I loved my experience with Carmen Fashions. Madalena was so friendly and knowledgeable in bridal dresses. They have a wide selection of dresses, do their tailoring in house, and it...
made the whole process stress free. We also got our bridesmaid dresses through them and they were amazing. I would recommend them for your dress needs.
I met the wonderful women of Carmen's at my very first bridal expo. I was so nervous to schedule a dress appointment. They made me feel so comfortable and excited to start the proc...
ess. I went one to have several unsuccessful dress appointments at other bridal salons. I could immediately tell the difference when we walked into Carmen's. Mary Jo was amazing and made myself and my party feel so welcomed and excited. She encouraged my party to find dresses they liked which is UNHEARD of at other boutiques. I found the perfect dress and happily said yes February 2019! Unfortunately due to COVID and famiyl cicumstances, we had to cancel my 2020 wedding. The ladies were so understanding and even held my dress safely until I rescheduled. When I FINALLY set a date for 2022 I think Mary Jo was just as excited as I was! These ladies make you feel like family and work so hard to make sure every detail is perfect. Alterations were included which I did not encounter anywhere else. I 100% highly recommend visiting Carmen's for your wedding dress, you will not be disappointed!
I was so happy with my experience from start to finish at this shop. They had designers/dresses that other bridal stores I called did not have. The staff was amazing from the sales...
people to the seamstress and made what could have been a very stressful experience comfortable and easy. When I bought my dress it included alterations in the price and I could not be more pleased with how my dress fit and looked when I picked it up for my wedding! I would highly recommend this shop for any bride who wants a more personal experience when dress shopping.
I loved working with the ladies at Carmen's Fashions!! They were wonderful and patient in helping me select my wedding dress. I must have tried on 15 dresses, and I ended up sleepi...
ng on it and coming back the next day, but they were so lovely. And then they were great doing all the alterations and prep work so that my dress was perfect and beautiful on my wedding day, not to mention holding the dress for a whole year due to COVID. It was sad to say goodbye that last time, knowing I wouldn't see them again (at least for a while). But I was so glad to have found this dress store and am thrilled with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Carmen Fashions Bridal! I was delighted with the attention and care that I received during my appointment. I went to a few othe...
r salons and nothing came close to the selection or the customer service of Carmen Fashions Bridal. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Mary Jo took the time to get to know me and ultimately picked a wild card dress that was nothing like what I thought wanted which ended up being perfect dress for my December wedding. If you live within several hours of Fall River, Massachusetts you definitely need to stop here when looking for the perfect dress!

one in other places. Their selection is beautiful and I found my dress after only having tried on a few. I was initially hesitant to go to a boutique for my wedding dress because of price, but they were actually right on par with chain stores. Plus FREE in-house alterations are included, which saved HUNDREDS. Also, they threw in a free headpiece because I picked out my dress the first day I went. I never felt like a number to them and they were super professional from start to finish. I am really happy I chose them. Everyone commented how how pretty my dress looked on my wedding day 8/18/18. Thank you Carmen’s for making me feel beautiful on my special day!

t experience with them in the past as a bridesmaid. The day I picked my dress, back in January, there was a huge blizzard . The ladies kept the store open for me as they knew I was traveling far. They made the whole process so easy for me and I couldn’t have done it without them! ❤️

helpful and actually listened to what I was looking for. Within an hour we had found the dress. I got so many compliments on the day of my wedding it was crazy. It was a unique style that they customized by adding straps and was perfect for me. Would recommend Carmen's to anyone.

re very picky for me and Madalina and Mary Jo are the most patient and caring duo who are perfect to help you look for the dress of your dreams. All I had to do was explain my style and show them some dresses on Pinterest and they knew exactly what I wanted. They work within your budget and truly care about you looking your best on your big day. They also include alterations which is very helpful especially with the bridesmaids. They became part of the family and are completely organized which is especially helpful when it comes down to the last few weeks when you really need it. I will refer anyone to Carmen's forever. This is the perfect place to find your dream dress. I've worked in the bridal business in other stores and I can promise you, no one, besides the bride's mom, will care more about you looking perfect on your big day.
Mary Jo and Magdalena know what they're doing. they are super sweet and don't rush or push you for a sale, which means alot. they also know how to handle bride moms which is awesom...

d been to before. I was looking for a specific dress and although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, they were able to find something from the same designer in a similar style that I fell in love with. I found my perfect dress there. My bridesmaids dresses and 2 Maid of honor dresses were spectacular. They accommodated my out of town bridesmaids which made the process much easier not only me, but for my bridesmaids as well. Also, they were super accommodating with my mom after we had a huge issue with another store that didn't order my moms dress and only told me 2 weeks before my wedding. They found a dress that my mom fell in love with and they did everything to make sure that the dress was perfect. Honestly, save yourself time and energy and consider getting everyone's dresses here. You won't be disappointed.
Went in to try wedding dresses and even though I didn't have an appointment they got me right in and were so helpful and sweet. I would recommend anyone to go check out the store j...

of my price range, she went to the back and found dresses that had been discontinued, in my size and in the style I liked. I found my dream dress for $500 and it fit wonderfully! I went back for my fittings just before the wedding and everything went great. I would absolutely recommend Carmen's when purchasing your wedding gown!

n't have asked for better service when it came to appointments and fittings.
I also chose my bridesmaids and maid of honor's dresses here and they did an amazing job helping me choose the right dress for my wedding.
Great service, great people, great dresses!
My dress meant alot since it was my mother's who had worn it back in 1968. The dress was getting to that yellowish coloring but when I brought it to Carmen's they did such an amazi...
ng job that I was speechless. The dress itself had to be replaced, the coloring too much, but the seamstress was incredible with the lace overlay. The new dress looked exactly like the original and I was a princess. Made my mother cry when she saw me in her dress. Best feeling.

ned at all. Although I only spent $400 on my dress so what could I expect?!?! You don't get the full 'trying on bridal gown' experience that you see in movies. I felt that it was kind of dirty and run down. But the people were very very nice.
The girls that help you find your dress are great. They really listen to what you want and what you like and don't like about each dress. They are also very easy to work with an...
d willing to help you out any way they can.;The seamstresses are not the best. I had 5 fittings before my bustle was done correctly.
The people were nice at first.;The salon lied to me about the dress that I ordered - they told me it was a new design for 2008 but it was really a 2005 dress. They sent me the f...
loor model (Size 14) instead of the Size 10 I thought I ordered and it was a disaster from that point forward. I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau but I would NOT recommend going to this salon.
