Where to start ... First thing's first, if you're in the Charlotte area, HIRE THEM. Troy was our DJ for our wedding and he was highly recommend and we know why! He was extremely detail orientated, organized and truly our biggest hype man when it came to ideas (even crazy ones) that came his way. You're not just hiring a DJ but you're hiring your MC for the entire day. Troy matched our energy and wedding vibe PERFECTLY! He truly took the time to make sure he got it right and he did. A few weeks later and people are still talking about the music. Troy was very detail orientated and in any moment of "I have no idea" that came up because it wasn't something we had thought about (or thought we had to think about), Troy had the answer/a great suggestion. It was a HUGE stress relief knowing that we were in great hands on wedding day. He nailed it and then some. We even crushed our favorite drinking game, Thunderstruck! Who knew we could pull it off with 122 guests, well, Troy did and he was right. Throughout the multiple planning meetings but also last-minute requests, he was on top of it. The mics, music and coordination throughout the entire day was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ and such a great company!

Clark communicated great with us and went over everything in detail before the wedding. We let him know our song choices and when to play certain songs at different time stamps and he did it perfectly! We had a great party thanks to Clark!
Dave handled our photobooth. He was also super nice and was always checking in on us if we needed anything when the photobooth wasn't busy.

Being type A, everything was well organized and structured. During the planning process our DJ (Karenski) was very responsive and set up several planning calls with us as well as shared a detailed excel sheet for us to plan the timeline and...
songs. On the wedding day there were a few technical difficulties with the officiant's mic going in and out during the ceremony (I think due to wind and probably out of the DJ's control). Our reception was so much fun, all the songs played were a huge hit and Karenski transitioned from one song to the next seamlessly. Overall we found Carolina DJ Pros to be very professional and organized.

or “hands off” as we wanted. My now husband and I were concerned about a wedding of our size (90 people) having a dead dance floor but Todd made sure that was never an issue. He had everyone up on the dance floor all night, including my 85 year old grandmother. He was able to read the room and transition to songs that would keep the vibes high! Thank you Todd!!

What really stood out to us though was that Carolina DJ Professionals felt like so much more than just a DJ company. They honestly acted like a pseudo wedding coordinator at times with the level of planning, guidance, and thought they put into helping us think through the flow and feel of the night beyond just music. They were incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making the night successful.
We wanted a mix of EDM, Latin music, 2000s throwbacks, and just overall high-energy fun, and Kyle absolutely nailed it. We received so many compliments from guests about how good the music was and how well he read the room throughout the entire night.
Could not recommend Kyle and Carolina DJ Professionals more highly.

ur wedding DJ. The dance floor was packed and energetic the entire night, and the music selection was perfect. He kept the vibes going seamlessly all evening long.
We had a fusion wedding with both American and Arabic music, and he handled the transitions flawlessly. Everything flowed so naturally, and he absolutely nailed the energy we wanted for every part of the night.
Beyond the wedding itself, David was incredible throughout the entire planning process. He scheduled calls with us, helped keep us organized with timelines and schedules, and checked in constantly. We always felt supported and knew we were in great hands.
We cannot recommend David enough. If you want a DJ who is professional, organized, attentive, and knows how to keep a party going all night, he is your guy. Thank you for making our wedding better than we ever imagined!
