We Specialize in Italian Food and award winning Desserts. Carrara's was established by Damiano and Massimiliano Carrara, two natives of Lucca, in Italy's Tuscany region. Both were pastry aficionados, on a mission to share their rich culinary heritage with their new community in Moorpark and beyond.
