Carlisle Country Club

My husband and I got married in September 2015 and we couldn't have been happier with our reception decision. From step one the banquet coordinator, Cathy, was amazing. There were so many bar and food options that we were able to stay under budget and still serve our attendees the creme de la creme. Every detail was so miticulously executed that we couldn't have asked for more. We ended up going with the open beer and wine bar and plated meals which were a complete hit. We still get compliments on the NY strips and mini beef wellingtons to this day. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. There was a point in the beginning where my husband and I were doing the meet-and-greeting portion of the reception where we didn't have time to refresh our drinks or indulge in the hor deveours. Barb made sure our drinks were full and even went out of her way to make a plate of hor deveours for us so we were satisfied without asking! The staff was so tentative in making sure that our big day was special. I give so much thanks to the club and staff for making our day so effortless and glamourous at the same time and would recommend the CCC to anyone who expects "above-par"(golf pun) results.
