The food at Cypress Catering Company was amazing for our wedding! Staff was great, and Alex was extremely professional!

The food was amazing! Our beef and chicken fajitas were very tender and flavorful. We had plenty of food for everyone to get seconds, and had lots of leftovers to make chicken quesadillas the next day. We worked closely with Alex and he was very professional. He did a great job and I highly recommend Cypress Catering Company!

Everyone raved about how great the BBQ was and where we got it from. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone. We eat at the restaurant also, everything there is great!

My husband and I are very simple, rustic/country people, so our perfect wedding meal option was good ole BBQ! We researched numerous BBQ caterers in the Houston area. While we weren't trying to be cheap, we didn't want to spend a fortune either. We couldn't believe when we checked with Carl's BBQ and for our 300 guestimated people our quote was $6 per plate for two meats (and that's with chicken which was about 50 cents more!), three sides (and they have a lot to choose from!), pickles, onions, bread, BBQ sauce, and tea! We also added peach cobbler, which was our main dessert as we did not have a cake, so it was just a few cents more on top of the $6. We had Carl's BBQ prior to this and knew it was good, so we booked them. And we were not disappointed! We had brisket, chicken, potato salad, their hot potatoes (which are cheesy and buttery) and beans and they were all excellent! Tasted so good, so tender. The peach cobbler was a hit as well!!! We have had a ton of people tell us how great their food was and how they will now use Carl's to cater family functions and such as opposed to other BBQ caterers they have used in the past because Carl's has a better price and better quality! We highly recommend Carl's BBQ and will definitely use them in the future for anything we need catered!
