My husband and I are foodies and we wanted to be sure we had amazing tasting food at our wedding - Carmelita Catering delivered! They were able to pass out items from the Mexican menu during cocktail hour and then serve from the Americana menu for dinner - we have guests that are still talking about the amazing food. Some adjustments on the heat/spice level of some of the appetizers were made after we did a tasting - flexibility was greatly appreciated. It's so hard to choose what was our favorite food item that we selected to be served on our day because truly and honestly all of it tasted amazing - Great and prompt communication process leading up to our tasting, after our tasting and a month before the big day. One of our top and favorite vendors that we selected for our big day and we wish Karla and Jeremy the absolute best!

les with spicy honey and shrimp & grits - to an unlimited, authentic taco bar for our entrée, our guests have not stopped raving about how good the food was. This is not your normal wedding food! It's high quality and full of flavor. You can tell it is prepared with care. If I could have another wedding just to have this food again, it would be worth it. They completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

d knew that was what we were looking for! A caterer that not only had great food but also took pride in the set-up. We decided to go with the traditional Mexican menu- it did not disappoint! Everything tasted amazing! The presentation was beautiful, and the food was hot and fresh. Karla was also great about communicating needs throughout the process and sticking within our budget. She offered her advice based on what we were looking for which was much appreciated. Her staff was super friendly too! Several of our guests said that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding!

We ended up being a couple tables short for their set up, and they were able to roll with the punches and come up with a solution faster than we could. The entire staff were incredible during the day of the wedding. They set the tables beautifully, the detail they put into the drink station, Roger tap car, and cake table went above and beyond. All staff was helpful and friendly.
