Carolyn understood my vision, incorporated feedback from the trial, and created two looks that went beyond my wildest dreams. Throughout the day, she went above and beyond–providing touch ups before the first look and other key moments, and transforming my updo into a completely different reception look in just a few minutes. Hair and makeup is often the first thing brides do on the wedding, so that experience can set the tone for the rest of the day. I felt completely at ease thanks to Carolyn’s kindness, warmth, professionalism, and humor. She is without a doubt the best hair and makeup artist out there–I can’t recommend Carolyn enough!

credible and phenomenal job!! I did not want to have an overly done-up look and wanted to look like "me" on my wedding day. But, I of course wanted to look my absolute best, and for my hair and makeup to hold up for a very long day of photos and fun. Carolyn completely got my vision and executed the most beautiful, photogenic makeup and hair I could have hoped for. Asides from this, she is the sweetest person and was an absolute joy to work with both in the planning stages as well as on the big day itself. I knew it would be a great all-around experience as soon as I met her and got to work with her for my practice session before my engagement photo shoot. She also did the hair and makeup of my mother and mother-in-law, the bridesmaids, and a special hairstyle for my flower girl. Everyone was thrilled with their look! She took the time to not only help me feel confident, but also to show me how to apply the products; so they would be long lasting and I could use them again. her if she knew any good hair and makeup artists. Hair and (especially) makeup was of big importance to me. I don't usually like getting my makeup done since it always feels to me that I look too different. Carolyn did an excellent job of providing me with flawless, glamerous yet natural looking makeup while still capturing the "true me". My makeup lasted all night without wearing off much or becoming cake-y. My hair was beautiful and lasted all night as well (curls don't usually last for me... I don't know how Carolyn did it, but she truly worked magic on my hair!).
Not only does Carolyn do a fantastic job, but she is also an incredibly sweet and beautiful person, inside and out! Carolyn responded to all my emails promptly, was on time, and is just overall a pleasure to work with!
