Clay is awesome! He is a great guy to talk to, his company is probably the most affordable catering in Reno and yet you don't sacrifice quality. I'm not really a fan of sweet tea, but theirs is amazing as is the oddly chopped coleslaw! I would definitely recommend Carolina Kitchen for any buffet style catering.

For the price per person this was the only caterer in my budget, but I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and amount of food that was served. Buffet style with a cowboy type theme, every guest really enjoyed their meal. The wait staff was great and very friendly and even stayed longer than contracted to help cut and serve cake.

This was by far the best BBQ i have ever had in my entire life. Everyhting was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, the staff was also very curtious and friendly!

I LOVED this place! the only downside to my caterer was that they were a tad bit late. they showed up as guests were arriving so my guests had to view them coming in and setting up a buffet style dinner. but the food was excellent and all my guests loved the food. it was beyond good and filling!
