Highlighted review.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are to Carmen and her team for their incredible service during our wedding! We hired Carmen and her team for catering and bar services. Fr...

om the moment we reached out, Carmen was not only responsive but also incredibly accommodating, especially considering our tight timeline (for the wedding day and for days leading up to wedding). Carmen’s commitment to working with our budget while still delivering an outstanding experience exceeded all our expectations. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Carmen genuinely cared about making our day special. She took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and helped us craft a menu that not only fit our budget but also left our guests raving about the food!!! Also, everyone couldn’t stop commenting about how the bars (we had 2 set up) NEVER had a line! With an attendance of 180 guests I think that’s sayin something! Everything was really just such a hit. On the day of the wedding, the team arrived early and set everything up seamlessly. They even offered to move our chairs from the ceremony location to the reception location (ceremony was outside and reception was inside). Like what!? This saved us so much money in rentals and we were so grateful. I remembered reading other people’s reviews about how she and her team go above and beyond & I can say that is every bit of true!! If you’re looking for a caterer who is not only talented but also genuinely invested in your event, I wholeheartedly recommend her!!! Can’t thank them enough! <3

ate with, accommodating and very detail oriented. The food was just delicious and the presentation was beautiful. She even helped me with having all white serve ware for the food to match the color scheme. Also-I was a little concerned that they wouldn’t be so receptive to catering a party for only 20 girls, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was received. Carmen and her assistant could not have been better and I highly recommend them! Everyone loved the food and they made a beautiful event so easy on me!!
