Caryn and her husband Paul took photos of me and my now-husband for our engagement shoot, and later our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the photos. Caryn captured our wedd...
ing day in all its detail with a documentary style, taking note of wonderful little scenes that I didn't know were going on at the time, but am so glad to have on film now! She has a relaxed style and strives most of all (with success!) to present you at your very best. Caryn and Paul -- a pro in his own right -- ask lots of questions in advance to make sure you get the types of photos and you want photos of people most important to you. It may feel overwhelming, but the result is a customized experience. They're also really great with lighting and setting up more formal shots. I recommend!
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I had such a wonderful time on my engagement shoot I can't believe it!

n a photographer. My fiance was more concerned with "technically" good photos while I cared more about having fun and having "pretty and fun" pictures. Caryn and Paul truly find a way to marry these two values.
We went and shot our photos on the water front near Brooklyn Heights which were BEAUTIFUL, but then also went all around Downtown Brooklyn shooting at different fun locations. They gave us such wonderful feedback and hints throughout the shoot and made us feel so comfortable the entire time.
We felt like like we were with old friends... There warm hearts and passion for photography shined through the entire afternoon. We're so happy we went with them!
