My wife and I were so glad to find this place. It was exactly what we were looking for to have our (very) small wedding. Looking for B&B's in upstate NY, most of what we found were...
outdated Victorian style places, so the modern and artistic feel at Casa Hudson was a breath of fresh air. Andrea was wonderful with every detail of our wedding weekend, from the setting, to dinner plans, to having a bottle of champagne for us and sparkling cider for the kids. We will definitely be back for every anniversary!
We hosted our son and future daughter-in-law's engagement cocktail party at Casa Hudson and I have to say, we could not have asked for a better venue! From the size of the space to...
accommodate our guest, to the flow of the space (people where in the main salon, the kitchen, and dinning space), it was just right. The owner/host, Andrea, is wonderful and her hospitality and help was much appreciated throughout the planning of the event. We had full use of the kitchen (we brought in a private chef to cater) and the mail floor space, as well as the outdoor patio and front porch, which overlooks the beautiful Hudson River. All in all, it was a great success and we received many complements from our guests and the future bride and groom was thrilled with the outcome.
Over the past summer, I held my baby shower at Casa Hudson. Andrea and Nelson were amazing hosts. The location brought me back to Italy, with its beautiful garden and stone patio a...
nd Nelsons beautiful art work throughout the home. My guests enjoyed homemade food while over looking the Hudson River. The character of the home brought upon a charming ambience to the event. Casa Hudson truly made my baby shower spectacular and my guests cannot stop talking about the beauty of the home. Thank You Andrea and Nelson for such a wonderful day that I will never forget.
I cannot say enough about what a blessing Andrea and Nelson are. We rented the entire house for our wedding weekend and hosted both our rehearsal dinner and our farewell brunch at ...
Casa Hudson. Andrea was FANTASTIC and so helpful with everything, including suggesting other places for our guests to stay and organizing/catering our entire rehearsal dinner menu and setup. Everyone was awed by how beautiful the house is and amazed that we found it. It was also perfect for getting ready the morning of the wedding. Andrea even set the room up for my husband and I after the wedding with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne glasses, balloons, and cold water for us both. We are already planning our anniversary trip to go back there! Do not miss the chance to stay at this gem! You won't regret it.
