Carpe Diem Weddings and Events was incredible to work with for our July wedding. Natalie was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind—she embraced our vision and helped bring it to...
life seamlessly. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and her attention to detail was unmatched. She guided us through every step so we always knew what to expect before, during, and after the wedding, which made the entire process stress-free.
On the wedding day, everything flowed flawlessly. Our guests continue to comment on how beautifully the day was coordinated—they’ve truly never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Natalie’s calm presence and expert coordination allowed us to relax and simply enjoy our day.
Even our families noticed and appreciated the care and professionalism Carpe Diem showed during teardown and cleanup. From start to finish, Natalie had every detail under control. While I’m thrilled to be married, I’m genuinely a little sad that I won’t be working with Natalie anymore—that’s how lasting an impression she leaves.
I cannot recommend Carpe Diem Weddings and Events highly enough for couples who want their wedding dreams executed perfectly and stress-free.
I cannot say enough about how incredible Natalie was to work with. My wedding day would not have been the same without her in any way. She saw my vision and helped it come to life ...
so I could enjoy and focus on the best day!
Natalie with Carpe Diem was so great to work with for our wedding! She was always organized, professional, super friendly, and positive at our meetings. She suggested a great DJ an...
d worked with us to create a timeline that gave structure to the day! Her day-of coordination of other vendors and the wedding ceremony was very helpful and we are so grateful we didn't try to do it all ourselves. Thank you Natalie!
Natalie was a life-saver through the wedding process and we wouldn't have had such an amazing day without her.
We purchased the bronze package through Natalie, and had our wedding...
at Postlewait's (her family's venue). She went above and beyond for us in every way. Her knowledge of the wedding world was so extensive - she already had worked with almost all of our vendors and gave us phenomenal recommendations for others. We felt like part of the family working with her and her sister Jacque. We had monthly check-ins and she was so helpful with her communication, which kept us on track in our wedding-planning process. She thought of details that we didn't even know to consider. We felt in every conversation like she was truly there to make our wedding day as special as it could be. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she was so much more than that!
Whenever someone asks me for my one piece of advice for throwing a wedding I always say get a coordinator! Natalie was so kind/supportive/responsive during the 14+ months I worked...
with her before our wedding. I didn't know until days later that her assistant had called out sick the day of our wedding which just left Natalie to do all the setup/organizing for our day. She made it seamless, and was always right there for me whenever I needed her! To top it off, Dan the DJ was a huge hit and definitely captured what we were looking for music wise on our day. I could not recommend this lovely family business more, they made our day happen!
Carpe Diem provided DJ services and bartending at our wedding. I could not have been more pleased with either one of those services! All our guests enjoyed the bartending and the c...
hampagne was served to the tables in time for our toasts. I think the best part was Dan!! He is so kind and kept me informed throughout the night. He asked questions, even making sure that it was okay to play pop music that was requested by other guests. He found all the songs that were requested and played them at appropriate times. I would definitely hire Carpe Diem if I had another event. Your expectations will be blown away if you choose to hire them.
Cannot recommend Carpe Diem enough! We could not have made our day happy without Natalie’s help. She helped us plan the outline/schedule of our entire day and made sure to get in t...
ouch with vendors and notify them about times they should arrive. She made the whole process so much less stressful. And about the planning, she went above and beyond to help up set up, decorate, plate our food, coordinate our rehearsal dinner and so much more. She really put in so much effort and made the process go 100X smoother!! Dan the DJ was also awesome! He got the party started and was super open to taking any requests! Not to mention they helped us make this all happen during a pandemic. They were incredible patient and helpful. The whole process with Carpe Diem was amazing. Highly recommend!!

ecause I could tell that really thinks through every single detail and I trusted her that she would make sure it would get carried out. Even though her assistant coordinator worked at my wedding because Natalie was already booked, everything I communicated to Natalie was carried out perfectly, showing her skill and importance of clear communication.
Her collection of items to borrow was wonderful as well. For an out of state wedding, this was incredibly helpful and also stepped up my wedding decor a lot which was awesome. I would definitely recommend Carpe Diem to anyone looking for an organized, professional, and super friendly wedding coordinator.
Natalie was beyond amazing on our wedding day. She was the first to show up and the last to leave. She guided be the entire year leading up to the wedding and was just so helpful. ...
She even helped with my elderly grandfather- getting him food and making sure he was conforrtable in the heat. Not only is she an amazing wedding coordinator, but the sweetest person who really cares how your wedding day goes.
