. The center pieces were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. We had one hiccup with the flower petals for the aisle. We received artificial petal but since we had an outdoor venue we needed real which was what we ordered a quick call and they were back with the real petal with no issues and still plenty of time before any events.

s that turned out absolutely beautifully for our bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. I was so happy with the final products! We had one small hiccup in our flower delivery in that we had ordered extra blooms and they were not delivered with the other flowers. But the driver quickly went to a nearby location to remedy the problem and it didn't set our photography back too far! Carousel Flowers was great to work with and if I could do it over, I'd use them again!

I decided to make changes on the flowers/colors. I will use their services again!

ting that I did not want a large bouquet. I also gave him the colors that I wanted the flowers to be. He did not do anything that I had asked. The bouquet was very very large and not well put together at all. Also the flowers were so far from the color I wanted, not even remotely close. I had given him a purple color and these were all light pink. There were not even different shades of pink, just all light pink which is not a color I had asked for. To add to that, I specifically said I wanted eucalyptus to make the bouquet look flowy and he did not add that. I called him a 2 weeks before the wedding asking for details about the wedding and when to do final payment and he could not give me the time. He also was not even there to meet him for my final payment. Horrible customer service. When I confirmed with him again what I wanted for my bouquet he said he will look at the pictures and make it similar. Which he did not do. Not only did he do a horrible job on my bouquet, he was rude and did not think I was a priority when we spoke. Ian did nothing I asked for, and did almost the opposite of what I had specifically told him I wanted. Please if you use this florist go to the one in elmhurst called Carousel florist. Do not work work Ian. He will ruin your bridal bouquet. I also saw him the next day of my wedding at my venue and he asked me how my bouquet was and I told him exactly what I said above and he did not apologize or try to resolve the situation. This experience was so horrible and of all times was for my wedding day. An update, after I was in contact with the owner of the store, she was beyond rude and only told me I was wrong. She never listened to me and she told me that I should have a large bouquet because I’m the bride .. Apparently what you ask for is not done. They designed a bouquet that was nothing I asked for and then didn’t even admit to that even when I should all the emails specifically showing what I wanted and the colors. She had horrible customer service and would never admit that even the colors of my bouquet were wrong. When it was clear in my emails of the color I wanted, and I sent the exact color swatch. This business is beyond rude and I cannot believe the way I have been treated during this process. Please do not ever use this store because if they mess up your bouquet they will not care. The owner told me I should be happy that I got fresh flowers. I spend 250$ on a bridal bouquet to be told I should be happy that my flowers weren’t old.

e discussed our theme/colors and provided examples of the florals/greenery he was envisioning. His expertise and talent was apparent throughout our entire meeting! We left our appointment excited to see what was to come and knew we were in good hands. On my wedding day, Kyle showed up with all of the personal flowers (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres) at the hotel right on schedule. Everything was STUNNING when he showed me each piece. I managed to hold it together while he was still there, but became so emotional with pure joy once he left. Everything was more beautiful than I expected! I also want to shout out Kyle further for giving me permission to "blame" him for my niece (flower girl) not getting pink and purple flower petals to throw down the aisle (not in my color scheme, the petals were white based on our colors). Pre-wedding potential tantrum averted = Significantly above and beyond customer service! The venue was breathtaking between the centerpieces, flowers, and other décor provided by Carousel Flowers. I felt like I walked into a fairytale at the venue. I received so many compliments from my guests on how beautiful the décor and personal flowers were. I highly recommend Carousel Flowers for an event. Kyle and team are communicative, organized and so incredibly talented. I know I will be working with them again in the future!
