He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable — truly a pleasure to work with. As someone who isn’t very familiar with flowers, I was a bit nervous about bringing my vision to life. But Kyle made everything so easy. I provided him with a few pictures and ideas of what I envisioned, and he absolutely nailed it. The arrangements were stunning, and he truly brought my vision to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. What really impressed me was the communication throughout the planning process. Kyle scheduled check-ins to ensure everything was on track, and I never once felt out of the loop or uncertain about the next steps. He was always timely in responding to my questions and very attentive to every detail. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The flowers were delivered on time, beautifully set up, and taken down without any issues. We used Carousel Flowers for our wedding in September and we had a great experience working with them! Kyle was AMAZING!! I wasn't sure what I wanted for flowers, but he asked all the right questions, made sure I had the right flowers/colors/styles/etc! Kyle made sure flowers were one thing I did not need to worry about!!

Carousel was awesome to work with. We had a meeting where we went over the flowers in season, they showed me some ideas, and really collaborated with me to make my vision come true. They were responsive to all of my emails with random questions and met with me to discuss our plans. They executed everything as expected and my bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful! We had a unique idea for the groom's boutonniere, and it turned out amazing! They will only use real flowers with this vendor, so keep that in mind. It was a bit pricier than using silk flowers, but it was worth it for me!

Reasons being: they were super easy to work with, made us feel respected, and even with our smaller budget, Kyle helped us figure out ways to keep costs down without sacrificing what we wanted. Kyle and the team were awesome to work with!! I had no idea what I wanted at the start or how the process worked but he talked me through it during our phone calls and various emails and was totally okay with budgets moving around. Kyle with Carousel Flowers is Excellent! I didn't have much of a vision for flowers for my wedding when I first came in, and he was ready to work with me until everything was what I wanted. Our wedding colors were red and purple, two colors not easily paired together. Kyle took on the challenge, and our wedding flowers were gorgeous! We got so many compliments. The team that delivered and set up the flowers and arch (also rented from Carousel Flowers) was very professional and ensured everything looked great. Working with Kyle was amazing. He merged my vision and Pinterest bouquets into true masterpieces. We contacted and met with two other florists and neither showed the attention to detail and customer service Kyle did (pricing was also the best with Carousel Flowers by Shamrock Garden compared to the other florists too). When my flowers were delivered I was truly blow away by my bouquet it was better than I could have ever imagined. I received several compliments throughout the reception, the amnesia roses and pink astilbe were unique and gave my bouquets a pop of color. Carousel Flowers by Shamrock Garden also created wedding arch pieces and two barrel pieces for my ceremony, again they were gorgeous. I have told my husband on our anniversary I want a mini bouquet replica because I adored them so much!

I am a very Type A bride and Kyle and his team were one of the few vendors for my wedding where I had absolutely zero issues or things I wish would have been different! The bouquets and arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and he was so helpful when we met in person to workshop the centerpieces and figure out the small details. It was so nice knowing I didn't have to worry about flowers or decor at all because it would be 100% handled from the ceremony to the reception!

We worked with Kyle for our wedding in August of 2022 and he was awesome. When we initially met, I had no solid vision for what our flowers and décor would look like yet. I barely had a color scheme. I had general ideas of what I liked and didn't like, but that was about it. Kyle was so wonderful about asking us questions to help us fine tune our decision making. Not only did he show us photos from previous clients, he went into the back and pulled flowers and greenery to actually construct example bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces - that was SO helpful. He was super knowledgeable about presenting us with floral/greenery options that would give us the look we were gravitating towards AND still be resilient during a late-August wedding. Because you want the flowers to look good beyond the first hour of photo taking! We left our first meeting with him feeling grateful to have a better grasp on what we wanted our decor to look like. He quickly provided us with a very reasonable service quote and we officially booked him ASAP. A month before the wedding, I reached back out to update him on some thematic changes we had made to the overall décor and he was so very accommodating in tweaking a few of the floral selections to reflect those changes. On the day of the wedding, he showed up exactly on time to hand deliver our bouquets and boutonnieres. He also was able to set up florals at the church AND the banquet hall which were not necessarily close to each other. The arrangements were beautiful! I'm so glad we came across Kyle and am grateful for the Carousel Flowers staff in helping to make this such a memorable day.
