oods from here. We have NEVER been disappointed! Guest always want to know where we got the desserts from. I have been to weddings where cupcakes have been served & honestly they never seem to be very moist. This is never the case with Carrie’s ! The lemon raspberry cupcakes were a huge hit!

We were pointed in her direction by our caterer after being pointed in a different direction by many other vendors for a much more expensive cake baker. I’m so happy we went with Carrie! She also makes delicious gluten free cupcakes which we ordered since we had a few guests that were gluten free.

f cake-to-icing. It is harder than you might think to find a baker that is actually able to make cakes in bulk that taste delicious and are not dried out from being refrigerated/frozen. (Especially if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.) She is VERY affordable compared to other bakers in the area. We wanted a wood slab to put below our cake and she purchased one for us to use. She gave us 3 HUGE pieces of cake at the tasting (we had leftovers for days) and took the time to sketch out exactly what the cake would look like, according to what we wanted. (We did a simple, white 3 tiered cake which our florist decorated with fresh flowers.) Guests raved about how delicious the cake was!! She has TONS of flavors to choose from. We loved that we could mix and match the flavors to provide our guests with plenty of options. (We also had 2 sheet cakes, so we were able to pick up to 5 different flavors.) Highly recommend Carrie!!
