were several key areas where the photography service fell short. From a technical standpoint, many of the images we received were overexposed, over-saturated, and over-cropped, which detracted from the natural beauty and atmosphere of the day. Additionally, the angles and framing in several shots lacked thoughtfulness and attention to detail. MANY EYE SORES in the background. Also, we received fewer final images than what was originally promised (500+ images, we actually received less than 500) in our agreement, which was disappointing.  In terms of creative direction, we felt there was a lack of guidance and inspiration. As a couple who wasn’t looking for overly staged poses but still hoped for some support and ideas, we found ourselves doing much of the posing and positioning ourselves. There wasn’t much initiative taken in terms of capturing unique or candid moments or helping us feel confident in front of the camera. While we appreciate the effort that goes into wedding photography and understand that everyone has different styles and approaches, we did expect a higher level of professionalism, creativity, and delivery, especially for a once-in-a-lifetime event. We had to take several stills from our videographer footage that captured some great memories that Carrie missed. For example, during the ceremony walk… no front photos of entrance of groom, MOH, or bridesmaids. Only side and back photo views of ring bearer, flower girls, and bride entrance. Huge miss. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages growth and improvement moving forward. As a bride who spent over $2500 on photography service. This was not the experience we hoped for at this price point. At this price point many photographers offer more and a second shooter. I believe now that sometimes it's not always best to spend more. After speaking to other brides about their experiences, unfortunately, I've learned, too late, that there are several young, enthusiastic, lower-budget photographers who seem to be more eager and passionate about their profession.
