Carly was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. She was so much fun and very skilled at herding the cats. When you have that much family and wedding party...you need a strong director. Carly kept things running so smoothly and perfectly on time. She was so fast getting everything back to us, every communication email and all the photos. She's fun and professional, and her photographs are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Carly is, hands down, the greatest photographer of all time. She has the kindest and most fun nature, which really helps put you at ease for photos. But not only that, she has a great eye for photography, style, and her editing is on point. Going into selecting vendors, I wanted our photos to not just capture our day but also be beautiful in their own right. Carly made that happen. She also made sure that we had a second shooter to cover big moments, our timeline covered everything my fiancé and I wanted recorded, and she kept everything running smoothly. Also, huge props to her second shooter who’s name I sadly forgot. My fiancé and his guys really appreciated that, while photographing them, she took the lead on helping them figure out their pocket squares. Just everything about Carly, her associates, and her business is top notch. I cannot recommend her enough and it was such an amazing experience working with her.

Carly made us feel so at ease, happy and smiley all day for our wedding!! She keeps you laughing, communicates really well and is just like sunshine in human form. I love her photography and creativity. My husband and I don’t take a ton of photos and really appreciated all of her direction. She also photographed my sisters wedding! I cannot recommend Carly and her team enough!!

These photographers were PERFECT. They really worked with us when we had to postpone the wedding due to corona and we’re amazing when the day finally came. We got the preview photos and it only led to us wanting more!! Pictures are so fun and exactly what we wanted.. highly recommend!!

Carly is simply AMAZING. Her positive vibes and uplifting energy are exactly what every bride needs surrounding her on her wedding day! My wedding timeline got all messed up, and she ended up staying an hour and a half later than she was supposed to in order to get all the shots I wanted. She also took the time at the reception to pull every couple aside and get a professional shot of them-how sweet! I trust this woman with my life and know our photography will turn out stunning.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Carly when she photographed my cousins wedding a few years back. Her work is so phenomenal we still have those pictures displayed around our home, some of which are my favorite pictures. I knew when it came time for my wedding Carly would be the photographer I would want for the most important day of my life. Fast forward a few years later and no more than a week after I was engaged I contacted her right away. Working with Carly has been a pleasure to say the least! She’s professional, flexible, genuinely kind, and most importantly honest- which in my opinion is the most important quality for any wedding vendor. When it came time to chose our wedding package we discussed my vision and what she can do to work within my budget. Carly understood my what I was looking for and suggested awesome packages one which included an engagement session. We had our engagement pictures done in the fall where she took the most STUNNING (emphasis on stunning) pictures I’ve ever seen. She has an eye for capturing moments you wouldn’t think to photograph and she blew us away! This made our save the dates and our website even more unique to who we are as a couple which to me was important. I still am receiving compliments to this day on them! I am beyond excited for our big day this fall and I know what phenomenal work Carly will do to make our big day come to life for years to come.

Carly was amazing to work with! From wrangling our overly-excited puppy during our engagement shoot, to providing clear, concise direction on our wedding day with her team, to delivering AMAZING images we will treasure for years to come - she’s the total package in a photographer. We felt so comfortable with her from the very first phone conversation, and she even recommended our florist! Carly and her team were like fairy godmothers during our wedding, getting our bridal party and families in line and providing emergency Shout wipes that absolutely saved the day. It was basically like having a second set of event planners on hand. Carly’s bubbly, positive energy is simply infectious. She also has zero qualms about literally stopping traffic in order to get THE perfect shot.

Carly was absolutely incredible! She was so energetic and is fantastic at what she does. She was like a ninja during the wedding reception and after the ceremony it was freezing and she worked so efficiently so that people were outside for as little time as possible. She was also the one that showed me how to carry my dress around and the best way to walk and even get lipstick off of my teeth. Genuinely a life saver. Carly is an absolute professional and sent us four amazing pictures as a preview and now my husband and I are on the edge of our seats waiting for the rest. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend that you do too.

Like all newly-engaged couples, we wanted our wedding (and engagement) photos to be absolutely perfect. Carly did just that! Starting from our first phone conversation, I felt completely comfortable with Carly. She knows just want to say to make you smile, calm you down when you have pre-wedding jitters, and make you feel perfectly at home in front of a camera. We are not models and being in front of a camera is relatively awkward for us. Carly and her team made it fun and very natural. From day one, she coordinated with us from across the country (we live in Hawaii) and did everything in her power to make it a stress-free planning process. Between Carly and her team, they had every angle and time covered from Getting-Ready to our Reception Exit. We were able to take all the photos we wanted and ENJOY every minute of our wedding! Carly photographed our elopement. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She captured our ceremony perfectly, was amazing at getting our families wrangled for photos, and she has a special talent for getting the most shy of subjects to let loose and have fun. I hired Carly Fuller Photography for my intimate wedding ceremony in Annapolis, MD. Caitlin was our photographer for the day and she was AMAZING to work with!! She catered to our every need and took absolutely beautiful photos we will forever cherish. A moment that will stick with me forever was when Caitlin arrived, my mother and I were frantically trying to get my hair ready for the ceremony since I last minute decided to cancel my hair stylist appointment. Caitlin jumped to the rescue to help us come up with style just before capturing photos of us getting ready. Just one example of how she went above and beyond for our day! Although I didn't work with Carly in person she was amazing to work with via phone and email. She made everything easy, was very professional, and I was shocked that my photos were ready in less than 10 days after the ceremony when I anticipated it taking weeks !!! (mind you, I only had 2.5 hour session- I think the average is 4-6 weeks). Carly Fuller was the photographer for our DC wedding during September 2018. She was amazing! We were looking for someone that would capture our day, be professional and of course give us many photos to treasure for years to come. Carly delivered this above and beyond! We began our relationship with a conversation where we told her about our lives, our relationship and who we were as a couple. We spoke with Carly about what kind of pictures we wanted, talked about our family that would attend and described our intimate ceremony. She helped us to create a timeline, a list of pictures and was open to some of our more creative ideas for moments to capture. Carly helped us to have a perfect day and we truly enjoyed working with her. She took charge in a good way when it came to my getting ready pictures with my mom - she was quick to act in my bridal suite - taking in the room, moving furniture and being self sufficient while I continued to get ready and have family time with those coming to visit me. Because of her keen eye and willingness to act we got amazing pictures. We were also worried about the weather on the day. She was open and helpful in coming up with a game plan that could change our outdoor ceremony. We lucked out on the day and the sun started to appear. We were so happy that we had Carly at that moment - she was able to help lead our driver to different areas around DC - again helping to capture amazing pictures with DC landmarks - exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day is one that we will never forget and a big part of that was having Carly with us. We loved working with her and I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone who needs a photographer!

Carly did such a great job taking our engagement photos in downtown Annapolis! She has such a fun personality and we laughed so much! Thank you for capturing this special time in our lives, we’ll cherish these pictures!

We were so fortunate to have Carly take our engagement and wedding day photos. She first joined us last spring to take engagement photos on a dog-friendly beach and then around downtown Annapolis. In addition to the outcome of incredible photos, Carly’s energetic spirit made the whole experience while taking photos comfortable and fun and we instantly hoped she’d be able to join us for our wedding day. My husband couldn’t stop telling people that Carly “stopped traffic” downtown in order to get the perfect photo. Fast forward to December and Carly traveled to Cape Cod for our wedding. She arrived the day before and found the perfect private beach where we could take photos the next day. The fact that my husband was looking forward to taking photos again since we’d be working with Carly was priceless. Carly is extremely hard working, personable and has an incredible eye. We love the way she got to know everyone she would be working with throughout the day (including our pup!) and made taking photos in 15 degrees fun for all. She didn’t stop from the moment she arrived on the wedding day until the moment she left when she surprised us with her camera set up outside to capture the perfect moment in the nighttime snowfall. We loved sharing Carly’s blog post with our family and friends and were thrilled with our entire library of images when they arrived shortly after. We are so thankful to have had our memories captured by Carly and would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Carly!!

Carly was amazing to work with. She captured both our engagement and wedding photos. She made the engagement shoot so much fun even though my now husband and I were nervous and felt awkward in front of the camera. Her talent in capturing sweet reactions and candid moments resulted in dreamy photos even with our quirky, awkward ways! On our wedding day, Carly was focused, professional and attentive behind the lens and so much fun during all the bits in between. Throughout the course of the day, Carly continued to bring enthusiasm in capturing our wedding which resulted in us having gorgeous images that are special, personal and fun! We did not want our wedding photos to be generic, awkward and filled with forced smiles and Carly did not disappoint. With Carly’s talent and passion, she was able to capture real moments and all the emotions of the day. Carly was so great to work with and her pictures turned out wonderful! She got us comfortable with the camera during an engagement shoot about a year before the wedding, and got to know our style and what photos we liked/disliked. She also asks ahead of time for the photos you would like to take at the wedding, and isn't intrusive during the reception but manages to still get great photos. Very happy with everything!

I am so happy with my photos! She was such a wonderful person to work with. She managed my HUGE bridal party on time. Her photos came out beautifully in every light and sky cover. She worked with my last minute questions with grace. I think we would be friends if I met her outside of wedding planning. I could not have asked for a better photographer. What matters most? Had a lot happen around the wedding so did not get the opportunity to submit reviews. This review is long overdue but SO well deserved. Carly Fuller is amazing ( I cannot thank you enough Carly) You will not find another photographer that comes close to her talent. Since my wedding I have seen numerous wedding photos from family and friends weddings and none of them capture the day and the special moments like she did. It is just amazing what she does. Everyone who views my photos are in awe of how perfect she captured our one and only special day. She is worth every dollar spent if you want the best memories to last a lifetime. As I work on our wedding photo books for us and our family members (which are WAY overdue) I feel like I am reliving this day. BTW I highly recommend getting the package with the album included as I am now creating ours over 3 years later :)

An elopement is such a small but personal event. We only had ourselves and our officiant and Carly was a true professional. The venue was very artistic and she captured the essence of us and the venue altogether. We loved our photos and let me tell you my husband is not one for photos. Carly got him to loosen up and we had a great time. Finally for the photos we got she provided very affordable pricing.

We cannot say enough fabulous things about Carly Fuller Photography. Carly had photographed my older sister's wedding seven years ago and did such a wonderful job that we asked her to do ours. Carly and Wendy photographed our wedding together, and the photos were better than I ever imagined. The lighting, posing and creativity were amazing. Carly did an awesome job capturing the best parts of our wedding and we haven't even seen all the photos yet. I would highly recommend Carly for your PA or destination wedding. She and Wendy traveled all the way to Williamsburg for our wedding and were fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and ABSOLUTELY worth it.

When my husband and I first started planning our wedding, one of the first vendors I knew I wanted to snag was Carly. She photographed my friend's wedding a few years earlier, and at the time, I remarked how great all of her photos turned out. There are definitely cheaper photographers out there, but you get what you pay for, and a talented and professional photographer is well worth the expense- you only have one chance to capture amazing memories that you'll look back on for a lifetime. Once we sat down with her, it was clear we made the right choice because the three of us got along so well. Our wedding was not going to be very traditional since we decided on an elegant Halloween theme, and she was so excited about all of our fun ideas. We immediately started brainstorming an appropriate engagement shoot location. She is adorable and fun and filled with great energy. We live in NY, but the wedding was in MD, and she worked with us to find dates to meet and do the engagement shoot via email no problem. Her communication was seamless, and she helped us find a DJ and florist that would work with our needs and budget. On the day of, she made sure we got all of the shots we wanted and knew how to pose everyone to look their best. She even got my dad to smile in more than one picture, which is pretty amazing, believe me. Our photos are really beautiful, even despite the rain, and I'm already thinking to myself, what kind of event we could have just to be able to work with her again.

Carly was absolutely AMAZING. For both the engagement shoot and especially the wedding, she was professional, able to provide easy direction for formal photos/poses, switch tasks quickly (like switch from a formal shot to grab one of the kids playing), and above all, her energy and enthusiasm are apparent and contagious. She loves what she does and it shows. She gets you excited about the shoot. She captured all the photos we wanted, the little details, and especially at the reception, where things can get chaotic. She got everything. The quality of her work is STELLAR. We received our photos about 2.5 weeks after the wedding, and all the photos are beyond what we had hoped for. The level of detail, composition, and clarity in each photo is the best I have ever experienced. Carly is an absolute joy to work with, her work quality is absolutely SUPERB, and not only would I work with her again (in a heartbeat), but I will highly recommend her to any and everyone.

I just love Carly!! Her work is beautiful art! She was our wedding photographer! She is just so cheerful and sweet! I didn't even notice she as taking photos during the wedding ceremony!! The best ever is right! Carly has an awesome spirit and personality that works well with any crowd. Some (ok, all) of our stubborn groomsmen were giving her a hard time about photos and she was resilient! She was also spotted on the dance floor catching so many memorable moments for us in an unobtrusive way which was exactly what we were hoping for. We were SO lucky & happy to secure Carly for our wedding 6/6/15. We live in NYC and had our reception at the Four Seasons Baltimore. rom our first call with Carly she was responsive, professional and helped us select the best package for our interests/budget. An engagement shoot was included and we weren’t planning on doing one as we have busy jobs, but Carly let us know that she was going to be an NYC. She carved out a morning to do our engagement shoot on the Brooklyn Bridge. My hubby can sometimes be impatient, reserved w/strangers, & he was anxious about the idea of an engagmt. shoot. We met Carly that early at the BK Bridge & she had already been there scoping out the lighting and all the best spots around BK Bridge, City Hall & Seaport. Carly has this amazing energy & incredible way of immediately making you feel comfortable with her during the shoot. She had the best tips for making us pose naturally, avoiding awkward poses & made us really laugh! +2 hrs we had hundreds of amazing shots & my husband admitted to me he, "loved Carly". We were so thrilled with our choice. In days, we had a preview of photos & soon after, had all our photos available to DL/print/keep forever. We used an engagmt. shot for our Save the Date & got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS! Before June 6, Carly helped with all our questions, was organized, flexible w/timelines & last min tweaks. On June 6, Carly brought her fantastic energy & kept our big wedding parties smiling, laughing & looking their best for all shots! I got so many compliments on Carly, our photos & keep referring her to all that ask incl. NY friends. She was incredible & everybody loved her. She is THAT AWESOME! I can’t say enough amazing things about her & how much we LOVE our photos! She has incredible artistic talent, a professional eye & passion for photography & she has this unmatched energy, personable demeanor, & reminds you of that lifelong friend. We LOVE her! CARLY is the BEST and can't say enough good things about her (character minimum is too small)!

Carly is amazing! I am so glad that she was our wedding photographer. Her sense of humor put everyone at ease and she was a pleasure to work with. Carly was so helpful the day of my wedding as well. She has a lot of great wedding knowledge from helping us set up a hashtag for our wedding pictures to helping with a wedding dress closure right before the ceremony. Her work speaks for itself but let me just say that our experience was perfection. We will definitely be enlisting her services again!

I was lucky enough to have Carly as my wedding photographer back in December. She was FANTASTIC. As soon as she walked in the door it was like the life of the party arrived. She got everyone even more excited than we already were, started snapping photos immediately and was an absolute joy to be around. I had the best time clowning around in front of her camera and the resulting photos were better than I imagined they would be. I especially enjoyed the reception photos with our friends and family dancing with big smiles on their faces. Carly has an excellent eye for detail and has such a fun, outgoing personality. If you choose her as your photographer you'll be comfortable around her, she'll make you smile and you'll be so happy with the photos.

Amazing! That's the only word that comes to mind when describing Carly. Her bubbly personality made taking pictures so much fun! She has the ability to make you feel so comfortable when taking photos, which is a great thing to have in a photographer if you're camera shy like me. After meeting with her, we immediately knew she was the one (sounds so dramatic, but oh so true). She did our engagement photos in DC. It actually rained on the day we were first scheduled and she had no problem getting another date together so that we were able to get the pictures we wanted. She showed up at the wedding venue ahead of schedule to check the place out in order to determine the best spots for pictures. My family/guests at the wedding commented to me all night about how great she was and made them feel at home rather than in a photo studio, especially my granddad! He LOVED her! We got our pictures back way before we expected, just a few weeks and they were amazing! Her work is just outstanding and I feel privileged that we found her. Next step is babies for her to photograph!!! :)

Carly contributed to making my wedding a hit! Not only is she experienced, friendly, creative, and smart, she is also very intuitive to what the Bride and Groom are looking for from a photographer. She made what felt like might be a stressful part of the wedding more of an enjoyable experience. Carly makes her clients feel like family, but when need be, she gets down to business, making sure that all the perfect shots are being taken. She has a creative eye, and a professional demeanor. I could not have asked for a better photographer than Carly! Right off the bat she warmed up my anti social, engineer husband and had him feeling natural and cracking jokes... And that was only our interview meet up! She was just incredibly down to earth but has a terrific vision, was extremely responsive and the end product was incredible. Our entire party fell in love with her and warmed up right away during pictures! I'd say she was worth every penny and I'd use her again in a heartbeat!

Carly is an amazing photographer! My husband and I used her for our engagement photos and wedding photos and they turned out phenomenal! She is also very bubbly and fun to work with and makes everyone feel comfortable, but still extremely professional. Her prices are a little more expensive than some photographers but it is 100% worth it for the quality and experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

This vendor is a very good detail oriented individual. she takes time to do one on one consulting and very helpful in answering any questions. she gives so many options to help you capture your moment in a truly beautiful elegant and fun way.

Carly is the absolute best. I first met her for coffee and we talked for hours about not only the wedding but life in general. She took a ton of notes and showed real passion for her work and making my wedding photos the best she could. She traveled to meet us at the beach for our engagement shoot photos and they were like a dream. I still can't get over how beautiful they are and how natural they look considering we are not models by any means! She made my then fiancé and I feel so comfortable that I knew we were in good hands for the wedding day. Fast forward to our wedding and it was the most special day of our lives. I was extremely fortunate to have Carly photographing when my partner proposed to me this past July. Since it was a surprise, Carly played it very cool and caught every second of our engagement! I didn't even realize she was there! Her eye for the perfect picture is absolutely amazing and she was able to capture every emotion that I was feeling on that day. After the surprise was over she even took a few more pictures and I have never felt more comfortable in front of a camera. She made us laugh and put us in the right poses to help us feel like rockstars! As an LGBT couple, we rarely take intimate photos together. Carly made us feel so at ease and laid back that we had no problem showing our love for each other in front of the camera. Her images captured the love, surprise, and excitement of our engagement and I could not be more thankful for her!

Carly Fuller is a wonderful photographer! She is organized and knows how to work with all types of groups (ie parents, wedding party, getting people to relax or pay attention when needed). She's experienced and only takes on the amount of work she can handle (ie, she is timely in developing photos!). She gets the right information up front to ensure you have a great, relaxing day. I left a lot of decisions up to her and she captured all the moments that were important to me. The pictures came out beautiful!! I only wish I had taken one with her as well!!

Carly is the best of both worlds: she’s tons of fun to work with, and her photos are absolutely stunning! It’s so important to enjoy being around your photographer, and you’ll absolutely love working with Carly. She's energetic, upbeat, and one of those people you feel like you've known forever. Carly did an amazing job! My husband and I are both amateur photographers, so pictures were really important to us and we wanted somebody who would bring an artistic eye and would be better than what we could do ourselves. And we found her. First and foremost, Carly was a joy to work with. We took pictures around Annapolis between the ceremony and reception, and she made it so much fun. She also knew various locations that would photograph really well, and we -- and our wedding party -- had a ball. She was also really great with kids and coaxing smiles and good pictures out of my niece and nephews. She also took great candids throughout the reception, and yet still blended into the scenery and didn't distract from the event at all. Ultimately, tho, the proof was in the proofs - her pictures were fantastic. We have so many great pictures that it will be difficult narrowing it down for an album. You can certainly find photographers for less, but I think her fees are very competitive, esp in consideration of her quality. Photos are the one thing that lasts forever, so I really would not recommend skimping here. I strongly recommend Carly for a truly outstanding experience and photos!

This review is a long time coming, but Carly and her team are absolutely the best. I was new to the area and sifting through the internet profiles with all these photos that looked beautiful but all had the same poses and the same generic positive reviews, so we had no idea what to do. We made several appointments at different price ranges since we had no idea what the true difference was since they all seemed to offer the same service. So, we luckily made an appointment with Carly before anyone else. As soon as we met her my husband and I felt right at home, she is so bubbly and personable, and she explained everything that we would get, and, most importantly, emphasized how important the wedding experience was. Wanting to do our due diligence and see if we can save a little, we went to a big photography company open house a week later. It. Was. Awful. The photographers were harping all the couples for business and emphasized huge equipment at the ceremonies and promised to be right there with you at the altar to get the perfect shot, and that every photo would be very posed thinking that was what we wanted to hear. Needless to say, we booked Carly the next day. She emphasizes getting beautiful, natural-looking pictures without being right in the altar with you so she doesn't block your friends' and families' views of your special day. For the actual wedding, she did beautiful work. Her and her assistant (who I can't for the life of me remember his name, but he was fantastic as well) captured all the important family and bridal party shots as well as all the fun photos from the reception my husband and I missed while we were being whisked around by family. She and her assistant basically spent more than 10 hours with us and she was just a pleasure to work with, and so excited to be there! She truly loves what she does and it really sets her apart from all the rest. You should absolutely hire her if you can!!

Carly did both my engagement and wedding photos and I couldn't be happier with either. You can tell just talking to her that she loves photography and is definitely extremely talented. I felt beautiful during both shoots as Carly has a way about her where you just feel great as you are comfortable. I am not one who loves having my photograph taken so I definitely need encouragement and she is able to talk you through each shot. She lets you know when a position feels odd so you aren't confused why you are leaning forward or to the side at a weird angle. When the pictures come out they look great so all those positions are worth it. She was able to capture so much of what I wanted for the wedding and can't wait to put them all around the house!

Carly did our engagement photos the other week and it was such an amazing experience. My fiance is one of those awkward picture takers--anytime the camera comes out he freezes up and is incredibly uncomfortable. Carly helped him to feel 100% at ease and the results were fantastic! I love how natural and unposed the pictures came out and how she completely captured our relationship through those images. She was fun to work with and has an incredibly fast turn around time on her images. There was also some bad weather coming through the day we were supposed to take the pictures, so Carly offered to re-arrange her schedule for us and come a few hours early (we just beat the rain in the end). I can't recommend her enough!

Carly was recommended to us by our venue wedding coordinator and it was the BEST recommendation we received. From the first time we met with Carly she was friendly, professional, responsive, and wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful engagement session, which Carly agreed to reschedule for us at the very last minute so that we could do it when the Cherry Blossoms were in peak bloom, because she knew this was exactly what I wanted. The engagement pictures came out wonderfully, but nothing compares to the wedding pictures. They literally all came out beautifully, including the candids from our wedding reception. She was able to capture all of the happiness and love on that day perfectly and we have beautiful pictures to show for it. We have received numerous compliments on her photos and our family and guests absolutely loved working with her. She is friendly, outgoing and fun and makes the time fly by. We would absolutely use her again or refer her to other couples. Not only is she a wonderful photographer but her rates are extremely reasonable too. Carly was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! She arrived and seemed to fit right in with the family, every one loved her! There are few words that can express how incredibly happy I am with the photos from my wedding. I only wish I could give her more than just 5 stars. I've known Carly since high school, and it's wonderful to see how even more fantastic a photographer she has become. She is so professional and yet has a lovely casual quality about herself. Carly was my photographer for my wedding this past April. Carly was amazing! She is easy to work with, responsive, creative, flexible, and she listens well to requests. She was the only photographer we met with who showed up to the first meeting with her laptop to look up our wedding reception site, and was brainstorming for ideas that first meeting. Carly also did our engagement session, and I knew we hired the right photographer when we first saw those photos. She edits the photos and turns them around pretty quickly. We ordered a wedding album, and it's going to be very difficult to narrow down the photos we'd like included. Carly was punctual, and also helped me to stay on time to get to the church. She was very cognizant of the overall timeline, which is always helpful since there is so much going on around you. We wanted a combination of candid photos and more formal portraits for family photos. She did a great job at both types of photos, and really listened to what we wanted. My entire wedding party commented on how great Carly was - her overall persona, how she makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, her creativity in photos, and (most importantly) the final photos! It was important to us to have really nice, keepsake photos. Carly also tried very hard to make sure she caught photos of people important to us. Towards the end of our wedding reception, she double checked to make sure there were specific people we wanted photos of. She also had a variety of affordable packages, so you could customize your photo packages based upon your budget. Carly was definitely the best choice for us, and I'm very happy with the final product.

We had our wedding at the Grand Plaza and Carly was our photographer. She is dedicated and makes everyone feel comfortable. She will be our photographer for life. Her work is original and creative. She made sure everything was in order and helped make the day amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing and she jumped right in to make sure I wasn't stressed. Carly, girl you do great work! Carly had me at, “Meet up at a local coffee shop.” That’s when I knew Carly was ‘the one.’ I hadn’t even met her yet – and was ready to sign the contract. I already knew Carly was the perfect photographer when I went to her website, and the first song that played was by Jack Johnson, my (now) husband’s and my favorite shared modern musician. As the photo slideshow scrolled through, and every type of photo I imagined our engagement and wedding photos to look like were displayed, ones with emphasis on architecture and nature, fun angles, serious photos, silly photos, and real-moment photos, I panicked as I searched for her contact information and emailed her immediately. Had I waited too long for a photographer? September is a busy wedding month, will she be available? What will I do if she’s not, because she is THE one! When Carly replied to my email that she was available for our date and would like to meet [insert: at local coffee shop] I knew I didn’t even have to meet her in person. But when we did, she was SUCH a pleasure to meet with. I think we sat for almost 2 hours talking and looking at her spectacular photos. Her talent was there, and her bubbly personality a plus. The greens and purples of flowers budding was out-of-this-world amazing. We took photos at the spot where my husband proposed, and even found a burrowed out tree to sit in. We then drove to a town near us, and walked around downtown and near the water. Ok, so enough about my awesome engagement shoot! Carly made the whole experience fun, funny, and memorable. She told us how to stand, but at the same time let us act natural. Needless to say, we spent way too much time taking photos (was ok with me!). Did I also mention Carly was a ninja? Carly was AMAZING! She was by far one of my favorite vendors to work with. In the beginning she met with us and her personality was perfect especially to handle our 20 person weddings party. She was always available and quick to respond. Everyone loved her at the wedding and she even had pictures up on a slide show during the reception to show guests. Every photo was amazing and I was worried since it was raining that she wouldn't be able to get good shots. I will use her for any event that we need a photographer. Her prices are reasonable and even if they weren't I would have paid more because every picture was breathtaking! She is so talented and I have no fear will be hard to book soon because EVERYONE should use her!

In summary, Carly was fantastic! After checking out a few photographers and looking through a lot of portfolios, we contacted her to inquire about pricing and services included with the different packages she offers. She directed us to a personalized website she created for us with this information on it. When we made our decision, this login became the one we used to access our contract, invoice, and later, our survey to complete our shot sheet. It was super easy to navigate and kept things organized. Carly did our engagement session and was very friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Just watching her work, it was very apparent she is very good at what she does. She even had some of these photos featured on United with Love. She and Kristin (the second photographer we hired through CF Photography) did a great job taking photos during our ceremony without anyone noticing their presence. Carly did not mind at all when my mom wanted to add on 6-7 additional groups to the original shot sheet we had sent her. She also helped fix my now-husband and groomsmen's pocket squares, taught us all how to hold a bouquet the right way, directed my large family in a professional and efficient way, and was excellent with the kids in our group. Carly sent us a video collage of some of the photos to share with our friends and family as a preview 2 days after the wedding, as well as an email of what to expect in the coming weeks in terms of receiving our photos. I highly recommend her and would choose her all over again.

This is one of the one vendors you have to really make sure you select the right one and this Carly was certainly the right photographer to select. She has the right personality to really get everyone in the mood for photos even those posed photos that most people don't like to do! Even my husband who never smiles, she got him to smile in the pictures! She was accommodating in every way and you never even knew she was around taking pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

Carly shot our wedding on a cold gloomy rainy day in March. I can imagine as a photographer what a challenge it must have been to make a nasty day like that look beautiful to reflect the couples feelings about the day. She did such an amazing job. My husband and I highly recommend her to everyone we meet. My sister had wedding just 2 months prior and chose to go with Bella Photography and regrets the decision. She had to meet with 3 different photographers from start to finish and in the end was dissapointed that her photos didn't reflect them as a couple and her feelings about that day. As any bride can tell you so much goes into planning a wedding and you want every single detail captured to remember forever.
