Worked with Marcelino for a roast for a pre-wedding event. I don’t live in state, but he made the whole process easy to set everything up. The food was incredible!! Compliments wer...
e pouring in from the guests. He went above and beyond for the whole event even sharing pictures of the day before when we was marinating the meat etc. He brought several menu extras not expected as well which was really appreciated! Food was cooked on site over a fire which was great for the guests to see and he was great in helping to cut and serve the food as well. Presentation was great and brought fig leaves to serve the meat on for the roast. He also brought a sanitation station for the guests. Apart from all of this, it was clear he loves what he does and takes great pride in ensuring everyone is enjoys his cooking. If you have any doubts, you shouldn’t. Hire Marcelino!!
My wife and I used carvao catering and events for our wedding in 2020. I will start by saying that their team went above and beyond for every single step of our wedding and made it...
a no brainer from the very beginning. We talked to/tested many different catering companies and nobody compared. From the original testing to the actual day; their workability, quality, attention to detail, and overall service were unmatched. I can truly say this about every single person involved from Ivan (my main contact), chef Marcelino, and every single other individual involved. I would/ do recommend them every single time someone is looking for help with an event.
