Our company solves the limitations that most clients face with Per Person pricing for Buffet & Bar Service. I work closely with my potential clients to provide quantities of the items they choose that will match their guest’s needs AND THEIR BUDGET. There are no per person package boxes that I put our clients in. If your event has a significant number of older or younger guests, that will be taken into consideration when pricing your servings needed. Among other details that matter! Check out our reviews. We are happy to provide bartending, catering, rentals & party planning. Our team provides as MUCH ⬆️ or as LITTLE ⬇️ as our clients would like. You want to provide the food? We will bring the formal chaffing dishes & make sure it’s hot and ready to go. You want to supply the liquor? We will bring all the ice, equipment, & mixers. I can’t say enough about Carmen! Her menu choices are great and she’ll work hard to meet your budget, unlike some caterers I’ve contacted. She’s very responsive & knowledgeable about all aspects of event catering & venues in South La.

Micah, Lexy, and a Randy were FANTASTIC! As a DIY bride I had lots of little things that needed my attention in preparation for the party. Micah and her team were ready and willing to help with anything I asked, and were extremely professional....
They even helped hang some of the last minute decor for me. My family and I didn’t have to even think of what needed to be done throughout the night, because it was already handled! Replenishing food, passing cake, bussing tables, drinks flowing, and they even cleaned up and packed all the leftover food at the end of the night. They made the party just joy and no hassle. Multiple guests even got their contact info for future events. Everyone was impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to handle anything we needed. I will be using Carmen’s Cafe for help with any future event, hands down!

o. However, the owner of this business messaged me and let me know what I did because she figured I was impaired and made a mistake. She is returning my money to me! Of course I told her to keep a way bigger tip than $4.90 because she is honest & deserves the blessing but every penny that I didn’t tell her to keep is being returned to me! If you need any services that she offers, I would recommend that you take advantage! You will not be disappointed!

Local to Southeast Louisiana for 11 years. I enjoy free time with four dogs, plants, and wine. Bachelors degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. I’ve been apart of the hospitality industry since age 14 in my families Mississippi Cafè. To friends and family who know me, it’s no suprise I’ve developed a career in this field.
