I've come to this salon for years only because I was too worried to try anywhere else and I usually only get a simple cut. I've lived abroad for a few years and just got back to STL, decided to color my hair again. I've gotten my hair colored here before and wasn't too happy with it but I was too polite and didn't say anything, though I was just being picky. But this time I am convinced it's not just me. My hair looks horrible! I've had my hair balayaged 2 times before at another salon, I know how it's supposed to look on my hair. There was no blending at all, there was a clear straight streaky line across my head of blonde hair. It looks cheap and tacky like I tried to use a box kit at home. I've been crying all night. I don't know what to do, I can't afford to get it fixed...I don't even know if it can be fixed and I certainly don't trust them to be able to fix it. What a waste of my time and money. I won't be coming here again! Paige did my color, wouldn't suggest her for any coloring of your hair she clearly doesn't know how to do it properly.
