. He did our engagement pictures and helped us get used to him and to having our pictures taken, and the results were fantastic. I'm so pleased with the both our engagement and our wedding pictures - so many beautiful shots, both posed formals and candids, to remember our special day. The hardest part was narrowing them down and choosing which ones to purchase and include in the Art Book. Carl is down to earth and easy going and managed to take so many wonderful pictures with very little interference. He got all of our formal shots done quickly and had everyone looking great. He helped me, my husband, and our families and friends relax and focus on enjoying the day. He was always responsive and easy to get in touch with, and he was responsive to our requests and wishes as well. There were a couple different shots I requested on the day of the wedding, and he was glad to do them and enthusiastic about them. If you want to photographer that will take beautiful pictures and who is incredibly pleasant to work with, I highly recommend Carl Nelson!

Carl Nelson takes excellent pictures. He can be a bit of an avoider - meaning he screens his calls and sometimes doesn't answer emails. I was pleased with his work although he did not entirely stick to his deadline. Individual pictures are quite pricey from him.

We used Nelson Photography for a wedding this past March. The pictures were more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Nelson Photography created a wonderful wedding album as well, much prettier than ones I have seen in the past. They had wonderful personalities, and they were always very professional. I only wish I lived in the Atlanta area, so I could use them more!
