Carpe Diem Wedding and Events

Natalie with Carpe Diem was so great to work with for our wedding! She was always organized, professional, super friendly, and positive at our meetings. She suggested a great DJ and worked with us to create a timeline that gave structure to the day! Her day-of coordination of other vendors and the wedding ceremony was very helpful and we are so grateful we didn't try to do it all ourselves. Thank you Natalie!

Natalie was a life-saver through the wedding process and we wouldn't have had such an amazing day without her. We purchased the bronze package through Natalie, and had our wedding at Postlewait's (her family's venue). She went above and beyond for us in every way. Her knowledge of the wedding world was so extensive - she already had worked with almost all of our vendors and gave us phenomenal recommendations for others. We felt like part of the family working with her and her sister Jacque. We had monthly check-ins and she was so helpful with her communication, which kept us on track in our wedding-planning process. She thought of details that we didn't even know to consider. We felt in every conversation like she was truly there to make our wedding day as special as it could be. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that!

Whenever someone asks me for my one piece of advice for throwing a wedding I always say get a coordinator! Natalie was so kind/supportive/responsive during the 14+ months I worked with her before our wedding. I didn't know until days later that her assistant had called out sick the day of our wedding which just left Natalie to do all the setup/organizing for our day. She made it seamless, and was always right there for me whenever I needed her! To top it off, Dan the DJ was a huge hit and definitely captured what we were looking for music wise on our day. I could not recommend this lovely family business more, they made our day happen!

Carpe Diem provided DJ services and bartending at our wedding. I could not have been more pleased with either one of those services! All our guests enjoyed the bartending and the champagne was served to the tables in time for our toasts. I think the best part was Dan!! He is so kind and kept me informed throughout the night. He asked questions, even making sure that it was okay to play pop music that was requested by other guests. He found all the songs that were requested and played them at appropriate times. I would definitely hire Carpe Diem if I had another event. Your expectations will be blown away if you choose to hire them.
