This company was so easy to work with! They had a large selection of decor to make any vision come true. I sent inspo pics of my candle centerpieces and head table with how many tables I was expecting and they put a package together for me! They were also flexible with our pick up and drop off since we were traveling from out of state. I’d recommend to anyone in the area!

We originally looked at Caroline's rentals to rent an affordable back drop arbor for our indoor micro wedding. We chose the the Infinity circle arbor. To meet the minimum we decided to add these beautiful mismatch mercury glass votives along with a few other things. In the end we decided to an an elegant black velvet couch to our rental list as well! Everything turned out beautiful and stress-free! I would rent again from them if I even had the need for it. Carolines Rentals helped bring my vision to life! If you’re not sure whether to rent or buy your own decor, renting is definitely the way to go. The time, space and energy it takes to manage the items and then to also have to worry about them at the end of the night is a lot! I had only a few of my own decor pieces and wished I didn’t. The unique pieces that Caroline's Rentals has to offer truly caught our eyes! Each piece was so special and the story behind the business was really cool! Some of our favorite rentals included the silver chargers, lots of pillar candles and glass cylinders, large gold mirrors for the seating chart, and a fun lounge. We enjoyed getting to pick out our pieces and mock up our selection in person to truly see everything come together. Working with Lindsay was enjoyable and seamless, and she offered lots of suggestions and helped bring our vision together. We also had Caroline's Rentals deliver/setup/tear down all of our rentals - which I would highly recommend! At the end of the night we didn't have to worry about packing up rentals and loading cars, which was well worth the money! Caroline's Rentals helped make our wedding so special! Their unique decor, furniture, and tableware really brought our space to life. I rented from Caroline's Rentals for my wedding and it was absolutely everything I envisioned for our wedding! They were so quick to respond, kind to adjust my rentals when I kept finding new things I wanted to add, and we're so efficient in their delivery and pick up process. Caroline's Rentals was reasonably priced and their rentals were timeless and elegant. It added the perfect touch to our romantic spring wedding. Pictured below are a few of the rental pieces we got from Caroline's Rental--the gold welcome sign stand, the wooden crates, and the small and medium size gold lanterns that came with a tall battery powered candle. We were able to repurpose it to our sweetheart table for the reception and it was beautiful with the candle on! I highly recommend them for all your wedding rental needs!!

I am so happy I chose Caroline's Rentals to decorate my wedding. Her selection of products to choose from was wonderful! It was so nice to tour her showroom in person, it was well organized, and we could see all her products easily. The products in the showroom were also listed online with pictures and measurements. I appreciated her giving us the option to pick up at her showroom a couple days before my wedding day, rather than having it delivered. Pick up ran smoothly and quickly! I would highly recommend using Caroline's Rentals to help decorate your wedding venue!

During wedding planning, my husband had the idea for an arbor behind us during our ceremony. I did NOT want to buy one and store it forever, so my floral team recommended Caroline's Rentals. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and kind. While touring their site, they had SO MANY amazing rental items that I wish we had looked into them sooner! We ended up renting the arbor, greenery panels, and some mirrors and stands. They even did the lettering on the mirrors and hung up our neon sign on the greenery panel. In addition, they were so timely with drop off/set up and pick up. We didn't have to worry about a thing. I have and will continue to recommend Caroline's Rentals to my friends and would happily use them again if we threw another event and needed rental items!

Caroline's Rentals was one of the best decisions during we made during the wedding planning process! My now husband and I rented a venue where there was not as much ammendenties and "extras" that came with the venue itself that we would have liked, but Caroline's rentals was the perfect place to go to fill in ALL the gaps we were missing!! Once we had our first visit at her location to look at the items we had picked out, it was the first time I really saw our wedding vision come to life! Lindsay was super helpful and kind when helping me pick out products that fit my style, budget and look that I wanted for the wedding. She was there to answer any and all questions throughout the entire process. She coordinated with other vendors for the delivery and pickup of the items, so I did not have to worry about ANYTHING!

The gals at Caroline's Rentals & More were fun to work with and were happy to give me time to explore their treasures for added ideas. They were accommodating and made planning my daughter's bridal shower smooth and affordable. Rather than purchasing all of the items I needed, renting was hands down the best way to go, allowing me to add more decor and creativity to the shower planning.

Everyone was impressed with the plates, goblets and gold dining ware from Caroline’s. It all came clean and packet safely. I even had to move my drop off time and they accommodated. Cannot wait to use them again!

Caroline's Rentals absolutely completed the ambience of our wedding! We rented a bunch of furniture, candle holders, glassware, gold frames, and signage, and it gave such an elegant touch to our wedding! My husband and I used Caroline’s Rentals for our wedding and we highly recommend it! We didn’t think about decorations (e.g., frames, candles) until 2 months before our wedding and weren’t sure what items would be available, but Caroline’s Rentals had everything we wanted and more. Caroline’s was easy to work with, very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. One item didn’t fit in the car upon pick up and Caroline’s seamlessly replaced it with a similar item. We used Caroline's Rentals for our 11/4/23 wedding. Working with Lindsey was so effortless. During the meeting at her warehouse, we were able to work with her to curate our vision! There were so many options, we ended up choosing 3 different candle arrangements for our centerpieces! They were absolutely stunning the night of the wedding! Our sweetheart table was also absolutely gorgeous and as a bonus the chairs were super comfortable. I would also highly recommend using their setup service... for a reasonable price, we got a lot of peace of mind. At the end of the night, they returned and gathered all of their items. it was an absolutely seamless process! Can't recommend them enough!

We loved Caroline rentals! Lindsey was so helpful during the walkthrough of her inventory. She helped picked out items and knew exactly what we wanted from my Pinterest board. She made our dream into a reality! You need to hire her! All the guests said they have never seen such a beautifully decorated wedding. I was so excited to find a company that had all the pieces I wanted to make our special day even more perfect!! It was a super easy process from making my “wish list” to visiting the warehouse. Lindsay helped come up with an alternative to candles since our venue would not allow them. We rented drinking glasses, furniture, wooden arch, signage, crates, wine barrels and small decorations to enhance our tablescapes throughout our reception. When I needed less of something or I wanted to see if another item was available, she was able to accommodate it (as long as another wedding wasn’t already using it!) They have an extra service where they set up all of the items we rented and style them and they picked the items up at the end of the night. That made for a super effortless day. The end result was gorgeous. It was exactly like my pinterest board! I would 100% recommend Caroline’s Rentals!

We worked with Caroline’s Rentals for our wedding. We rented candlesticks, a boxwood, glasses for candles, shelves, a table, chairs for our sweetheart table and more. Lindsay was great to work with. She is so patient, helpful, and kind- especially with me, who changed my mind a few too many times - but Lindsay happily helped me regardless. Everything we rented was in pristine condition and looked amazing; it really added the details to help pull our vision together on our wedding day. Caroline's Rentals made our woodland fairytale wedding come to life. We worked with Lindsay at Caroline's Rentals and had an absolutely amazing experience! We found a round, fully 360° accessible bar we wanted to rent from them for our wedding, but were also hoping to get a second bar that would match the white paneling / aesthetic of the round bar. While they didn't have anything in their catalog, Lindsay said don't worry and they BUILT the matching bar so we could rent both from them!! Amazing service, great quality, delivery and pickup were on time. 10/10 would reccomend!

Lindsay was so amazing to work with for our wedding. We came to the warehouse to look over the pieces we chose. I had said that I wanted something in front of our sweetheart table but wasn’t sure what. Lindsay put something together and it all turned out so amazing the wedding day. They have some of the most unique and beautiful pieces you'll ever find in event rentals. Lindsay was great to work with! One of the best things, and this may be normal for decor rentals, is that we were able to come by their warehouse and actually see everything in person. We also got to collaborate on some different ideas that were within our budget. They were great about checking in and keeping you on track for your wedding date in addition to being really flexible to add or drop items to fit any decor needs.

Lindsay was so incredible to work with .. My daughter was planning her wedding from another state. I worked with Lindsay to create an elegant , extraordinary wedding day. It was described as “ fairytale “ for a very elegant bride. The wedding was very heavy on a variety of candles , sizes , cylinders , placed all around the event. Lindsay suggested using a beautiful milk glass white cake stand to focus on the cake. The compliments were many , the photos just beautiful , the wedding so elegant.
