Carrie was everything you could of dreamed for to have in a wedding planner! She made our day perfect, simple as that. She has the greatest eye and advice for design and made the entire planning process and day flow so easy and smooth. Truly couldn’t of asked for anything better! We love Carrie so much!

Carrie is the best wedding planner in SWFL...period!!!! She helped me plan my dream wedding, and on day of she did everything to make it absolutely perfect for us!!!! Nothing...absolutely nothing went wrong, and I didn't worry about a thing!!!! Carrie thought of and helped me plan every detail, she had great tips and advice throughout the entire planning process, and she embraced my ideas and brought them to life even though they were unusual asks ie: margaritas instead of place cards!!!!! Carrie is fun and loves her job...she makes wedding planning fun and easy!!!!! Also, Carrie's weddings are unique and different...no two are alike!!!!! SO AWESOME!!!!

Carrie is truly a Darling. My daughter and I have been working with her for 1 1/2 years. A wedding can be stressful but not with Carrie. Every step of the way from start to finish Carrie was professional and organized. Carrie and my daughter connected and the wedding fun began. Her ideas became reality. Such an amazing weekend. Carrie is absolutely amazing at her job! Planning a destination wedding without her would have been impossible! Not only is planning from a distance tough, we also had to postpone due to Covid. She did not skip a beat and helped me through all of it! She made my life so easy through the whole process, and on the day of the weeding i didn’t have to think at all, she handled everything! My wedding day was a dream and so much more beautiful than i could have imagined because of her! She is the best at what she does, and we couldn’t have done it without her! Don’t try to plan a wedding without her!!!

Carrie and her team were great. We hired Carrie for our NYE Wedding over a year out. Throughout the year we worked with her on design, vendor coordination and even built some custom pieces in her workshop. The custom escort card display, turned selfie backdrop was a huge hit! As well as our custom greenery backdrop with neon sign behind our sweetheart table. The escort card display was custom built displaying a champagne bottle that had been ‘popped’ and the bubbles had everyones name and seating assignment on it! Truly unique and fit the theme perfectly!

Carrie is absolutely amazing. We started working with her for our destination wedding about a year and a half in advance. Planning our wedding from Maine definitely proved to have its challenges, but every phone call/email from Carrie helped put our minds at ease. The first time we met Carrie in person, we instantly knew that we were in good hands with her being our wedding planner. She made us feel comfortable, helped us make decisions, and did it all with a smile. When the day of our wedding came, and mother nature decided to rain all morning/afternoon, Carrie kept us updated with every decision they were making. She knew that we were eager to have our ceremony on the beach, and she executed it perfectly. The day of our wedding was flawless, it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Carrie is PHENOMENAL. I worked with her for a year to plan our wedding in Fort Myers in November of 2019. My fiance and I lived in Connecticut, and Carrie took all of the stress out of planning remotely. She was organized, creative, and incredible at translating our ideas to reality. She was so thoughtful in making sure all of the decisions we made were in line with our vision for the day. She connected us with fantastic vendors and managed multiple moving parts from start to finish. On the day of, she was professional, kind and fun while simultaneously making sure everything went without a hitch. We could not have done this without her! I would recommend her for any upcoming event.

Carrie is absolutely amazing to work with! I worked with her for a year to plan my big day. I signed up for her "Give Me Butterflies" package and could not be happier with my decision. ALL of her preferred vendors that I used were absolutely AMAZING. I had no issues with any of them. All were extremely professional, flexible, and punctual in communicating back and forth. I never once doubted that Carrie or my vendors would drop the ball on my wedding day. We spoke many times about my vision for ceremony and reception and wow did she deliver! Everything was exactly how I planned it to go. On the day of the wedding, of course I was a bundle of nerves but Carrie did such a great job of working with all of the vendors behind the scenes and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. The JW Marriott in Marco Island is a huge resort and I was concerned we'd lose some guests but Carrie did a fantastic job in making sure all of the bridal party, parents, grandparents, etc. knew where to be at exactly what time. Carrie is a delight to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner. She helped keep me sane through the planning process and helped to give me the best day of my life

I wish I could give Carrie 10 stars because that is what she really deserves!!! I honestly could not have done it all without her. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE through out our entire wedding planning process, right down to the execution on our big day!!! We originally hired Carrie as our day of coordinator and ended up enlisting her assistance on some of our custom decor pieces. With her husband Matt, she created and designed a mini custom tiki hut for our escort card display, as well as a customized welcome directional sign. She ordered leis from Hawaii for our rehearsal dinner and even laid the petals in a whimsical/romantic design on the beach - for our stunning ceremony walkway. Carrie knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry and is a creative genius when it comes to styling (she placed and set up all of the decor for both our ceremony and reception!). She was prompt, professional and a wealth of knowledge about current trends and what would be the best choices for your specific wedding - given your vision and taste. She is attentive to your needs and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your day is nothing short of spectacular!! Planning with Carrie was always fun and her positive energy and over the top ideas made everything more exciting. She genuinely cares about your wedding day and makes you feel so special throughout the entire process. There are truly no words to describe how grateful we are for all she did for us. She took care of EVERYTHING so we did not have to worry! She even hand delivered our stamped & signed wedding license to our hotel suite and snuck into our room and decorated it with flower petals as a surprise for us to come back to on our wedding night!! How sweet and thoughtful is that?!? Ultimately she took my tropical vision for my wedding day and really made it come to life. Her attention to detail and relationships with all of the other vendors make her an asset to your team and a pleasure to work with. She handled all of the coordination with all of my vendors and ensured that the entire day ran smoothly. Without hesitation I would recommend Carrie, to any bride, in any capacity!! Her insight was invaluable and I knew I could trust her with any request and that she would make it happen. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and it all wouldn’t have been possible without Carrie!!!

Carrie Darling went above and beyond to make our wedding the most magical day. She listened to all of our ideas and even convinced her husband to construct a personal football field escort card table that exceeded our expectations. Everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. Carrie's attention to detail is superb. She was so easy to work with and communicated with all of the vendors. Hiring Carrie made planning a wedding a lot less stressful!

Carrie planned my daughter's wedding at Casa Ybel, Sanibel Island in April. Julie and her husband live in London so it was long distance planning. The event was exquisite in every detail right down to the amazing flowers, beach ceremony, photography and tent decorations. Feedback from our guests included that is was the most beautiful, well executed event they had been to. Thank you to Carrie and her team for making the day one for all to remember!

Carrie is so sweet and wonderful! I came across Carrie a few years ago and really liked her portfolio. I only chose her for the day-of coordination because I felt like I could do it myself. She was awesome for the day of and EVERY single detail was put together. Not a single thing was forgotten and the day went perfectly. I am so happy she was there...you will not regret choosing her.

I knew right away that Carrie Darling Events would be the perfect fit for my husband and I when planning our wedding from across the country. Carrie adds such a unique and creative touch to every event she does. She had to balance many different personalities and always addressed each situation with patience and understanding. She put me at ease many times when I thought I was in "wedding crisis" and we ended up with a more magical evening than I ever could have imagined. She helped me fine tune my ideas and really listened to what I had envisioned to make my wedding dream a reality. She also has the patience of a saint...A trait that comes in handy when you need someone to reassure you that everything is handled in the months, weeks and days leading up to your big day. The only downside to having her as your wedding coordinator, is that when all is said and done, your going to miss having an excuse to call, chat and plan your big day with your new friend!

Carrie was the absolute greatest to work with! My wedding was everything I could have ever wanted! Carrie did an amazing job planning and I will never forget my wedding day! She is so great to work with and truly an angel! My guests were wowed and so were my husband and myself! I can't wait to think of the next event just so I can work with Carrie again!

My husband and I did a destination wedding in Fort Myers Beach, FL (we currently live in Richmond, VA). We clearly needed a wedding planner if we wanted things to go smoothly. We opted for the "Give Me Butterflies" package since we had some ideas, but we wanted her to execute them. Carrie's organization and communication were amazing. She was able to pull our ideas from out heads and bring them to life! She was able to be creative and still incorporate me and my husbands style (A little tough to do when we wanted an ALL-WHITE wedding!) We talked with her for a year and half and the big day finally happened April 2013. Maybe everybody says this, but I literally had the best day of my life and I really think it's because of our wedding planner. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting ready and showing up on time.

I was so very excited and happy about what she did for my wedding. Right from the beginning she knew exactly what I was looking for. I ordered lanterns and brought them for her to set up on the terrace at the Marriott with string lights. They looked great and she was very reasonable in her prices!! I had many compliments on them and I highly recommend her to any bride.

It was a pleasure working with Carrie. Though I did not use her wedding planning services, she was very responsive to all my emails, questions and concerns about the lighting and drapery she was going to provide for my wedding. After contacting multiple vendors about draping and lighting, Carrie was the best equipped. The drapery looked stunning and totally transformed the space!! I would highly recommend it. I just wish that I ordered a few more lights so it glowed even more, but she was very flexible with me on that too because I wanted a very specific color and she did an excellent job at getting it perfect.
