We were moved beyond words by Caroline's work. The way she captured our families, the venue, all of the people we love and how much fun we have with them, and our love for each other - we could never, ever put a sum on what this means to us! When we first met with Caroline, we laid out a set of priorities that we wanted our wedding photography captured, and she more than delivered what felt like a truly tailored approach. We felt so authentically seen. When reflecting on the moments where she captured the photos, it all felt so seamless. Caroline was just always there. No awkward portrait moments or long photo sessions, she found us where and as we were, which is exactly what we wanted. Wow. We have loved pouring over our gallery, and show no signs of stopping anytime soon.

When choosing a wedding photographer, we felt a positive connection with Caroline instantly. From our first Zoom call to meeting in-person two days prior to our wedding, Caroline exceeded our expectations. As a gay couple marrying in our home state in the south, representation, inclusion, and belonging mattered to us. While we knew our wedding guests wouldn’t think for a moment who we were or loved, we knew our vulnerabilities in those intimate moments were out in public. We did not want those moments to be directed into poses or asked to meet a certain “look.” Caroline more than understood how to make us feel comfortable and connected as she orchestrated our stunning photos. Her professionalism before, during, and after the weekend has been exceptional. There were moments when plans changed quick, and she pivoted with grace, never making us feel rushed or moving beyond the moment. She captured memories that spark our emotions and senses from those exact moments as we remember, and for some we can only imagine through these photographs. Once we received the teaser photos from the weekend, my mouth literally dropped. “All of this from our weekend and these are only teasers? Wow.” I thought. Five weeks later we received the album and the emotions swelled to pure happiness. Caroline has provided us the ability to remember beyond words; for which we are eternally grateful. Many of our guests freely shared that Caroline was extremely kind throughout the wedding and lived in the moment with us. We love each photo Caroline shared with us and the many memories she so eloquently snapped in time. She has an organized and stress-free process leading up to the wedding that allows the day to feel natural. We can’t wait to work with Caroline again for new, happy moments in our future.

Where do I begin with Caroline. Since we were introduced to her by friends who hired her to do their wedding, we couldn’t contain our excitement. We were in good hands! Months leading up to our wedding, communication with Caroline was a breeze. She is SO quick and responsive. The day of our wedding, Caroline felt present, which is hard to do while you’re capturing someone’s wedding. We would laugh, she would ask questions about how my husband and I met…etc. She knew our vision, and greatly exceeded our expectations. She even brought an old camera and shot on film which was important to us! Long story short, we absolutely LOVED working with Caroline and we can’t recommend her enough.

One word- perfection. Caroline was our top vendor and the highlight of our wedding weekend. She brought a fun and energetic personality that also simultaneously soothed our nerves during our wedding weekend. Besides her personality being the whole package, her art is phenomenal. The way she captured our wedding weekend was perfection (hate to use the word twice but it's true). We loved how she saw the little details and made each shot so significant and memorable. We started off as being the couple who hated taking pictures, which Caroline knew, and made it such an easygoing day for us. Now, we can't stop looking at our pictures. Without a doubt, we look forward to working with her in any way we possibly can for years to come.

This review is a long time coming but my husband and I got married September 2021 and Caroline was one of my favorite parts of our wedding. She was so helpful and calming, so down with whatever we wanted to do and what made us comfortable. Our guests loved her and were sad when she left. The pictures are stunning and I couldn't be more grateful for Caroline. Oh and if you have some sticky family dynamics Caroline was a pro handling them.

I mean - where do we even begin with Caroline! Over the years Caroline has captured so many of our best friends weddings beautifully - that when it came to be our turn there was just no question that we would be hiring her for our engagement photos and wedding! The way she captured our day, even the smallest and most special moments, is something our entire family will be forever grateful for. Hope to cross paths with her in the future - we love Caroline!

BEST PHOTOGRAPHER OUT THERE. Caroline is so incredibly personal, detailed, kind, and thoughtful. She is a true pleasure to work with, and takes photos that make it look like you're living in the moment each time you look at them. She even goes above and beyond to learn all of your family and friends' names so they feel comfortable and natural. Hire her - it's the best decision you can make for your wedding, special occasion, or event.

My wife and I cannot recommend Caroline enough! Not only did she do a spectacular job at capturing the feeling and atmosphere of our wedding, but she was amazingly supportive throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and thoroughness gave us such a sense of sureness through the big day. For years people had asked me who I would have photograph my wedding since I was a wedding photographer and I knew instantly it always was going to be Caroline. To say she is the best is an understatement. She sent her pricing quickly, arranged an engagement shoot & planned all the locations, was flexible with traveling to us & having a day after shoot, and we received an amazing assortment of photos. She was professional, sweet, and so fun for our wedding! If I could hire her 15 times over I would.

Caroline is a talented and professional photographer that will capture every moment you could possibly hope for!! She learns the name of your wedding party and family members for a personal touch. She is energetic and so much fun!! The pictures she took are amazing. I truly could not ask for anything more from our wedding photos. We hired Caroline after several of our friends had worked with her for their weddings and we saw her amazing work. There is no one more authentic, personable and talented out there. Caroline makes everything so easy, works quickly (no excessive time standing around, yet she gets absolutely every shot you could want and ones you didn't expect or know you wanted!) and most importantly, she is truly the sweetest person. The photos she took of our wedding in Breckenridge were incredible. We already have worked with her again on baby photos, and we will continue to reach out to her for all occasions as she feels as much of a friend to us as our photographer!

Caroline is the absolute DREAM when it comes to a wedding photographer. She truly spends quality time getting to know her clients and is extremely responsive/easy to reach! She was very dilligent about capturing the specific photos we wanted! Her talent also shined through her ability to capture all of the "in-between" moments that are now our most cherished photographs. You will NOT regret hiring this gem of a human!

I don't have enough words to describe how incredible Caroline is as a human, and equally, how mind blowing her beautiful work is. This is going to be a long one, but here's the TL;DR version: If you need a photographer who will make you feel comfortable, understand you as a human, and get the true essence of your event / occasion (wedding, engagement, maternity shoot, new baby, family photos - she does it all) - stop your search and reach out to Caroline. You've found your gal. Here is the long version: I met Caroline attending a wedding in Charleston, SC. She shot both the rehearsal dinner along with the wedding. She was SO much fun to be around and didn't ever make the guests, bridal party or the bride feel uncomfortable or that we were being "posed" for photos. It was all very natural. The result of that was some of the most insane wedding photos I've ever seen in my life. I knew the second I got engaged who to call. Caroline shot photos for us twice - for our engagement and again for our wedding. We're seeing her again soon after we have our first baby to do an infant shoot. The first time we shot with her, we started out having a drink and getting to know each other. This made what could typically be an awkward situation so much more comfortable, and it felt like we were just spending the day with a great friend. Our engagement shoot was honestly one of the most fun days. She basically let us walk around and interact with each other, gave some direction that felt really natural, and ended up catching me in so many moments of genuine laughter that looking back on the photos reminds me how in love I am with my then fiancé, now husband. If that's not the goal of photography, I don't know what is. She asked us a lot of questions about us and what we care about to get the essence of our relationship. So much of what she does is candid and natural which makes for true, authentic art. The wedding was taken to a completely new level. We got married at The Foundry in Long Island City (part of NYC) and were thrilled to know she would travel. Because of this she had never shot at our venue before which was not a problem at all. She worked so well with our other vendors, made us feel comfortable the whole day, brought along an amazing second shooter (hi Sarah!) and captured moments that I didn't even know were happening. If I told you how many hours I've spent looking at my wedding photography you'd think I was sick in the head. So many people say your wedding day is a blur - and yes, a lot of it is, but when you have the right photographer they don't only capture the family shots and the couple posed photos, but they truly are able to capture the feeling of the day, the love of the couple, and the essence of their personalities and relationship. This is what Caroline did for us x 47579101028845. I now consider her a friend and hope to see her anytime I'm in Denver - I'll always make an excuse for a photo shoot! We're lucky enough that she will be in NY (also now doing an engagement shoot for my brother in law!) right after we have a baby, so she is starting to become a staple in the most important parts of our life. Hire Caroline. Trust me. Aside from marrying my husband, she was the best decision I made for my wedding. Love you Caroline!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Caroline was to work with as our wedding photographer. We absolutely love every single photo she delivered and there wasn't a single important moment that went undocumented - she captured everything perfectly, really understanding our vision for the day. She was encouraging and helpful, graciously answering any and all questions I had beforehand, and was such a fun addition to our wedding day. We told her we didn't want to spend a ton of time on photos, and she worked so efficiently that she captured everything we wanted without it feeling rushed. I'd recommend Caroline a million times over to anyone looking for an incredibly talented photographer who takes the time to know and understand her clients so she can perfectly capture the meaningful moments in their life.

Caroline is absolutely amazing! From capturing our engagement and wedding to capturing our growing family, she makes things so comfortable and delivers the most stunning photos. I can not recommend Caroline enough, 5 stars simply falls short of expressing how amazing it is to work with her. She takes special care to get to know her clients so by the time your special day comes along it seems like your best friend happens to be a stunning photographer. She has a beautiful way of putting people at ease, and blending in that allows her to capture intimate candid photos. If I got to do my wedding day all over again choosing to work with Caroline would be the easiest decision to make.

Where do I even begin to express my love for Caroline! From the first moment my now husband and I met with Caroline, we immediately clicked with her fun-loving and easy-going personality. She was very interested in getting to know us as a couple, our interests, careers, passions, etc. She was very easy to talk with - almost like an old friend. The day of the wedding, Caroline was so chilled and relaxed. She helped set the tone for the day, and her positive attitude rubbed off on everyone she photographed. Once the big events were underway, we hardly even noticed her snapping away in the background! Now that we have our photos back, I can't stop looking at them. What Caroline does best is capturing the moment as is - not forcing moments or ticking items off a "must have" wedding photo list. There was a special moment when my grandfather stepped out on the dance floor, and I remember being in that moment and thinking how amazing it was. I was so happy when I flipped through the photos to find that Caroline had captured multiple pictures of that moment! I'm so grateful we had the opportunity to work with her.

I was super picky about finding a photographer for our wedding. Photos are the one thing you'll have left afterward so they better be damn good. We must've interviewed at least 10 photographers over the phone. We're from NY and our wedding was in Charleston. Our wedding planner recommended Caroline and from the moment our phone call started I knew she was the one. She gets it-- the idea of having candid photos throughout the entire day, of feeling a little nervous and knowing how to calm both bride and parents down, how to make every single shot look so amazing that you have no clue which ones you want to frame because it's too hard to choose. She's so fun to work with-- we took a trip down in June for our engagement shoot and got a drink with her beforehand. We totally hit it off right away which makes it so much easier when being photographed because we felt comfortable with her. She made us laugh and caught us in moments we didn't know anyone was looking. She also got along great with our bridal party, it felt like she was a friend just hanging with us for the day. We also had her shoot our rehearsal dinner and got some awesome pics from that. A photographer is SO much more than someone who can snap a picture. They have to be able to connect with clients on a personal level and Caroline did this effortlessly. We are so happy with how our pictures came out. Hiring Caroline = best decision ever.

Caroline was so great throughout the entire wedding process. She made the daunting task of all the photos enjoyable and quick and my husband and I actually were able to enjoy our wedding! She has an amazing eye for great photos and has an awesome personality!

this woman is awesome! has a very unique eye and loves what she does. it totally comes through on her photos. do get quotes in writing though.
