Carte Blanche is a boutique restaurant fine dining restaurant in Dallas, TX. We have a small intimate space and specialize in only using local Texas products. We have achieved numerous national accolades due to our extreme attention to detail and our desire to take care of our guests every need. We offer a 6 course as well as 9 course dinner menu with options for wine by the bottle or full wine pairings. We can comfortably accommodate groups up to 25 guests. Initially opened in 2021, Carte Blanche Dallas is known for its mouth-watering scents of freshly baked croissants and pastries that waft from the premises. In the evenings, the dining room transforms into a formal tasting experience, tantalizing foodies with locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus. Casey, Amy, and their team at this luxury-oriented restaurant focus on preparing ingredients native to Texas with modern influences in mind. For dinner reservations at Carte Blanche Dallas, guests can choose between a 5 or 12-course tasting menu with delicious starters and entrees that celebrate the natural flavors and produce of the local environment. Wine and rare tea pairings are also available to complement any meal. Casey and Amy are proud to offer a variety of chef-inspired selections nightly and smaller tasting menus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
