We had an appointment scheduled through Carmen with Anela and they didn't show up on Saturday. We had asked for florist recommendations, and she provided one. When we got a quote from the florist it was way too high in price and would not be using the florist. When no one showed up and we reached out to find out why she said she assumed that because we didn't use that florist that we didn't want to use her which made no sense. It was very unprofessional not to show up or follow up with us to cancel if no one was coming. We could have made another appointment with someone else. Bad communication and professionalism. Would not recommend them at all.

d removing the centerpieces and the arch, opting to instead make products ourselves, which would bring the total down to a respectable $850. The florist also sent you this new quote and received no reply. The two other comps were already booked. We discussed a call on Wednesday that never took place. When I received a one word response of “no” with no further guidance on the florist and with a refusal to sign a contract until we found one and met face to face, it was not in our best interest to continue contacting vendors. I wish you both the best and hope you find something that fits your needs.

I'm a born and raised Floridian, mother of three and 20-year Army Veteran. During my time in the service, I specialized in event planning, photography and videography serivces and audio/visual productions. My goal when I founded Carmen's Wedding Consulting was to use these skills to bring a sense of calm and confidence to weddings and other special events. When I first meet with a bride or event host, I like to get a sense of their vision and help them see it to fruition. Every member of my amazing team bring's their own creativity and personality to their role. I try to mach brides and event hosts with the best coorindator to make them feel comfortable and confident.
