Weather was iffy the day of our wedding and they were able to seamlessly accommodate moving our ceremony inside (a decision made the night before). So many people came up to us saying it was one of the best if not the best wedding they have been to, and I credit Casa Larga with making that happen. Thank you!

I know I made the right decisions because we received so many compliments on the venue, including the beautiful indoor space, the gorgeous vineyard views, and how EXCELLENT the food was! Seriously though, I am ALWAYS disappointed with the food when I attend a wedding so my expectations were low... Our food was PHENOMENAL, in fact I was 100% convinced my father who flew in from France would not be one bit impressed and guess what... he was VERY happy with his beautiful filet. I had the sea bass and it was DELICIOUS. Guests were SO happy, someone even said they wanted to change their current caterer they have booked for their upcoming wedding because they wanted the Casa Larga food! The catering manager Mary Kay was so accommodating and really went above and beyond for us, I was so grateful. The space is absolutely gorgeous which was really helpful for me because I am not good with decorations so I was able to do minimal work here... (plus I was planning this from Texas as we do not live in Rochester anymore so decorations were complicated for me), the space is perfectly fine on its own. The staff, event manager and our amazing coordinator David were so incredibly accommodating and helpful... I've heard horror stories about day of coordinators who don't end up helping a lot, this was NOT the case for us, we felt supported and understood months before the event, and I had no stress at all about the venue. The day of, we felt like ROYALTY; even though we had a lot going on, the staff and coordinator ALWAYS made sure we had everything we needed. I think this venue gets a lot of business, yet they made us feel so special, we did not feel like we were just another wedding for them, we never felt pressured into anything they really let us take the reigns, they were incredibly dedicated, communication was ALWAYS great. Our social medias were FLOODED with pictures of guests who had taken pictures outside in front of the vines at sun set. Our guests had a wonderful time and that was so important to us. Cannot recommend this beautiful venue enough!

They were both very knowledgeable about all the options available and vendors in the area. It wasn't until the day before the wedding at our rehearsal that we were able to really see the venue in person and meet Tammy due to living out of the area. On the day of, Tammy helped to make sure the event ran smoothly with all of our vendors. All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our guests were so impressed by the venue and especially the view out to the vineyard. Our guests enjoyed hanging out on the patio in the back overlooking the vineyard. Every single detail was set up how we wanted it. Tammy made sure our day went smoothly without us having to worry about anything. We also worked with Chapels Catering for food. We received so many complements on our food. Prior to the event, we had worked with Chapels over FaceTime and emails. They were wonderful with accommodating my allergies and allergies of our guests. We loved having Casa Larga as our venue and the team was wonderful to work with!

On our big day the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our day was the best it could be. The food (Chapels Catering), the atmosphere, the venue, and their friendliness was amazing and will be cherished forever. The complements from our guests are still coming in. Again, we cannot say enough about the entire staff. But, one person needs to be singled out... David Suatoni was assigned as our day of the event planner. This man, we don't have the right words to express our appreciation for his efforts. David became a lifelong friend along the way and took charge that day ensuring that Dave and I could take part and not worry about the details. David we THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! We waited 27 years to get married and the day was absolutely PERFECT!

room was large with beautiful windows and was set up beautifully (David, our day of coordinator, made everything we wanted come to life). Most importantly, the food was INCREDIBLE. Everyone really enjoyed the service and their meal and still bring it up to us. I would absolutely recommend Casa Larga as a venue and want to give a huge thank you to Belinda and David who made planning a wedding from California a breeze.

easy to feel overwhelmed but Tammy and Belinda never let us feel that way. They were creative and thoughtful with making our event the one of our dreams and also a safe one. So much came included in the Casa Larga package that there was nothing else in the area that compared. The night of our wedding, there was an incredible sunset over the vineyard and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was! ur translator (we had a bilingual wedding) didn't show up for the ceremony and Tammy was able to quickly and calmly fix the issue before anyone even had to come to me. I really can't say enough about how great of a job Tammy did organizing the whole thing. Their culinary staff also did a terrific job! We wanted a fusion menu to complement the two cultures that were coming together and they were able to expertly execute what were were asking for without any issues and we got so many compliments on how good everything tasted. On top of all that, you really can't beat the price - they included favors (beautiful etched glasses), wine/beer bar, wedding planner, linens, music during our cocktail hour, centerpieces; really can't thank them enough for making our day so special.

Events Manger was a literal lifesaver throughout the process. She is such a warm, understanding, organized and upbeat person- just the person I needed to help me plan such a large event. When we got to the wedding day, the event ran effortlessly with her supervision. The seating assignments were correct, the food was fantastic, she kept the events of the night moving and the guests were incredibly happy. Numerous people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!

Allysha stayed very patient during the rehearsal and wedding. She was also very responsive with emails, and very understanding when things got too crazy and I just needed an extra day for a decision or whatever the case. I would recommend getting married at the location too! Overlooking the gorgeous vineyards was perfect. They recently renovated the reception hall to more neutral colors, added gorgeous chandeliers, and updated the carpeting- I'm so happy they did that before our wedding because it looks amazing!!! The food was good and the staff were extremely helpful during the event. The food coordinator, Angela, stepped into the position about 2 months before our wedding and she took over with ease. Everything went perfectly. Would definitely go back for another event in the future... 10 year wedding anniversary maybe?! Thank you very much for making our wedding day perfect!

odating, but once I was assigned a coordinator, I began getting push-back when I would ask to adjust things like the schedule of events or the room set-up. I think the food quality was the biggest disappointment. Compared to the food we tasted, the food that was served at our wedding was terrible. Our chicken and beef were overcooked, the presentation wasn't as nice and our coffee station was never set up so it was rushed out and half brewed. To top it off, since we had cupcakes, they decided not to put forks and plates out and guests were forced to use their coffee cup saucer. Judging by our experience and hearing how good the venue and food used to be from our family members and friends, it seems to have gone down in quality and I would not recommend it to a friend.

We met with her the week of the wedding to drop off everything such as the centerpieces, favors, place cards, guest book, etc. On the day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything at all. The day went of without a hitch and she was there to make it run smoothly. All of the guests commented on the beautiful scenery. I'm so happy we chose Casa Larga!

was perfect! Well that was not the case at my reception. The morning of the wedding they had a small technical problem in the bar room(which could have been quickly fixed)so they blocked off that entire room and the deck that overlooked the vineyards!! My guests were forced to stand for 1.5 hrs in a tiny room and outside!! I was soo upset! My guests saw all of us as we pulled up in the limo making the entrance to our reception not as exciting. Casa Larga did not deliver what they had promised. They also did not provide a grand playing piano, nor did they give guests a glass of champagne as they arrived at casa larga! They did not replenish Hors d'oeuvers, and after the receception started they did not replenish water. People had to go to the bar to get their water, and as soon as people left their table, the staff picked up their food and drinks even if they werent finished! If I knew it would have turned out the way it did I would have chosen to have my reception elsewhere!!

he amazing food, to the accommodating and organized event manager was wonderful. If anything went wrong during the big day they never let on to it. I am serious when I say this that I couldn't be happier with our experience, and I very highly recommend Casa Larga to anyone who is looking for a flawless event.
