Carmae Catering

We had the slow roasted beef brisket, baked chicken in sun dried tomato cream sauce, white truffle mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, mixed greens salad and freshly baked dinner rolls. We could not have more pleased with Carmae Catering.

Carmae is amazing such good food and the staff is so personable. We had them cater our wedding this summer and the chicken was outstanding. Highly recommend and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future

Carmae Catering is absolutely the best in the business! They catered my wedding last fall and we were extremely pleased with our food and service! The food was hot and the portion sizes were plenty! We can’t say enough about how great the staff was - they made our special day perfect!

Carmae took care of every detail of my wedding! Amazing staff and equally amazing food. They were easy to communicate with and attentive to every need. 10 out of 10!!

While our food was amazing their customer service was not. They delayed me by 45min & refused to let us in ( but food was outside separate from where we were & people could still enjoy appetizers and wait for food but not they refused. not sure why this was an issues) Reception from 6-10 we were delayed until 645pm. Many people left a a result of dinner not showing up until 730. They changed their excuses several times about the lateness. Behind the scenes my Wedding DJ & Wedding Photographer had problems with them being disrespectful & rude. Even later my wedding venue coordinator apologized on their behalf & said shes worked with them several times & never seem issues like this. I was very disappointed with the service & timeliness as it delayed my entire evening leaving many people ( 30 to be exact) leaving without food which goes into my budget. We chose buffet style and had 2 different options, they kept the vegan option away and many that had pre chosen that DIDNT even get it because they and me DIDNT know you had to request that specifially. Too exspensive, not professional and timiliness was horrible

They catered a wedding I photographed last month and they were 45 minutes late, we're supposed to have 2 separate entrees, a vegan and a roast beef meal. They had one entree and the person there as their representative argued with the coordinator about the time on the dinner contract. Just very unprofessional to me and the roast they served was 90% gristle. They didn't even serve us, they had a buffet style line up and the bride paid $2500 for their services.

I enjoyed working with Carmae. Liz was the main contact person. She is very friendly and helpful when providing her expertise as you make decisions. All of our guests loved the food--- beef brisket, pecan crusted chicken, green beans, salad, rolls, and a mashed potato bar. The guests really like the mashed potato bar. We also had quite a few children in attendance and they did a separate kids buffet that everyone raved about. Most of the time wedding reception food is bland. I thought our food tasted wonderful. In addition the value was great. I met with other caterers that were so much more expensive and had extremely high service fees. Carmae was very reasonable and provided awesome service to our guests including my request to have a buffet but with the salads served to the tables. Overall, I'm happy with my decision and would recommend them to other couples.

Company contact was unorganized; we had ordered chargers to use from them- they brought them with mold on them and they were all scratched up and then still expected us to use them; we had to mad dash around the day before the wedding to find 250 clean and usable chargers. Not a great experience. But the food is good.

The vegetable lasagna was possibly the best I have ever had! The food overall was amazing, well prepared and presented, and did not mimic a "bulk food." I have gotten many, many compliments on the food since the wedding!
