Carrie and her team were instrumental in planning all the details as well as coordinating everything on the day of the wedding! Carrie was the best wedding planner we could’ve asked for. We weren’t too sure what we wanted in the beginning. Carrie helped us carefully design the wedding to perfectly fit our needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect worry-free wedding.

Our Christmas Eve wedding would not have been possible without Carrie! She was able to bring together the most beautiful, perfect day in less than two months! You would never know how short of a timeline we gave her to work with by the outcome of our day. She has the best eye for every little detail you would never even think about, making our day that much better. She is incredibly organized, insanely creative, and would consistently check in with us throughout the planning process. There wasn’t a single moment in our day we felt stressed, allowing us to fully soak in every little moment with each other as she worked behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. She is an amazing person, planner, and designer. She helped us stay on track for all of our tasks and greatly helped with the design of the wedding which turned out absolutely stunning. Hiring Carrie was the best decision for our wedding weekend. We worked together for a year and a half on Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Day, and I don't know what I would have done without her unwavering support and assistance. Carrie and her team made sure the wedding weekend went smoothly. They truly go the extra mile to make sure the newlyweds and their parents are able to have a fun and relaxing time at all events. Carrie is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the planning process, costing, ways to save money, and she puts together a great design board so you get a glimpse of what your big day will look like. Having a wedding planner is great for your wedding weekend, but having Carrie is like having a best friend support you through the entire journey.

I found Carrie on the Knot and I am so grateful I did! Our special day was incredible thanks to Carrie's planning. Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We could not have done it without her! We booked her full-planning package (highly recommend) for our residential wedding. She helped us find vendors, budget, decorate, coordinate, staff, and execute on the big day. She was kind, fun to work with, and most of all, pulled off a one-of-a-kind wedding for us.

Carrie quite literally saved my wedding day!!! A friend of mine who works in the events industry recommended Carrie to me and after our initial call, I cancelled every single meeting with all the other planners. We immediately clicked because of how sweet and eager she was to make our wedding experience as joyful as possible. I explained to her that I enjoy planning and was excited to take part in the whole process but just needed some guidance along the way. We were able to customize a partial planning package and I am so thankful we did. The entire planning process was so smooth with Carrie! She offered such great recommendations and we had the best monthly chats to keep me in check. I was always excited to have her help, but it wasn’t until the month of the wedding that I really felt grateful. A couple weeks before our big day, it felt like one thing after another kept happening to my fiancé and I. However, Carrie always had a solution for us! She was so optimistic (which is just what you need when you’re stressed and confused) and we left every conversation with her feeling better than we did before. Our wedding day was such a BEAUTIFUL breeze because of her and I truly don’t know what it would’ve looked like or what we would’ve done without her help. While handling everything that was thrown our way, she still managed to keep us high priority and always checked in to make sure we were happy and excited for the biggest day of our lives. She was our saving grace and we will absolutely be hiring her again for our vow renewal in the future!!!

I only had two stressful decisions to make around my wedding. 1. Do I hire a wedding planner? (I 1000% recommend it) 2. Who do I trust to help guide me on setting up this big day!? After our first phone call, I knew I needed Mrs. Carrie on my team. She immediately struck me as attentive, creative, and confident. Every email and phone call after that further bolstered my first impression. I knew I needed extra help, so I requested her full-service package. Although I was eager (being a creative type), there were times when I was nervous or uninformed. When I was excited, Mrs. Carrie would share that excitement with me. When I was unsure, Mrs. Carrie would lead with suggestions and reassurances. The wedding day was fabulous. The setting was more beautiful than a dream, everyone ended up in the right places at the right times, and she even helped me remember to eat! If I ever plan any other big event, CAE will be the first call I make.

Carrie was our Month of Coordinator for our wedding and she was awesome!!! We kept in touch through our the whole wedding process, making sure I had everything I needed and getting things done on time. Around 45 days out from the wedding Carrie took over all the emails and planning process! She made it so smooth, easy, and especially stress free for me! On the day of she was always near and there to help. Our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was if Carrie wasn’t there!!! September 2022 - VanLandingham Estate. Out of the hundreds of decisions you'll make to plan your wedding, Carrie was easily the most valuable and rewarding decision we made. We booked Carrie just as she ventured out into starting her own business - we felt she offered great value with her 'Partial Planning' package since we already had booked a venue. I would recommend her for Full Planning as well. Carrie exceeded our expectations with her service from beginning to end. She wore many hats throughout our wedding journey, and the end product was truly the best weekend of our lives. From the beginning, Carrie makes you feel like she is a close friend you've known for years who just happens to be an expert in Charlotte weddings. She knew every venue and vendor, and her recommendations followed through and were excellent. On top of everything you'd hope from a coordinator, she handled every situation with grace, patience, and ingenuity. She always had a suggestion or an idea, but also had an attentive ear to cater to our vision. Carrie took initiative to solve problems without being prompted, and was a calm haven on our wedding day, letting us soak in every moment without worry. I'll miss our planning sessions, where Carrie would often serve as our "therapist", helping us get through difficult decisions where everyone ended up on the same page. Wedding budgets can be difficult - booking Carrie is easily the most bang for your buck expense I can recommend.

Carrie and her team did an exceptional job throughout our entire wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations and was so patient! She took the time to get to know us both personally which was reflective on the vision boards she created. She gave us so many creative ideas and also worked with all of our vendors to relieve our stress! Day of she made sure everything went smoothly and on time! I'm so glad we went with Carrie and we'd love to have her plan any future events. We wouldn't have been able to create such an amazing wedding without her! Thanks Carrie!!

Carrie was truly the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. She is creative, organized, professional, and kind. The week before my wedding was so stress free because Carrie took care of all of the last minute details and communications with various vendors. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the flow from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception to the sparkler send off was flawless. Carrie is your girl for all wedding planning and coordination needs!

Part way through our wedding planning process, we realized we needed help pulling all the pieces together to make our vision a reality. I found Carrie Anne Events through Instagram posts by a few of our other vendors and immediately knew she was the right person for the job! From the day we booked with her to now (11 days AFTER our wedding) she has been absolutely amazing!! Her attention to the details, both big and small, were incredible! She was able to take our thoughts and ideas and turn them into a reality. Some of my friends jokingly refer to me as "Monica" from friends because I tend to over plan and think about every little detail so I definitely had very high expectations for our big day and Carrie surpassed each and every one of them with her execution! Another pro to working with Carrie is that she knew the business, things my fiance and I never thought about, she was on top of it all!

Carrie was amazing to work with from the initial meeting to the day of the wedding! She made planning a wedding in less than five months seamless. All the vendors she recommended were excellent and exactly what we were looking for while staying within our budget! My husband and I had Carrie work our wedding, she was really SO amazing to work with. Between helping us pick the perfect color scheme and table settings to holding our hands the day of, she gave us the best wedding experience. She also worked really well with the day of coordinator that our venue provided, I feel like that was key to making the dream team. Because Carrie worked so well with the coordinator who was familiar with the venue, everything come together seamlessly. I couldn’t imagine our day without her help, creativity and enthusiasm.
