Cary Travel Express

We worked with Tori to plan our honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana. She helped though every step of the process from flights and room selection to excursions. We will be using her going forward for all our travel needs!

I love our travel agent so much for making sure my husband and I have a honeymoon. We had to keep changing times, dates and locations because of the pandemic and never once I heard from them say no to any questions I had. I'm planning on going to this agency everytime we are planning our next big vacation. If you get frustrated planning a vacation, I would recommend going to them. You won't regarded!

Wonderful to work with, we had a major issue during our honeymoon, a pipe burst and cut off all water in the resort, no showers, sinks, they ran out of clean towels and sheets, pools were not being filtered, ect. Cary travel was on the phone with Apple Vacations fighting to get us moved to a new resort while we were as well, thankfully all the wonderful staff there got us moved and saved our honeymoon! Couldn’t be more grateful! If we had booked on our own then we would have been completely stranded in a resort with no running water for four days with no options. Thank you so much Cary Travel!
