Carnation Farms is a historic farm and wedding venue located in Carnation, WA. Dating back to the early 1900s, the farm offers a serene setting for weddings of up to 500 guests. Less than an hour’s drive to Seattle, Carnation Farms is situated in the idyllic Snoqualmie Valley, where the Washington landscape offers tranquil scenery at every turn. Surrounded by the Cascade Mountains and over 800 acres of countryside, this stunning destination serves as a beautiful backdrop for your special day. Ceremonies can be held out on the grounds with your guests and the towering trees bearing witness. After, enjoy a reception inside the picturesque Hippodrome. Originally built in 1922 as a horse stadium, this expansive space will dazzle guests with its bow roof, wooden trusses, and rustic, elegant atmosphere. By day, the room is flooded with natural light, and by night, everything is illuminated by a soft, romantic glow. More intimate receptions can be held in Nan’s Playhouse, where eyes are drawn to the unique chandelier and the impeccable stonework of the fireplace. Couples who choose to host their weddings at Carnation Farms can enjoy full access to the venue on the day, as well as tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, with more available to rent as needed. Ceremony and reception setup and breakdown are also included, as are two spacious getting-ready rooms for the wedding party’s morning preparations. You’ll also receive event planning assistance and day-of coordination to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. When the celebrations wind down, you and your loved ones can retreat into the on-site accommodations, which range from lodges designed in a classic Northwest style to intimate estate houses, filled with thoughtful decor. Throughout the festivities, your guests can enjoy a host of activities, including hiking, tennis, lawn games, and more, providing them with a truly unforgettable experience from start to finish.
