Carley is a true gem!! Working with Carley was such a delight and made the wedding planning process so seamless. She and I worked together for 16 months and from the very beginning...
to the very end she was extremely organized, efficient, and positive.
Every time I met with her, I always had several questions/concerns for her and she took time to walk me through each question/concern and made sure my nerves were put to rest before moving on. She really focused on what was important to me, my visions and dreams and did everything she could to make them become a reality, and in the end my wedding weekend was even more than my husband and I could have ever dreamed of!
On our wedding day, Carley and her husband Chris were the most amazing duo. They were extremely organized and calm. They were extremely intentional in their words of encouragement and helped in more ways than I can explain. I met Chris the night of the rehearsal and by the end of my wedding it felt like he had been a part of the planning since the very beginning.
I cannot speak more highly of Carley and recommend her to any Bride/Groom that wants their dreams and visions to become a reality!
As the mother of the bride, working with Carley was a true delight. Carley is the voice of calm throughout the entire process. She truly focussed on what my daughter wanted for her...
vision. The day of the wedding Carley was absolutely amazing. She was organized, efficient, and again, a very calm presence that helped everyone just relax and enjoy the day!
Lastly, our transportation for all of our guests to the reception fell through 2 1/2 weeks prior to the ceremony. Most vendors were already booked and Carley found the perfect replacements at a fraction of the cost that either my daughter could find!!
I cannot speak highly enough of the services that Carley provided for us as our wedding planner. My [now] husband and I frequently joked throughout our wedding planning process tha...
t aside from choosing each other to marry, Carley was the best decision we made! Carley went above and beyond for us and helped us out of several wedding "surprises", including finding us an incredible wedding photographer weeks before the wedding when ours had to cancel for medical reasons, avoiding a sudden and significant up-charge from our caterer, and helped us navigate vendors that were difficult for us to get in contact with. She is so well connected within the wedding community and is able to approach each unique situation with ideas that complement her clients' wishes. Having a planner that truly cares for and advocates for their clients makes the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. Carley has the most radiant and positive spirit, which is what any soon-to-be newlyweds need when it comes to navigating the marriage process!
Carley was a delight to work with, and I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her hard work and help. From the first zoom meeting I knew that she wo...
uld be amazing at her job, and it truly showed how much she enjoys it and care about her work. She was very responsive and had great advice and tips throughout the planning process. We got her day-of coordinator package but she was helpful many months before the wedding day with suggestions and just checking it to see how everything was coming along. She took all of our wants and needs into account and was so sweet and encouraging when we had hiccups along the way. We had multiple meetings with her throughout the planning process to make sure we were all on the same page design and schedule wise, she wanted to make sure nothing was falling through the cracks. The day of our wedding she got straight to work at our venue and made sure everything was how we envisioned. We even had an issue with another vendor on the day and she handled it completely, wouldn't even let us near it. We were so lucky to have her and her assistant with us on our wedding day and we highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the area!
We had the privilege of working with Carley for a wedding at Big Spring Farm recently. It was our first time working together as caterer and coordinator. I cannot say enough comp...
limentary things about Carley. She was organized, enthusiastic, communicative and always had a positive/friendly attitude. And as part of a vendor team, I cannot state how very important all of those qualities are in having a successful and stress free wedding for our couples. I will gladly work with Carley anytime and cannot wait for the next opportunity. You cannot go wrong having her as your coordinator!!
I am so grateful to Carley for making the most special day of my life completely stress-free, not only stress-free for myself, but for all my loved ones who were involved with the ...
celebration. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Whenever I had a question, she had an answer. Whenever I had a concern, she had a solution. She was also always readily available and a quick responder whenever I had a question pop up. Her very calm, sweet demeanor definitely helped me to stay reserved :)
To sum it all up, I could not have imagined my wedding day going any more smoothly. At the end of the day, I can honestly say it could not have been possible without Carley.
Her punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness was absolutely wonderful!
I know she will continue to make many more beautiful couple's days all the more special!
There are no amount of words that could ever fully express how truly valuable Carley was in our daughters wedding at Big Spring Farm in Lexington Va. From start to finish she was ...
absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond in every way. Due to Covid we rescheduled this day multiple times. Carley was always so organized and completely on top of things. She never hesitated to help in any way needed and that meant so much to us. As the Mother of the Bride, she not only was there for Chelsea and Sam, but 100 % always there for me as well. We will be forever grateful for all her love, encouragement and support during the past year and a half ( due to Covid that’s how long it took) the day was beautiful and seamless because of Carley. Her husband Chris helps the day of. He literally drove an hour, both ways, there and back to pick up all of the flowers so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. He also personally checked on my husband the entire evening because he wasn’t feeling his best. They’re an amazing team. We couldn’t have been happier and feel like Carley became a part of our family, which is such a testament to how she made us feel. She’s the absolute BEST, genuinely cares and is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet💕❤️

e was very informative before and during the wedding which made my job 1000% easier that day.
I don’t know how she did it but every time I needed her for something she was right there or close by ready to help. That is just what an experienced planner does I suppose?? I am so appreciative of her intentional communication before, during, and after the wedding day.
As a wedding photographer that communication is truly what makes or breaks a wedding day!! So I hope to work with her again soon and cannot recommend her enough if you are in need of a wedding planner!!
As the MOG, mother of the groom, I did not have a very large role in planning the wedding and I admit that I was a bit skeptical when my son told me that they had hired a wedding p...
lanner. On the night of the rehearsal, where I first met Carley, all of that doubt went away. Carley, her husband and their team kept us organized and on schedule, did a lot of the heavy lifting of setting up and tearing down and most importantly allowed us to just relax and enjoy the day. They exemplified servant hearts and by the end of the weekend they felt like friends. I would 100% recommend Carley and her team!
When we got engaged, I knew exactly who I wanted for a wedding planner—Carley. We ended up having a wedding weekend (two ceremonies/two receptions) as we were celebrating two cultu...
res. Carley was always there and no detail was left unchecked. She has such a caring and beautiful nature and always made us feel like family, while really listening to our wants and needs. Even in the midst of a global pandemic, Carley walked us through our options and listened to our concerns with grace and support. We absolutely love Carley and know that our wedding weekend would not have been as special without her guiding hand and expertise. We are so grateful!
We recently had our wedding at the Taubman Museum and while we did not use Carley Elizabeth Weddings as our wedding planner / coordinator, Carley was our primary Taubman contact an...
d events coordinator until the week before our wedding. Sadly for us, she branched out on her own before our big day, but she did an absolutely amazing job helping us plan the event before she left. She was very responsive during the planning process and made excellent recommendations along the way. Before she left, she made certain all of our details were finalized and our new events coordinator was fully up to speed. Our wedding and reception went perfectly and Carley deserves a lot of credit for helping make that happen. We certainly missed her being there and can’t recommend her enough.
Carley Elizabeth Weddings did a FANTASTIC job with our wedding! During the planning process, Carley was extremely organized, encouraging and professional. She was attentive to all ...
requests made by the bride and groom and did everything in her power to ensure it was the day of our dreams. She consistently followed up with vendors and was available to answer questions, making us feel like a top priority. She and her team’s preparation made the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception flawless. Because she was involved with the planning process, every detail was executed to perfection. Carley developed a detailed timeline for our events to keep all vendors, guests and bridal party members informed. This allowed everything to run smoothly and in a timely manner. Our wedding weekend would have been nowhere as perfect had it not been for the extraordinary help from Carley Elizabeth Weddings. We knew everything was taken care of, which allowed for us to relax with family and friends. We can’t thank them enough for helping make our day so special! We would highly recommend Carley Elizabeth Weddings to any couple that wants a great wedding weekend!
I originally thought that we didn’t need a wedding planner and that I could do everything myself, but we decided to hire one just in case. Now 2 weeks after my wedding, I can’t eve...
n imagine what the weekend would have been like if we hadn’t hired Carley. There were so many details that I hadn’t thought of that she completely took care of. She coordinated our rehearsal and the entirety of our wedding day (she handed out paper timelines to the wedding party so everyone knew what was going on and when).
The ceremony and reception were at different locations, and she made sure all guests made it from place to place (including myself). When it was time to move on to the next big thing (bouquet toss, etc) she would always ask me if we were ready before moving on.
It was so nice to have someone there to remind us of the schedule but not push us. It was also so peaceful and reliving to know that she was there keeping track of time and details so that we could enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything else at all.
If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I highly recommend that you do. It was such a great decision, and we absolutely recommend Carley. She made sure that we were happy and comfortable the entire weekend. Thank you, Carley!
Carley is truly an angel! I can’t imagine not having her for our daughter’s wedding!! She was a master at keeping everything and everyone on track, dealing with any and every issue...
, providing calm and reassurance, PLUS she has the best personality! She is a perfect fit for this business. She pulled off a Hallmark wedding in the middle of a pandemic. She’s a complete gem! ♥️

ate. Carley came on board, and it was clear the updated event was in wonderful hands. Traveling in from out of town requires details, logistics, and creative planning. Carley took care of everything and then some! Kind, gracious, and on top of every detail - that was our experience with Carley! We cannot thank her enough for her support and navigation. 10 stars for Carley Elizabeth Weddings!
