Carolina Bridal and Alterations

DO NOT risk the most important day on this store! Go somewhere else. None of the groomsmen's jackets fits. All of my stuff was too small. Said they would make it right. WRONG! I missed the entire wedding day with the group because I had to go to buy pants I could wear in the wedding. I was the BEST MAN and missed so much of my best friend's day. The shirt collar was so tight it actually bruised my neck to keep it buttoned. So, I'm actually wearing the new pants I purchased that day since they screwed up and they show up at the wedding venue with my replacement pants... that are still too small!!! I don't make a scene because I don't want my friend or his bride to be worried or upset. I'll just handle it later, right? WRONG AGAIN! When I return the clothing to Carolina Bridal, they refuse to refund any money. Justification?? I return only one cuff link... because there were never two cufflinks to begin with! We didn't wear cufflinks. So, in addition to them screwing up all measurements (mine and everyone else's) AND causing me to spend extra money to buy my own pants AND causing me to miss out on the special events for my best friend's wedding... their customer service is so bad that they will not refund anything for their own mistakes. RUN AWAY FROM CAROLINA BRIDAL! I'm in another friend's wedding, and we've all decided to go somewhere else so CAROLINA BRIDAL can't RUIN ANOTHER WEDDING!

Cheryl and Carolina Bridal are an asset to Shelby! How lucky are we to have them in our city? I had heard that Cheryl was a genius with alterations and the rumours were true. She can do anything! I initially visited the store to try on wedding gowns and found some beautiful options! While I ultimately purchased my gown from another store, my mother and I both liked Carolina Bridal and its associates, so we knew that we wanted Cheryl to alter my gown. I was on a crazy time frame – I am from Cherryville and getting married in Cherryville, but I live in England and would only be in town sporadically leading up to the wedding. This meant that the majority of my alterations would have to be done the week before the wedding and on a very tight timeline. Cheryl was able to accommodate me and everything went so smoothly! The dress needed some MAJOR alterations. Aside from the normal hem line and shoulders, she essentially remade the top of the gown. When all was said and done, the gown was stunning and looked like it was made for me (which at that point, it was haha). She also added a beautiful bustle design that made it look even more like a Disney princess gown! I simply could not be more thrilled with my service.

I used Carolina Bridal to purchase my bridesmaids dresses and for alterations to my wedding dress. They were so attentive, helpful, and fun to work with. We had shopped at another local bridal shop and had a terrible experience, Carolina Bridal is definitely the way to go. I bought my dress at a large chain store last year before I knew about Carolina Bridal, and while I love my dress, I wish I would've purchased one from here. They have so many gorgeous gowns and they're very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

I used Carolina Bridal for all the dresses worn in my wedding and they did an amazing job. My dress need significant alterations and it fit like a glove. All the ladies in my wedding looked beautiful. I would highly recommend these ladies for your special day. They are great to work with and a lot of fun!
