Caroline's Rentals & More

the decor I wanted and really helped my vision come together! She answered all of my questions quickly and was so helpful throughout the planning process! I will recommend Caroline’s to anyone looking to have an elegant, beautiful wedding!

d going to the warehouse to pick out the pieces and help build our vision for the wedding. We got so many compliments on how every piece was intentionally and beautifully placed. Cannot recommend enough if you looking for a stress free, eco-friendly decor setup!

d Tent Construction Team, EventQuip, they did a truly phenomenal job. Our complex aesthetic of “American Revolution Hobbit Hole” was met and exceeded by the types of furniture, tables, plates, silverware and napkins used for this event, helping create the 18th century cozy vibes we were seeking. Their ability to come in and transport the rentals seemed effortless, even as we know an incredible amount of work went into designing this venue. We would highly recommend this group for rentals for a wedding and would be happy to use them again for other events. ~Dan & Emily

each one fit the space perfectly which tied the event together beautifully. The team was so easy to work with and helped bring our vision to life. We couldn't have been happier with how everything looked!

g the cocktail and lounging part of the event together. To create beauty and comfort for an outside wedding. Lindsay was great at communicating and saying yes to all of our daughters requests. The round bar was a crowning centerpiece of the reception. So grateful for Caroline's Rentals huge selection, customer service , delivery a d follow through. It made for an extra special day and event. Thank you. Thank you

uality of the rentals was excellent, and they added so much elegance and warmth to our wedding. Lindsay was professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process stress-free. We were planning our wedding from out of state so we weren’t able to see the available inventory in person, but Lindsay was very accommodating and helped us with our selections. The setup was seamless, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for rentals and outstanding service!

actual glass! We were able to look at their goblet selection in their warehouse before ordering to help specify colors and shapes; their team is so patient and kind! They also partnered well with our caterers, Catering by John Lowe, for set up, service, and clearing, and they had a seamless delivery and pick up that we didn't even see happen! It was a fun bonus, if not a sign, that my name is also Caroline :)

ator referred me to Caroline’s, I couldn’t wait to look at their online catalog! Caroline’s Rentals’ inventory is so expansive and unique! I looked at a few other places as well, and there was just no comparison! I was thrilled when I found that Caroline’s Rentals had floor-length, full standing candelabras, which were essential for my vision! Coming in for my showroom appointment was so fun, too! Lindsay was an absolute joy to work with! She really helped guide and focus my vision, while also allowing me to explore and be creative! Lindsay was very responsive throughout the entire process! And the best part - Caroline’s Rentals was so affordable!! It was worth it to rent everything instead of having to buy dozens of candlesticks and mirrors and then worry about reselling them! The second best part - On the day of, Lindsay and her team did all the setup and breakdown! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Thank you so much, Lindsay, for helping to bring my moody, dark romantic wedding vision to life!!

walked into. We still feel like it was a dream walking into the reception and ceremony for the first time. All we really had to do was show her one or two example pictures, tell her that we loved gold and wooden accents, and then just give her creative freedom to do what she does best. Best decision ever made. She always responded quickly to any questions we had throughout wedding planning. During our meeting, she not only guided us in selecting the perfect rentals but also offered creative suggestions for our décor. Every single piece they have is stunning, I would move in if I could. On the day of the wedding, the team delivered and set up everything so that we didn’t have to lift a finger. They even handled the cleanup afterward; it was a huge relief. Lindsay has such a kind soul. She was such a joy to work with. We felt lucky to have her as part of our day. We highly recommend Caroline’s Rentals for anyone planning a wedding.

ace (and mean tons of candles) within the background of our industrial venue and Lindsay really helped bring my vision to life! Their selection of rentals was great and really catered to the vibe we were going for. Seeing everything come together on our wedding day really left my husband and I speechless. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and Lindsay was also so helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning process! Would absolutely recommend Caroline’s Rentals!

about what I wanted to rent, and Lindsay was great. She responded quickly and updated the invoice to reflect the changes. The pick up and drop off process was seamless and the pieces were great quality. This was a great way to decorate, without breaking the bank and buying pieces we would only use once.

t's so helpful to do a walkthrough and finalize your order. We chose to have it delivered, and they made drop-off and pick-up a breeze—we didn't have to worry about a thing!

to manage the items and then to also have to worry about them at the end of the night is a lot! I had only a few of my own decor pieces and wished I didn’t. Let Carolines take care of it! Their process was easy and communication was professional and effective. You get to explore their inventory and they accommodated my last minute changes beautifully!

als included the silver chargers, lots of pillar candles and glass cylinders, large gold mirrors for the seating chart, and a fun lounge. We enjoyed getting to pick out our pieces and mock up our selection in person to truly see everything come together. Working with Lindsay was enjoyable and seamless, and she offered lots of suggestions and helped bring our vision together. We also had Caroline's Rentals deliver/setup/tear down all of our rentals - which I would highly recommend! At the end of the night we didn't have to worry about packing up rentals and loading cars, which was well worth the money! We are looking forward to using Caroline's Rentals for other events in the future!

Thank you to the Caroline's team! Photo is from visiting the showroom and playing with table settings.

finding new things I wanted to add, and we're so efficient in their delivery and pick up process. Caroline's Rentals was reasonably priced and their rentals were timeless and elegant. It added the perfect touch to our romantic spring wedding. Pictured below are a few of the rental pieces we got from Caroline's Rental--the gold welcome sign stand, the wooden crates, and the small and medium size gold lanterns that came with a tall battery powered candle. We were able to repurpose it to our sweetheart table for the reception and it was beautiful with the candle on! I highly recommend them for all your wedding rental needs!!

organized, and we could see all her products easily. The products in the showroom were also listed online with pictures and measurements. I appreciated her giving us the option to pick up at her showroom a couple days before my wedding day, rather than having it delivered. Pick up ran smoothly and quickly! I would highly recommend using Caroline's Rentals to help decorate your wedding venue!

's Rentals. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and kind. While touring their site, they had SO MANY amazing rental items that I wish we had looked into them sooner! We ended up renting the arbor, greenery panels, and some mirrors and stands. They even did the lettering on the mirrors and hung up our neon sign on the greenery panel. In addition, they were so timely with drop off/set up and pick up. We didn't have to worry about a thing. I have and will continue to recommend Caroline's Rentals to my friends and would happily use them again if we threw another event and needed rental items!

d "extras" that came with the venue itself that we would have liked, but Caroline's rentals was the perfect place to go to fill in ALL the gaps we were missing!! Once we had our first visit at her location to look at the items we had picked out, it was the first time I really saw our wedding vision come to life! Lindsay was super helpful and kind when helping me pick out products that fit my style, budget and look that I wanted for the wedding. She was there to answer any and all questions throughout the entire process. She coordinated with other vendors for the delivery and pickup of the items, so I did not have to worry about ANYTHING!

daughter's bridal shower smooth and affordable. Rather than purchasing all of the items I needed, renting was hands down the best way to go, allowing me to add more decor and creativity to the shower planning.

riced compared to other vendors. Lindsay was very attentive when communicating with me with via email. I was planning my Pennsylvania wedding from the state of Colorado and she was flexible and understanding when it came to any changes I needed to make. She was able to meet with my mom & sister for an inventory walk through. Lindsay and her husband, Nick, were great, throughout the planning process and all the way up to our big day! Set up was a breeze, they worked seamlessly with our venue, and clean up was timely and efficient. I would recommend Caroline's Rentals to anyone looking for furniture or decor rentals for any type of event!

One item didn’t fit in the car upon pick up and Caroline’s seamlessly replaced it with a similar item. ng to think about on our big day.

y is so kind and helpful, I will absolutely work with them in the future!

There were so many options, we ended up choosing 3 different candle arrangements for our centerpieces! They were absolutely stunning the night of the wedding! Our sweetheart table was also absolutely gorgeous and as a bonus the chairs were super comfortable. I would also highly recommend using their setup service... for a reasonable price, we got a lot of peace of mind. At the end of the night, they returned and gathered all of their items. it was an absolutely seamless process! Can't recommend them enough!

made our dream into a reality! You need to hire her! All the guests said they have never seen such a beautifully decorated wedding. I even have other friends hiring her because we loved them so much!

he warehouse. Lindsay helped come up with an alternative to candles since our venue would not allow them. We rented drinking glasses, furniture, wooden arch, signage, crates, wine barrels and small decorations to enhance our tablescapes throughout our reception. When I needed less of something or I wanted to see if another item was available, she was able to accommodate it (as long as another wedding wasn’t already using it!) They have an extra service where they set up all of the items we rented and style them and they picked the items up at the end of the night. That made for a super effortless day. The end result was gorgeous. It was exactly like my pinterest board! I would 100% recommend Caroline’s Rentals!

Everything was dropped off and picked up without the slightest issue. Definitely use Caroline’s Rentals and their huge selection of rental items for your wedding or event!

I can truly say the pieces I rented from them helped bring all the details together and make so many special elements come to life to make our day just as special and as beautiful as we had hoped. Communication with their team was very easy and efficient, and their team was very accommodating in sorting out pick-up/drop-off times.
