They made great recommendations, and I ended up with a dress that makes me feel beautiful. Glad we were able to find the dress (and the dog)! I would recommend this to any soon to be bride!

met with the warmest of greetings. I was a bit anxious to begin my wedding dress shopping, as I worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything that felt just right. I had 2 appointments prior to my visit to Carriage House; both went well and I actually thought I had found the dress I wanted at the second location…but then I went to Carriage House. It was as if Kelly Michelle could read my mind because every single dress I tried on was beautiful and felt so true to who I am and what I had envisioned for my wedding. I tried on one that I knew was my dress, but I wanted to keep trying on more just to be sure, so I would put the same dress back on between each new one, and Kelly Michelle never once made me feel like I was a bother or needed to rush. She really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful feedback, was so patient and kind, and most importantly made me feel incredibly special. I will forever be grateful to Kelly Michelle and the entire Carriage House team for creating such magical moments that I will think of each time I look back on photos of my gorgeous dress.

Not only was the entire process wonderful with beautiful dressing rooms and champagne but what stood out to me was how knowledgeable everyone is of the different gowns. Not only did it feel like putting on beautiful weddings gowns but a piece of art. I had the best experience and I am so thankful I got my wedding dress at the Carriage House!

exactly what I was looking for - something modern and simple but that could travel well! My husband and I got married in the mountains of Colorado so we wanted the scenery to be the main focal point! And we’re located in Texas so that meant I’d have to travel with the dress twice. I fell in love with a Kelly Faetanini gown — the second one I tried on! Julie picked the perfect veil to complement the dress. It could not have been more perfect!

KellyMichelle & Bradford helped me go through various styles and types, contacted the dress designers individually with questions I had, and came up with the most perfect design from Dalarna to get me the dress of my dreams. They were honest, helpful, and genuinely wanted the best for me and I felt that at this place. I also needed last minute jewelry and veil help and KellyMichelle was ON it. I love this place & these people. They truly made me feel individually special and beautiful the whole time. Thank you Bradford, KellyMichelle, & Carriage House Weddings. OCD, traditional, clean, simple, to the point kind of person and I imagined my wedding dress would reflect that and more. I started in Huntsville, 3 places - no luck. Spent a weekend up in Nashville, 3 more places - still no luck. By this point I'm losing hope. I feel like I am the type of person who needs to see everything before making a decision but at this point feel as if I have been exposed to everything and still am not 'IN LOVE'. We head to Birmingham - the day before my birthday. 3 places total - the last being Carriage House. Truly, walking into Carriage House, I just felt 'it'. First off - the store front is just absolutely stunning. Bradford was due to help me and y'all, I could not love him more!!!! He was first kind, but he was also the kind of honest I needed during this process. I tried on maybe 4 dresses - all of which I really could have seen myself in (9th wedding shop is the charm, right?), but I kept going back to this one Kelly Faetanini gown. IT WAS MADE FOR ME. Elegant, sleek, fitting, low back, small amount of detail. I chose my veil and earrings there in the store. Everything I saw - perfect for my Garden wedding. Hints of floral, clean and simple. It was the BEST birthday surprise. AND FURTHER - If you are on the fence about whether to do split sizing - here is your sign.. DO IT! This makes everything immensely easier down the road. When I came in for each and every one of my alteration appts. (all it needed was a bustle and a small amount of hemming) Anna Cate greeted us. The sweetest smile, at the door, every 2 weeks. We really got to know each other and I always left thinking to myself this is the type of business that people want, the image that people strive for. Carriage House has gone over and beyond to create experiences that brides will carry with them. In such a stressful but beautiful season, Carriage House is just that - a home! Each and every person makes you feel at home, makes you feel comfortable, confident, and all around lovely - no matter how short the stay is.

They have such a beautiful and vast selection of dresses, and the ones you try on will give you a good baseline of what quality dresses and styles look and feel like. The sweet women who work there are great at their jobs, know how to handle any unexpected dress issue, and know how to make something that could easily be one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning - finding the dress - so incredibly easy, uplifting, and fun. Julie worked with me directly throughout the wedding dress selection and fitting process. She is such a sweetheart, so fantastic at her job, and sincerely valued my ideas, opinions, and concerns. I brought a few people to my dress appointments, and Julie was good at amplifying my voice when a lot of opinions and concerns were being shared. Being heard is something that is not only so important in making your dress decision but also so important if you want to keep the search fun and happy. I’m so glad I had the chance to work with her. Kathleen was my seamstress, and I had an absolute blast working with her during the fitting process. She did such an incredible job altering my very untraditional and beaded dress. She was a joy to work with. Again, I cannot sing enough praises of Carriage House and the amazing women that work there… truly an amazing experience, and I am so incredibly grateful.
