ning process. When our wedding venues were wiped out only one week before the wedding due to hurricane Ian, Carrie stepped in and saved the day. She not only found my fiancé and I an entirely new venue, but also confirmed that every single vendor would still take part in our special day despite the natural disaster. Carrie can handle the big things but is a true master of the fine details and tying your personality into the wedding weekend. My number one piece of wedding advice for any bride to be is to hire a planner - without Carrie I can honestly say the wedding might not have gone on for months or years to come. You won’t regret it!

The escort card display was custom built displaying a champagne bottle that had been ‘popped’ and the bubbles had everyones name and seating assignment on it! Truly unique and fit the theme perfectly!

ion. ALL of her preferred vendors that I used were absolutely AMAZING. I had no issues with any of them. All were extremely professional, flexible, and punctual in communicating back and forth. I never once doubted that Carrie or my vendors would drop the ball on my wedding day. We spoke many times about my vision for ceremony and reception and wow did she deliver! Everything was exactly how I planned it to go. On the day of the wedding, of course I was a bundle of nerves but Carrie did such a great job of working with all of the vendors behind the scenes and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. The JW Marriott in Marco Island is a huge resort and I was concerned we'd lose some guests but Carrie did a fantastic job in making sure all of the bridal party, parents, grandparents, etc. knew where to be at exactly what time. Carrie is a delight to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner. She helped keep me sane through the planning process and helped to give me the best day of my life

We originally hired Carrie as our day of coordinator and ended up enlisting her assistance on some of our custom decor pieces. With her husband Matt, she created and designed a mini custom tiki hut for our escort card display, as well as a customized welcome directional sign. She ordered leis from Hawaii for our rehearsal dinner and even laid the petals in a whimsical/romantic design on the beach - for our stunning ceremony walkway. Carrie knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry and is a creative genius when it comes to styling (she placed and set up all of the decor for both our ceremony and reception!). She was prompt, professional and a wealth of knowledge about current trends and what would be the best choices for your specific wedding - given your vision and taste. She is attentive to your needs and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your day is nothing short of spectacular!! Planning with Carrie was always fun and her positive energy and over the top ideas made everything more exciting. She genuinely cares about your wedding day and makes you feel so special throughout the entire process. There are truly no words to describe how grateful we are for all she did for us. She took care of EVERYTHING so we did not have to worry! She even hand delivered our stamped & signed wedding license to our hotel suite and snuck into our room and decorated it with flower petals as a surprise for us to come back to on our wedding night!! How sweet and thoughtful is that?!? Ultimately she took my tropical vision for my wedding day and really made it come to life. Her attention to detail and relationships with all of the other vendors make her an asset to your team and a pleasure to work with. She handled all of the coordination with all of my vendors and ensured that the entire day ran smoothly. Without hesitation I would recommend Carrie, to any bride, in any capacity!! Her insight was invaluable and I knew I could trust her with any request and that she would make it happen. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and it all wouldn’t have been possible without Carrie!!!

She put me at ease many times when I thought I was in "wedding crisis" and we ended up with a more magical evening than I ever could have imagined. She helped me fine tune my ideas and really listened to what I had envisioned to make my wedding dream a reality. She also has the patience of a saint...A trait that comes in handy when you need someone to reassure you that everything is handled in the months, weeks and days leading up to your big day. The only downside to having her as your wedding coordinator, is that when all is said and done, your going to miss having an excuse to call, chat and plan your big day with your new friend!

opted for the "Give Me Butterflies" package since we had some ideas, but we wanted her to execute them. Carrie's organization and communication were amazing. She was able to pull our ideas from out heads and bring them to life! She was able to be creative and still incorporate me and my husbands style (A little tough to do when we wanted an ALL-WHITE wedding!) We talked with her for a year and half and the big day finally happened April 2013. Maybe everybody says this, but I literally had the best day of my life and I really think it's because of our wedding planner. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting ready and showing up on time.

rapery she was going to provide for my wedding. After contacting multiple vendors about draping and lighting, Carrie was the best equipped. The drapery looked stunning and totally transformed the space!! I would highly recommend it. I just wish that I ordered a few more lights so it glowed even more, but she was very flexible with me on that too because I wanted a very specific color and she did an excellent job at getting it perfect.
