Carolyn Jorgensen Photography

atched craft, we will be reliving all of the small moments and all of the big moments all while remembering exactly how we felt during every single one of them. Carolyn captured every moment and detail from our ceremony and after party celebration with such intention and romanticism. We cannot thank her enough for this gift of a lifetime. We’ll be cherishing these photographs on the walls of our home and in our photo albums for the rest of our lives!!

photographed our wedding and that didn't stop her from getting the most beautiful shots of our wedding day. In fact, she worked extra hard to ensure she got every group/family photo I requested as well as all the minute details of our wedding. She even delivered digital copies of our edited photos in record time! From intimate portraits of me and my husband, to the most adorable shots of our flower dog, Appa, Carolyn managed to capture the essence of our personalities and our love story throughout the day. Carolyn is professional, organized, and has the "It factor" when it comes to photography. If you're within her region, I HIGHLY recommend hiring her. Also, add the wedding album, you won't regret it! Thank you!!! Alyssa & Brendan

gallery, Carolyn was so wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She has such a great eye and captured the story of the day, so many little details, and moments with our family that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much Carolyn! Could not recommend her enough!

in our wedding vision. For both the engagement photos and wedding photos, Carolyn knocked it out of the park! She made us feel comfortable and captured our day perfectly, making us feel like total rockstars. She even sent us our 'peek' photos super quickly, which I appreciate as the holiday season approaches so we can use our new photos for gifts/cards. Carolyn truly is the best in the game and her work speaks for itself. 10/10 would recommend!

apsulated the vision I had for my big day. I am someone who doesn’t always feel comfortable taking posed photos, but between Carolyn’s guidance and her insane ability for snapping candids, our photos turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of. Carolyn is the best!!

ot some beautiful shots of us and our dogs. Carolyn was a trooper at our wedding as well, running around in the heat looking for those perfect shots. Her calm, fun demeanor was super helpful on our wedding day when it felt like everything around us was going a mile a minute. I can’t recommend Carolyn and her beautiful work enough.

fortable in front of the camera and made the whole process enjoyable. She spent time to get to know us as a couple and learn all of the things that are most important to us. Carolyn is very responsive and sent us our sneak peek photos so quickly, she captured all of the tiny details of my families property, the DIY portions of our wedding, the little details and moments, and people's genuine smiles and interactions. The aesthetic of all of our photographs are beautiful and captured my husband and I perfectly. Carolyn is a joy to work with and so much fun ( we took pictures with a few animals that happened to be around during our shoots) which has become a special memory for us. I highly recommend Carolyn and loved working with her!!

great opportunity to meet and work together before our big day, and the fantastic pictures we got back solidified that we made the right choice going with her! She went above and beyond on our wedding day, making sure to get everything we wanted and doing a great job engaging our younger wedding party members. Her experience, style, and equipment are well worth the price.

ence helped us to feel relaxed during our engagement shoot and wedding day. She provides enough direction while also sitting back and allowing things to be natural and candid. We were BLOWN away with her photos and are so happy we chose her to capture the memories of our special day. If you can, you should work with Carolyn!

n would take gorgeous photos, but when she sent us our album we were blown away at how she captured the energy of the entire day within each photo. Every time we look at the photos, they transport us back to that moment, and to that feeling of pure love and joy. Not only is Carolyn incredibly talented, but she is also one the nicest people that Shawn and I have ever met. We are so grateful to have had her as our photographer and highly recommend Carolyn to anyone that is getting married, engaged, or is even need a photoshoot with their dog.

ur requests. Her photography is stunning and she delivered a very large sneak peak of our photo suite just days after our wedding. My husband and I are quite unnatural in front of a camera and she was incredibly understanding and never made us feel awkward. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone that is looking for an easy, relaxed experience and extremely high quality photography.

ent and wedding photos. I didn't want to feel posed. I was looking for someone who understood the beauty of capturing people just being happy and in love. It sounds simple but trust me when I say that Carolyn does it better than most. She was so helpful as we settled into being in front of the camera but then let us go about as ourselves, ensuring us that what we were doing was the right thing. Honestly we felt a little awkward at first and she just kept saying, everyone who thinks they're being awkward end up having some of the best photos, and she was right. The pictures turned out so beautifully and they captured us as we truly are. No strange poses or forced smiles, just raw, unobstructed love. We had fun and laughed a lot and romped around the woods with our dog and you see all of the moments of pure happiness and love come through in every shot. Especially the film photos, oh my goodness her film photos are pure magic. I cried when I received them. I already know that hiring Carolyn will be one of the best decisions I've made for my wedding.

ing day. Not only that- she made sure to coordinate that the second photographer ( shout out to Kristy) we wanted was secured - the two worked together like a dream! Even the hiccups on our wedding day she managed with ease and made those moments look perfect too!!! Our jaws dropped at every photo we received in our sneak peek. We are elated we chose Carolyn for our wedding photographer and our hearts are so full that she captured the love of our wedding day and to have these pictures to look back on for the rest of our lives.

invisible” the whole time. Carolyn posted a few photos the next day and sent a whole file to my daughter two days after the wedding. The photos are absolutely gorgeous!

shoot - she recommended a location (beautiful) and made us feel at ease during the entire session. Her approach is to capture you naturally, so there wasn’t a ton of direction but WOW the photos are gorgeous. We ended up canceling our wedding due to covid, but ended up doing a pregnancy and subsequent family shoot. We will cherish the stunning images forever. Carolyn is a talented professional and well worth the investment. We hope to work with her again.

t shoot a few weeks ago and getting those photos back, we are 6,000% happy with our choice! 11/10 would recommend Carolyn for your wedding photography. It rained the entire time of our engagement shoot but Carolyn was prepared and super fun to work with. She made us feel comfortable in a less than ideal weather situation, and helped us enjoy every moment of the shoot. And, most importantly, the photos blew us away! She delivered way more than we were expecting way sooner than we were expecting and they were all stunning. Completely exceeded expectations on all fronts. Carolyn was awesome to work with and we look forward to seeing how she captures our wedding day next year!

hotos and even went the extra mile to check out our venue before the date of our wedding to scope out good photo spots. We were able to add on a second photographer last minute which was great. She was even able to get some really great photos of my now husband who hates taking pictures. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

y husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of a camera, but Carolyn made us instantly relax during our engagement shoot. She is talented, professional, and personable! During our wedding day, while it was raining, Carolyn was able to capture beautiful photos as we roamed around our venue and came prepared with umbrellas which led to capturing some of my favorite photos! We have already had such an amazing time reminiscing about our wedding day while going through all the photos. The final product is phenomenal, it is so difficult to choose our favorites! I highly recommend hiring Carolyn to beautifully capture your special day!

Carolyn’s website/social media and we’re so glad we did! Carolyn was so easy to work with and worked closely with us on the timeline and shots we wanted to capture. The day-of, we worked with Carolyn and her second photographer SJ who were both so lovely, thoughtful and fun to be around. My husband and I haven’t ever gotten professional shots taken, and they were great with helping us pose and at the same time took amazing candid shots. They both really went above and beyond our expectations - and the photos came out AMAZING. And bonus points for them coming prepared - Carolyn with scissors for all of my bridesmaids who needed to cut the tags off their dresses and SJ for coming with a sewing kit which came in handy for my husband who somehow ripped his pants while taking portrait shots. We HIGHLY recommend working with Carolyn!

eet moments and all of the in between! Her editing and style is amazing, and has such an intimate and genuine feel to it! Coming from someone who is VERY uncomfortable being in front of a camera and the center of attention, she really made me feel at ease and got incredible shots! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not to mention, being a COVID bride, she was very flexible with my change of venue locations, and ended up traveling an hour extra to meet my needs and new wedding location. Her assistant, Rachel, was also amazing and the two of them together just made us feel comfortable and taken care of. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!

gement shoot so excited and looking forward to our wedding day 1000x more knowing we would have Carolyn to help make our wedding day so special! Carolyn was right beside us the entire day making sure to capture everything! Even our guests noticed. I couldn’t imagine our day without her. Book Carolyn now, you won’t regret it!!!❤️

amera! But Carolyn made us feel so comfortable and confident immediately. She just knows what she's doing and it was such a natural, flawless experience. She captures real moments authentically and it shows in the photos. The amount of comments we've gotten saying how the photos are insanely beautiful speaks for itself and many other wedding guests commented on how lovely and easygoing she was. She was the best vendor decision we made for our wedding! :)

e throughout the whole event. My husband and I are not naturally comfortable with having our pictures taken but Carolyn really helped us relax and have fun with it. It was phenomenal experience and we can’t recommend Carolyn Jorgensen Photography enough!

I never thought my husband and I would have such amazing photos of ourselves! She has been so professional and patient with us as we’ve had to make a lot of changes with COVID. I can’t wait to work with her again for our big wedding after COVID! You will absolutely not regret booking with her once you see her photos of you and how perfectly she captures your style and relationship!

was so laid back and getting to know her during the engagement session was great because we felt even more relaxed on the wedding day. Like so many others, Covid threw us for a loop. We postponed and then eventually had to go to plan C, dropping from 150 guests to 21 and finding a new venue just two weeks before the wedding. But Carolyn was so flexible through it all and often checked in to see how we were doing. She even offered to adjust the price to match with what our new plan required. She did not have to do that. In fact many of our vendors held us to original prices (or added). The fact that she offered without us asking shows she's not just talented, but a truly good person. We just got our wedding pictures back and they're stunning. Based on the engagement session, we knew they would be. Her photos really are works of art...now the problem is choosing between all of them! I can't recommend Carolyn enough!

ment session, my fiancee was totally not looking forward to this. Carolyn was able to capture my big tough man and make him feel completely comfortable and at ease. She climbed around in our woods, meadows and fields with cameras draped over her shoulders to capture every single setting I had ever dreamed of doing together. Seeing the engagement photos for the first time I knew I had probably made the best decision of my entire wedding. On to THE BIG DAY! She showed up promptly on time with her second photographer who was also an absolute photo wizard herself. Carolyn proceeded to capture every single detail down to my ceremony cards and fur shawl. She was able to capture truly us in the simplest most elegant loving way. My entire wedding party and guests commented all day and night about how wonderful she was. She was truly a part of the wedding and not just there to snap a couple of photos. I really mean it when I say she was the best decision I made that day, (aside from marrying my husband,) she was able to capture the best day of our lives in the most perfect way. I have just received my sneak peak and I am already in tears. If you havent booked her already you better hurry, this girl is on FIRE! Thank you SO much Carolyn! We love you!

y arranged a time, it was miserable weather.. but somehow Carolyn made it super fun and the pictures turned out gorgeous. Same goes for our wedding- her pictures were beautiful and helped to capture such fond memories. My husband and I could not be more thankful that we chose to work with her.

day. Carolyn delivered. Once we saw her gallery, it was an easy decision; we knew she was the one. She and her assistant were always on time, kind, professional and a wonderful joy to work with. She took a lot of pressure off planning by having plenty of ideas (e.g. the timing for the sun's best light) and poses to help us through the whole experience. We were anxious about being in front of a camera but because of her approachable demeanor, she quickly took away those nerves and helped us relax. I highly recommend going on an engagement shoot with your photographer as well. It's a great ice breaker. Carolyn is an absolute delight and so is her art. If we turned back the clock to last year, we would hire her gorgeous photography every time. I will recommend her to all my friends.

Our family enjoyed her company and was willing to listen to any requests. Carolyn is fantastic with lighting and has a calm demeanor. We can't recommend her enough - I myself look at our engagement and weddings photos very often and every time I am just so happy with the results! Thank you for capturing this important chapter in our life!

of priorities. Lucky for us, Carolyn was actually a referral we got from another photographer. She was so professional and easy to talk to on any pre-wedding call. She made us feel very calm and comfortable on our wedding day. Even during the reception and dancing, she was always close by capturing each moment while still blending well into the background. Our pictures came out so incredible. I have a hard time choosing a favorite, there are just so many beautiful photos. And of course, we've received many compliments from friends and family who were amazed by her work. If you are considering Carolyn Jorgensen, don't think twice. She's spectacular!

pture us for who we were and determined to find someone we could be comfortable around. This meant our genuine expressions, interactions, and emotions. We knew that we weren't going for the dramatic pictures, but pictures that really showed our true selves. After talking to a whole list of photographers, we are so grateful to have found Carolyn by her reviews online! From the initial conversation over the phone, we immediately hit it off and felt like we were just having a conversation with a friend. She was able to speak to her professional photography experience, but also show us her personal side -- meaning that she's an awesome human that absolutely loves animals. We took our engagement pictures with her around Philadelphia. It was the windiest day ever and I remember hoping that we had at least 1 good picture from that super cold day. But throughout the session, she was so great to work with and made us feel as comfortable as possible. With this being our first professional photoshoot, she made it so easy for us to feel like we were just having a date in Philly. I remember her specifically saying that she was just a friend 3rd wheeling with us and not to mind her. We did just that and within a few hours of our photoshoot, she texted me a picture and we were absolutely AMAZED. Shortly after, she sent us a sneak peek album and ALL of the pictures turned so awesome. We were so so so so happy with the way everything turned out and could not wait to work with her on our wedding day. We ended up using our engagement pictures on our save-the-dates (like 8 of them!!), table numbers, seating arrangement board, and on the DJ's screens because we couldn't get over how amazing they turned out to be. As for the wedding day, Carolyn & Kristy were so awesome overall. Our prep call with Carolyn days before was so helpful and just made the day go so smoothly. Like I mentioned, Carolyn is just an awesome human to begin with! I specifically remember that throughout the day, things would be super chaotic and I would sometimes just look at her and she was just reassure me that things will be OK. She was so personal and took the time to take such candid and thoughtful pictures of us throughout the process of getting ready, during the ceremony & reception. She was so patient, flexible, and accommodating -- that we couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Within a few days of our wedding, she sent us sneak peeks while we were still on our honeymoon and couldn't help but stop and look at the pictures. We're looking forward to the rest, but we know that she is just so great. We wanted to recommend her to literally everyone we meet! Love, your favorites -- Molly & Mikko

st loving all of it. She was the first vendor I hired because her work is amazing (just look at the photos--they speak for themselves!) and realllllly wanted her to be part of this experience. Communication is great and she was so helpful through this whole planning process. It wasn’t just another cold business deal like with other vendors, it felt more personal. On the wedding day, there was so much going on and rushing around. She was so calm it made me feel comfortable and stress free. Plus, I knew I can trust her to “do her thing”. We wanted plenty of candid shots and are so incredibly happy with the outcome. We will cherish these photos and moments captured forever. Thank you so so much Carolyn! <3

day. We knew as soon as we saw her portfolio online that we wanted to work with her for our special day. Her work was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend her to any couples looking for an engagement shoot/wedding day photographer.

made us feel very comfortable from the beginning and we ended up having a lot of fun during both experiences. On our wedding day she was very prepared, organized, efficient, patient, and accommodating. As far as her photography work itself, it is stunning and she has a seemingly effortless way of capturing really beautiful moments. Carolyn, we thoroughly enjoyed having you as our photographer. Thank you for providing us with beautiful reminders of our special day and for just being awesome!

actly what you need on your wedding day. We can't recommend her enough!

t a sense of who we were and what we were looking for. I felt like she understood exactly what I wanted. She was personable and made us feel comfortable. We had so much fun working with her, and the photos are absolutely beautiful.

ny others. Our engagement photos and our wedding were captured perfectly. She is willing to go through any terrain to get the perfect photos and she included our dog, and the venue’s farm animals in our photos which mean so much to us. Because of how good she is, we chose to forego a videographer. We are so happy we went with her and we highly recommend booking her!

lso floating through the wedding and I never even knew she was there - capturing all of the most perfect moments without interrupting! Carolyn's second photographer was also fantastic and we would definitely recommend hiring both of them as it makes the day so much easier! Another added bonus about working with Carolyn is that she shares the photos incredibly fast! I had my sneak peak the Monday following my wedding day (unheard of!), and then the final photos about 5 weeks after (all the photos are shareable and downloadable). You then also get a USB with all of your photos for ease! All in all if you want natural, candid, and absolutely stunning photos at a fair price then go with Carolyn!!

lyn! She was amazing throughout the planning process and everyone who has seen my wedding pictures has raved about them!

one of the best decisions we made. Everyone who sees our pictures are blown away by the beauty she captured. From formal photographs, to candids, to images of all the pretty details, she documented our day in the most beautiful way with such an artistic vibe and the most amazing lighting choices. I cannot express how thankful I am in words. We were blessed to have such a talented photographer and will be forever grateful.

at at the event, but she was very timely in answering all of my questions before and after the wedding and the photos were delivered beautifully. I can't thank her enough for capturing our special day exactly as we want to remember it!
