Carretto Studio

ntly worked with us to find the perfect outdoor location in San Francisco for our engagement photos, and our family and friends are blown away with our wedding photos. We are already looking forward to family photos over the next few years so we can find another excuse to work with him. We couldn't have had a better experience and recommend Carretto Studio wholeheartedly!

al feel, which was important to us. And equally importantly--he is an absolute pleasure to be around. He is so kind and lovely, and has a very calm demeanor that put everyone at ease as he captured our big day. We're so happy to have gotten to work with him and highly highly recommend his work!! Thanks Andy!!!

Andy's direction. He was a delight to have around and made me feel at ease throughout the whole day. When I was unsure of where to place the veil on my head, Andy was there with advice on what wouldn't look goofy. When my sister couldn't figure out the straps on my wedding dress, his second photographer, Gretchen, was there to provide a helping hand. He took the vision of my grandmother's wedding portrait and ad-libbed an on-site portrait studio at the church. Not only are his photos are high quality and beautiful, but working with someone like Andy made the whole experience that much more amazing.

could not have been more pleased with how our weddig photos turned out.

! Andy was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. He’s so organized and on top of his game. The sneak peeks we’ve seen so far look stunning and we couldn’t be happier with our with our choice of selecting Carretero studio for a day we will always remember. Special thanks to Beth as well. The two of you work so well together and truly made our day!!!

use we have the most gorgeous photos to show, frame and cherish. Their talent sells itself when you see the artistic and stunning images, but the Carrettos themselves are the kind of people you want to spend your wedding day with. Andy is laid-back, positive, relaxed, attentive and on top of everything. He's running the show without you even realizing it, taking all stress out of everything while noticing everything around him at all times so as not to miss "the shot". Beth is the perfect compliment bringing diligent professionalism with effortless upbeat energy and capturing every detail. We will cherish forever the stunning photos they took at our wedding.

needed calming force, and his photos are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend to any bride and groom!

around on the day of our wedding. He made both of us feel totally at ease and relaxed, which was a huge plus on a stressful day. We absolutely love the way our photos turned out, and I would 100% recommend hiring Andy to shoot your wedding day!

nd of our day. She really went above and beyond for us (even obliging my dad's request for photos to be shown at the reception). I would very highly recommend Beth and Carretto Studio!

n so far and I know I will feel the same as the remainder come in. I want to talk specifically about that it meant to have Andy as a part of our day.... Our wedding was planned to be a 100% outdoor wedding (with no tent, I know...I KNOW). Sure enough it rained and things had to be moved around, new plans needed to be made, and part of our afternoon was getting all of those logistics figured out. During a 20 minute period of it somehow magically not raining, Andy encouraged us to take pictures outside. No joke - had he not done this, I think we would have only had a handful of pictures outside and they would have all been in the evening when the rain died down (so essentially with no natural light). It means SO much to us that Andy took the lead on encouraging us to get outside in the midst of the craziness. He made sure we would get these beautiful, outdoor pictures for our backyard wedding and I am convinced that if it wasn't for him they would not exist. YOU NEED to hire Andy, not only because he is incredibly talented - but because he is so polite (SO many people came up to us after the wedding and talked about how nice he was to them). And beyond that, he's just fun. Weddings can be stressful and Andy made us feel like we had a friend taking our pictures. Both my husband and I felt completely relaxed in trusting that he would capture our day the way we remember it and Andy did not fail to do so. BOOK. HIM. NOW. Andy was BEYOND what we ever imagined we would get from a wedding photographer. From sending him in inquiry emailing, to meeting in a coffee shop and learning more about his craft, to taking our engagement pictures, my fiance and I have both been completely blown away. Not only is Andy supremely talented, he's overall just a really great guy. I cannot stress enough how important 'vibing' with your wedding photographer is, and Andy makes that EASY! We were able to relax in front of him/his camera which was so evident by the incredible engagement pictures he was able to capture. Not many photographers are able to catch that 'holy cow I love you' look that you give to your partner, but Andy is...and now I get to frame these pictures and share them with our loved ones, what could be better? Stop your search - Andy is your guy.

llent quality photos. The turn around for photos is quick too. I cannot believe how fast my husband and I got our photos back. Andy made us feel at ease and comfortable during the photo shoots. We had a pretty large bridal party and he did awesome with getting all the candid shots in along with group photos and individual photos. I came across Andy through other reviews and ratings and all were spot on. He is truly a talented photographer and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family! Thank you, Andy, for making our day perfect and creating these photos that will forever be cherished!

of. From the time we first met with Andy, he did everything possible to make us feel at home. He went out of his way to meet with us before our first engagement session. We were so happy with how they turned our that we asked him to do our rehearsal dinner in addition to our wedding day. He even did my professional head shot for residency interviews! In addition to his skills and great eye for photography, Andy is the nicest and most genuine person you could ever meet. We had voiced that certain things were important to us on our special day, and he was so respectful and prioritized them without needing a second reminder. He is extremely organized and his work is beautiful. My husband and I are EXTREMELY camera shy, but somehow Andy captured the most wonderful pictures we could ever ask for. So glad we will have them for a lifetime. Pick Carretto Studio for your special day - you won't regret it! His work is bridal magazine worthy! Thanks for everything, Andy!

nly seeing a few pictures so far I know they will all turn out amazing. We cannot recommend Andy and Carretto Studio highly enough. Go with the best and hire them right now!

pictures turned out! He was able to capture all the special moments in my Indian wedding. He really knows how to run a business properly - answers calls and emails promptly!

ils and treasured moments with a great deal of professionalism, calmness, ease and tremendous talent. To say our photographs are stunning is an understatement.....like something out of a bridal magazine! We received all of our proofs so quickly as well! We are so thankful to Carretto Studio for capturing our day. We highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for an amazingly gifted photographer!!

what we wanted. We all know planning a wedding is stressful. His easy-going personality made everything so easy. He is friendly and down to Earth, but at the same time very professional. Andy is simply the best. He does an amazing job making you feel comfortable as it is a very new experience for most. We love our photos and will treasure them for the rest of our lives (both engagement and wedding). We used one of our engagement photos for our guest book and so many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the picture was! It is of the utmost importance to get a great photographer and you cannot go wrong with choosing Andy. Thanks again for everything!

ng day/photo session. His vibe is perfect and he gives great direction. We recently got our photos back and every picture took me back to the feeling of that moment. Andy and his assistant (that day it was Shannon) captured every movement and then some. I can't say enough great things about Carretto Studio and I know I'll be working with Andy again

sted great places for our photos, both my husband and I got every style photo we wanted. When it came to our family photos they were organized and able to handle my large family and crazy nieces and nephews. All around best photography experience I've had!!

Carretto Studio was remarkable, start to finish. Two months before our wedding, they sent us a questionnaire and followed up with a phone call to go over the timeline in detail. On the day of the wedding, they couldn't have been more perfect. There was a moment when I was getting ready where I became a little jittery, and Beth immediately calmed me down. My family and wedding party loved them, and did I mention, our photos are AMAZING. We received them a month after our wedding, and still keep getting compliments. Long story short, these two are the bee's knees. They are fantastic photographers and amazing people.

h, he made us feel relaxed, and we had a great time doing it! We love every single one of our photos and highly recommend Carretto Studio.

ery comfortable. The pictures turned out beautiful! Would definitely recommend Carretto Studio!

and Beth, we knew we had found "the one"! Not only are they extremely professional, but their work is timeless and ethereal. Carretto Studio left us absolutely speechless with their flawless work! My parents were most impressed with the fact that we barely even knew they were there on the wedding day - a testament to how truly talented they are! We can't get over how perfect our images are, and they're something we will cherish for the rest of our lives! We can't thank Carretto Studio enough for being just as invested in telling our love story as we were!

After meeting Elizabeth & viewing Caretto Studio's portfolio, I knew my fiancé and I were in great hands. Elizabeth was amazing. She listened to, embraced & supported all of our wedding picture ideas and had awesome suggestions of her own. She was patient, fun and made my fiancé and I feel very comfortable from the get go. I was particularly anal about one picture I wanted with my groomsmen/ushers... Caretto Studio nailed it. The groomsmen photo turned out way better than I imagined as did every picture Elizabeth and her team captured. Like I said, save yourself some time and hire Caretto Studio!!!

n endless amount of pictures which is exactly what we wanted out of our photographer. We are so grateful to have these stunning, classic images for years to come!

to photograph our wedding. We had our engagement session this past May, and once again I'm in love with all of the photographs. Their artistic perspective, use of light, and posing is top notch. It was such a wonderful experience for both Brad and I, and I absolutely cannot wait for them to photograph our wedding.

engagement photos as well as wedding photos and Andy and Beth were awesome to work with. Very instructive but not overly so. They knew exactly the angle to take for each photo to make it look as exceptional as possible. They definitely do have the eye for photography and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for classy, well taken photos. Also something I really liked is that they don't really "touch up" the photos much because honestly their photos don't need it. Prints and album were off the charts. It was fun for my wife and I to relive our wedding day through our photos. Thank you Andy and Beth!

lick, shoot and hope for the best type. They give GREAT instruction for the best photos. I was terrified when looking for a photographer because I am very picky as I once was doing it myself. To say they met expectation is an understatement. Not only professional but their communication is excellent from beginning to end. Quality of final product was fantastic and impressive. We did our engagement photos as well as wedding and they were worth every penny and more! They definitely have "the eye" that so many photographers think they have... but don't. I would recommend them to everyone on the planet! Tip: you get what you pay for... don't let your wedding photos be trash for saving a couple extra bucks for some huge company etc - you will not only have wasted a large amount of money but trust me... you will not only regret it - you will painfully cry when you see what they produced. Been there and done that... Andy and Beth's photos will make you tear up too... with joy and relief for sure! RECOMMENDED!

pictures for years to come. Thanks, Carretto Studios!

lthough we have not had our wedding yet, just seeing our engagement pictures make us that much more excited for our big day. There are few people that have the ability to make you laugh, feel comfortable and truly want to get to know you as a couple on a more personal level. We cannot wait to spend our wedding day with Andy and have those memories to share with our family and friends for our forever to come.

er obsessing about photographers, I noticed something different. His pictures were romantic, but not cheesy. They were artistic, but not over the top. Personally, I felt like I hit the jack pot! I then noticed how many awards he had won from various blogs and websites, and realized I was not the only person to be impressed with his work. He e-mailed me back the very next day and offered to meet with my fiance and I. We met at a cute coffee shop, where he offered to buy our ice cream! (What a gem.) We spoke with him, asked many questions, and looked through his work. After all of my hard work and research, I had found my man (besides my future husband! HA!). We had our engagement pictures this weekend, and although the weather was terrible, Andy assured me we would get great shots. And he DID. He has always gotten back to me within a day, and had our pictures to us that SAME NIGHT after our shoot! We had such a fun day at the City Museum and the Hilton 360, and Andy helped us feel so at ease. The pictures were PHENOMENAL. The way he uses lighting, different perspectives, and his creative eye, blend together to create a masterpiece. Ever since I posted a few pictures on Facebook, my friends have been raving about how they are the best engagement pictures they have ever seen. I simply can't wait for my wedding to be here, because I can't wait to see the pictures and relive it over and over again. After attending 14 weddings last year, I have seen how some photographers can not be what they look like on paper. Therefore, I highly recommend choosing Carretto Studios. It is one thing you will not regret!

ere responsive, flexible and took time to get to know us so our pictures reflect us as a couple. I am so in love with each of our pictures that it is nearly impossible to figure out which ones will go in our house. I can't wait to continue to use Carretto to document our future together!

ant your wedding is and they’re dedicated to creating beautiful images for you. They’re also willing to listen to your ideas to make sure you get the images you want. Andy and Beth are always professional and they made everyone feel at ease. They kept things moving so we had enough time to take a variety of photos at several locations. I LOVE all our photos! I definitely recommend Carretto Studio for your wedding!

stic to be around. As a couple, you will get a perspective that not many others can provide. They have two hearts that genuinely care about their clients and desire to provide the exact vision the client is after. Their photography is stunning; the kind of pictures that you see in magazines and wish you had on your wall. With them, they make this a reality. Architecturally speaking, they can create back drops that compliment the bride and groom in ways that will capture attention. Andy and Elizabeth should be your wedding photographer for more reasons than one so talk to them and find them all!

r wedding. Great first impression! They also bared the snow and cold for our engagement pictures. They helped make great memories for us on our wedding day. From the pictures of us getting ready to the first look, everything felt organized and more calm because of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

l times before the wedding! We had a huge wedding party and they were able to coordinate and organize everyone in all the group photos beautifully. The were super accommodating and split up during certain parts of the day so that we could get pictures of both the bridesmaids and the groomsmen getting ready. Elizabeth also got stuck with our crazy wedding party on the bus while Andy got amazing pictures of our reception venue before our guest arrived! :)

fe and I were married on June 29, 2013 and we were fortunate enough to be able to work with Andrew and Elizabeth! They treated us both like royalty! Throughout the entire day both Andy and Elizabeth were able to make us feel comfortable, and special. They were never invasive, or in our faces during the ceremony, they were instead gracious and conscious of their surroundings the entire day (a rarity amongst wedding photographers). A touch of rain forced us to rethink one of our picture locations, but Andy and Elizabeth were on the job and they quickly suggested and alternative which turned out to be a wonderful decision! Something my wife and I truly admire about Andy and Elizabeth is that they are passionate about their art, but they are both just so nice and gracious about everything! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect set of photographers, they are truly the best at what they do! Thank you so much guys!!

o get to know each other and prepare for the wedding photo shots. It was also nice to have 2 photographers, Andrew and Elizabeth made made us feel so comfortable and at ease. They both have an eye and appreciation for detail, we absolutely adore all of our pictures and we are thrilled that we chose Carretto Studio to capture the happiest day of our lives. It was worth every penny and we will cherish all the photos for a lifetime! I would highly recommend Carretto Studio to any couple that is planning to get married. You won't be disappointed!

yle, and listened to our ideas. Their creativity and innovative photography produced some truly gorgeous shots that we could not have imagined. We were very pleased with the final product and have already referred friends. Many thanks to Carretto Studio for capturing our wedding memories so beautifully!

erent photographers. The first time we met them them they were so professional and genuine. Every couple looks for their wedding day to be everything they imagined and the Carrettos helped make this possible. They went above and beyond to help make our day run smoothly. They used the input we had, and really captured the feeling we wanted on our day. Not even 2 weeks after the wedding they had all of our pictures ready for us and they were absolutely beautiful and more then we could have hoped for. Their kindness and relaxed demure made it easy for us to enjoy every minute. After your wedding day is over all you have left are the memories and photos. Because of Carretto Studio and their unbelievable photographs we will be able to relive that day forever.

nd so talented. We were very happy with our wedding photos.

ilable on our date. That photographer recommended the Carretto's, stating, "If I had to do my wedding again, these are the people that I would want to photography my big day." When a fellow professional recommends them, you know they have to be good. Boy was she right! I am so thankful for her recommendation because the Carretto's work and professionalism were so much more than we could have hoped for. Andy and Elizabeth are two of the greatest people. They are kind, personable, and so very talented. They are both lead photographers resulting in two times the fantastic photos. Our largest problem with the Carretto's was that they produced so many fantastic images that we can't decide which to have printed! These two know St. Louis and were full of ideas for wonderful locations to shoot. They easily understood and made our visions come to life. What I love most about their photography is that it truly told the story of our day. It is so detailed that you really don't even need a videographer. You can trust them to capture every moment and detail. We have gotten nothing but compliments and, "Oooohs and ahhhhhs," on our images. Multiple people have even said the pictures look like they belong in a bridal magazine! Bottom line: If you are getting married in St. Louis and you do not use the Carretto's, you are making a huge mistake!!!

ents on their work. They have such great ideas and are very talented!

were able to recommend great locations for wedding day photos and planned backup locations in case of inclement weather. They are very punctual and reliable - one less thing to worry about on the wedding day. Choose Andy and Elizabeth and you will not be disappointed with the results!
