The team offers a range of flavorful pizzas, salads, appetizers, and entrees. Their truck has a top-of-the-range oven for amazing results every time. It is also fitted with four beer taps to wash down the wonderful taste of wood-fired pizza. Additionally, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are available. Couples can design extraordinary creations from a list of toppings and bases. These include succulent Italian sausage, traditional pepperoni, and goat’s cheese. Hiring Carolina Crust for our wedding was the best decision we could have made! Fast and friendly communication from the start. The truck is beautiful and event day staff were wonderful. Our guests RAVED about the pizza. With a great selection of appetizers, salad, and pizza toppings you can be sure to have something every guest will love. They were very accommodating for food allergies, as well. All in all, we highly recommend Carolina Crust for all your catering needs!

Wonderful food and wonderful people! Our guests loved the non traditional take on a wedding dinner, the truck is beautiful (fitting right in with our wedding landscape), and everything from booking to cleanup was low maintenance and well organized! They accommodated dietary restrictions and even through in a free meatball app last minute! I highly recommend giving them a call! I mean, who doesn't love pizza??

We hired Carolina Crust Pizza to cater our welcome dinner for our wedding weekend. They were an absolute pleasure to work with - super responsive, accommodating, and friendly. THE PIZZA. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. We had an Italian at our wedding, and he even sang their praises! Their truck is super cool and fit our venue and vibe perfectly. They even accommodated my mom who has Celiac (gluten allergy). They went above and beyond in every capacity to ensure the evening went perfectly. I would absolutely hire them again and again! I can't wait for them to have a brick and mortar store!!

We absolutely loved having Carolina Crust as our rehearsal dinner for our September wedding! Not only is the pizza dynamite, John and his family are the nicest people you will work with. They made the experience so easy, fun, and memorable. We cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you guys!

John and his crew are incredibly kind individuals. We ended up not being able to use them for our June wedding due to unforeseen circumstances but throughout the entire process they were incredibly helpful, kind, and amazing. You need to book them for your wedding near or far they will make all of your wedding dreams come true!

John and his crew at Carolina Crust brought their A game when they catered our daughter's wedding at Starlight Meadow. He met with us several times to help us navigate our challenges with this covid environment, and reassured us that he and his team could safely serve our guests, and provide our guests with a fun, delicious experience. On the big day, they brought their supercool vintage truck and served up some of the most delicious craft pizzas as well as elegant and yummy appetizers, craft beer, and gourmet s'mores. This is definitely the way to go instead of boring substandard wedding food! Carolina Crust sources their ingredients locally, personalizes the choices, and provides an experience all of your guests will love! And did I mention, they did all of this in the face of a hurricane? They are Ahhhmaaazing!
