There were a few hiccups during the reservation process (took my money, but didn't send the confo or block off the date until I called back 2 weeks later asking for the confo.) With that said, once everything was squared away and you finally got someone to talk to you - they were very nice and helpful. The onsite rangers and staff were absolutely fantastic - very helpful, very nice, couldn't be happier there. Again, what sells this place is the actual grounds - you have over 5 places to choose to have your ceremony on the emaculatley kept grounds. There is a great kitchen for caterers and a great sized greenroom for the bridal party. You can even take photos inside the recently renoavted museum - very cool! I would have given this place 5 stars, but the logistical hiccups in the begginging lost a star.
