I met with Carmen she was the sweetest woman I have ever met, she works from home and in her office she has so many thank you notes from all of her clients. She has tons and tons of pictures of her work, which by the way are amazing! She loves what she does and it really shows in her work. I talked to her about my budget and she said she would work with me, she gave me suggestions to keep the costs down, she was very professional. The day of the wedding she delivered the flowers on time and stayed a while to make sure the flowers looked their best. When I showed up to the Gazebo, I was truly amazed at how beautiful the flower arrangement were and how beautiful my bridesmaids looked with their bouquets. I absolutely loved my bouquet, I only wish it could've lasted forever. Thank you Carmen for making my wedding unforgettable, your work is truly amazing, I will be sure to recommend everyone I know to you as you are a very genuine, honest and professional person. erstand exactly what you will be getting. I went to Carmen after speaking to another florist to see what she could do and how she could work with my budget. I spent about an hour with her our first meeting looking through photos and determining exactly what I wanted in my flowers. She had great ideas and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for (I had no idea what kinds of flowers I wanted). I went back the original florist I spoke with to get a quote on the ideas I came up with with Carmen. This other florist thought she had it all correct until I went to pay and she didn't include any roses in my bridesmaid's bouquets. It was 2 weeks before my wedding and I was without flowers because the original florist kept missing parts of my bouquets and charged an outrageous amount. I called Carmen 2 weeks before my wedding and spoke with her about what happened and was hoping that she could help me. THANKFULLY she said she could do it. She had already been booked for my wedding day but she said that as long as I picked them up, it was not a problem for her to do the flowers that we discussed. I sent in the check for the flowers and had my aunt pick up the flowers from Carmen on the day of my wedding. She gave us exact instructions on how to care for them before the wedding and when to cut the stems and all of that so that my flowers would stay fresh all night. When the flowers arrived at the venue, I was speechless. They were the most beautiful flowers I'd ever seen. I never thought they would have come looking as good as they did. I got a million compliments on the bouquets and am SO happy that I went with Carmen's Floral Designs to do my wedding! She's AMAZING! I got a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 groom boutonniere, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 1 father boutonniere, 2 mother corsages and 1 grandmother coursage and not a single one of them were wrong. She's amazing. The only problem that we had at all was 1 of the ribbons on the stem of a bridesmaid bouquet kept coming undone, but we were able to re-pin it and it wasn't a problem. Overall - Carmen is AMAZING! :)

we wanted to go with her or not. My husband and I have a flower (kind of like people have a song) and so we wanted to incorporate it in almost everything as well as keep the budget low. However, when talking with Carmen she did everything she could to try and make everything roses when we didn't want too many roses since they are rather expensive. She also gripped about how I wanted my girls to hold red flowers even though their dresses were red. We explained to her our color theme of the girls being red and the guys being gold and us being the mix, and so she begrudgingly accepted it but still continued to complain about it every time we went to talk about my girls' flowers. Also, when I looked at her website it said something about a complimentary bouquet to toss, but she said nothing about it in our meeting with her. Her attitude and contradictory remarks of how it's our wedding and should be what we want while complaining about everything and refusing to listen to us when we said we didn't want everything to be roses is what led us to not pick her.

She had great ideas and even made me a "fake" bouquet with my wedding colors for me to use during my bridal portraits so I wouldn't have to pay to have one made. It was beautiful and the real bouquet was even better. She is very sweet and really cares about her brides. I've told all of my friends that are getting married about her. I am so glad I found her! I got 2 alter pieces, my bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, one Jr bridesmaid bouquet, 6 mother/grandmother hand corsages, 10 boutonieres, 6 tall center pieces, 6 low centerpieces and 2 single roses for my house party. Everything was absolutely gorgeous!

ngs. Then I met with Carmen. She took the time to thoroughly understand the look I wanted to achieve on our wedding day, and gave me peace of mind that everything would be perfect. After meeting with several others, I can easily say that the value for the quality of service is wonderful. I never had to worry about anything with Carmen. The day of our wedding, I received a call from her saying that there was a major accident and she was forced to take an alternative route. As a result, she would be maybe 10 minutes late. She was extremely apologetic and wanted to make sure this did not cause me any stress. She certainly did not have call, and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have known if she was a few minutes late, but it just showed me that she truly strives to give her clients the best service and make her portion of her client’s special day as seamless as possible.
