that I rented did come to the venue in the high winds and heavy rain. Because of safety concerns, they did have to cancel during the reception. Totally understandable.
When I spoke to Carolina Classics the next week, the owner kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The company went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They returned my entire amount and offered a free session to my son and daughter-in-law to capture some special pictures in her gown and his tux. I would give this company 10 stars if possible. I couldn’t have asked for a more genuine desire to make an unfortunate weather situation, no fault of the company. Excellent communication and integrity. I wish that more businesses would care about the customer as Carolina Classics has.
