I cannot say enough good things about the Casa Loma. First Pat and Teri are so nice and easy to work with. They wanted to make our reception perfect, and they did. My daughter an...
d son in-law weddind was on December 10, 22. A week later I am still getting calls about how nice there wedding was. I loved the uniqueness of the Casa Loma. Pat and Teri don't only own the venue, but, the went so far above what any other venue will do. I had so many special requests and their reply was always "we can do that for you". All their employees have been there far 15 years or more and were so pleasant to all our guest. Chef Larry had the best wedding buffet I ever had. When you book your event at the Casa Loma pat and Teri treat you like family. We looked at other venues and I thought many had a very cold atmosphere. There are many different food and drink packages to pick from. They are also, the most reasonably priced venue. Before you choose your venue please stop by and talk to Pat and Teri. You will not be sorry.
Chris was the DJ for the night and he was fun. His interactions with the guest and wedding party was fun to watch.
We had our wedding at Casa Loma on 10/12/19. As soon as Pat turned on the lights when we were looking around for wedding venues, we knew this was an incredibly special place. Every...
thing from the dance floor and the classic decorations everywhere to the family treatment we received from Pat and Teri since day one of planning made our day infinitely better. Casa Loma has plenty of space for whatever size wedding you will be hosting and is built for lots of dancing and partying. Pat and Teri were unbelievably helpful through all of our engagement too. Any question we had was answered in a quick phone call, unique requests to make the day special for us were encouraged, and the experience of everyone working there to host a large event made the day run smoothly with zero stress. Pat and Teri, we can't thank you enough for helping us with our wedding and we especially can't wait to come back every year to dance on the ballroom floor and reminisce about where we started our lives together.
Casa Loma and the owners (Pat and Terry) are truly amazing! Both Pat and Terry are so flexible, easy to work with, and truly just the nicest people ever. They go above and beyond t...
o make sure your day is completely perfect. The venue itself is SO fun and different as well. All of our guests were so excited to party there. In addition, their in house DJ (Manny) was just awesome and everyone complimented the food as well.
I would highly recommend having a reception here if you looking are a fun, different, and big venue where your guests will not be crowded seated OR on the dance floor!
Disclosure- the only reason that I gave a 4 instead of 5 star is because the building is not easily handicap accessible so we had several elderly guests that were unable to come due to the stairs.
I wish I could give more stars because 5 isn’t enough for how incredible Casa Loma was! My husband and I lost our original venue to flooding in St. Peters and were left with 3 week...
s to relocate and tell our guests, potentially re-think décor, and schedule – the whole ordeal. Amidst the stress, my husband and I checked the Casa Loma Ballroom schedule just for grins to see if it was available. We called late in the evening and Pat picked up, delivered all information quickly, and was kind and inviting, ensuring us that the venue was available and that they’d be happy to have us. We were ELATED. I could go on and on about how incredible they were to work with in our short time frame. They were relaxed, answered every call, and made us feel totally comfortable with our last minute choice. We delivered all décor for the reception the week of the wedding and Teri stayed up late the night before to set everything up and send us photos for approval. We didn’t have to lift a finger! The DJ was the most entertaining and engaging DJ I’ve ever seen, and he was a delight to work with. The all inclusive package (DJ, food, bar) was so worth the ease of knowing that we didn't have to hire other vendors last minute for our wedding. Our guests are still talking about the beauty of the venue, the big dance floor, and the overall enjoyment of the night! We couldn’t have made a better choice – and to have our first dance as a married couple where we had our first date – so special. Thank you Casa Loma Ballroom for this unforgettable experience!
I don't even know where to begin... As soon as we walked in we knew Casa Loma was the place and Teri & Pat were the people. They answered every single question that we had with a s...
mile and assured us that our requests would be taken care of and they exceeded those expectations!! Casa Loma is truly a hidden gem and I cannot wait to go back for another wedding or event. Teri and her staff did a fantastic job setting everything up and paying attention to every little detail. She even sent me photos showing me the finished set up on the morning of our wedding, what more could a bride ask for?? Teri cared for our items and allowed us to use anything that she had available. Chef Larry does a wonderful job and we received so many compliments on the food. DJ Manny does a fabulous job keeping the party going and staying on schedule. We have heard endless compliments about the venue, staff, and atmosphere so it is nearly impossible to relay all of the positives into a single review. Teri and Pat, we cannot thank you enough for making our day stress free and so much fun!!
My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding reception at Casa Loma this past weekend. I can only describe it as a fantastic party, that was echoed, over and over again by so many ...
people! The owners, Pat and Terri, are gracious hosts! Anything that we wanted or needed was never too much, including last minute additions due to the Stanley Cup victory!! They even had a “blue note” lighted on the giant message board and on the dance floor. The tables were beautifully set, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and Manny, the DJ, kept the party going! Most people stayed until the very end and didn’t want to go home!!!! I would recommend Casa Loma to anyone looking for a reception venue or just a party site. We plan on attending some regularly scheduled events there to see some upcoming bands. Check out their calendar! It’s a lot of fun! Thank you again Terri and Pat for all your hard work and making our event such a success!!!!!!

to help make our event as perfect as we needed it to be. She even helped go the extra mile by setting up a memory table for my late brother. It meant so much to us that it meant just as much to her. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you, Casa Loma, Terri & Pat for making my Daughters wedding everything she dreamed it to be and then some. Best wishes to you!!

ve a stress-free reception this is the place! Terri set up everything for me including all the decorations and special tables we wanted. I barely have her any direction and she nailed it! The food provided by the house caterer was yummy! You can tell they know what they are doing there! The night was perfect and I would reccomend this venue to any future bride and groom!

led all of my questions and special requests with ease and NO hesitation. The party did not stop flowing from beginning to end with the help of their caterer, DJ Manny, and bar staff!! One of the best things about the Casa Loma is then pricing!!! Everything is included under one price per guest so there are no hidden fees, extras for food or bar and things like that which made my stress level go from 10 down to 0 when it came to the venue. My guests are still talking about the amazing time they had at the Reception and how amazing the Casa Loma was!! If you are a bride looking for a venue DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!! The pictures do not do it justice... it truly is a hidden gem in St. Louis!!
Thank you Teri and Pat from the bottoms of my heart!!!
Stephanie & Mike ❤️

ient and generous in helping us plan the Big Event, the ballroom was just gorgeous, with amazing lighting and décor, Pat and Teri were on hand at all times to help, and the food, sound and music were all extraordinary. Highly recommended venue, unique, beautiful and memorable! Pat and Teri are caring, energetic, fully involved: they love putting on the events, and this was the event of a lifetime. We can't thank them enough for their personal touch in everything.

e 5000 foot floating dance floor was a hit. I love the big bang era ambiance that Casa Loma provides. Teri was extremely helpful in setting up the reception. Tons of people that attended our wedding are still telling us how much fun they had at the reception.

ked in and the decorations made it seem like we were in a fairy tail. The sound carried through the building flawlessly. All the bartenders were friendly and ready to take on our party. Pat and Terri the owners made sure the whole time that everything was in order she even captioned photos and video that we would have never got. Thank you!

nd Casa Loma for a wedding reception

nd it was magical and majestic! I can't imagine having had the reception anywhere else. The owners Pat and Teri treat you like family and bend over backwards to help you create your dream wedding! The venue itself has lighting and a screen that can add to your décor. The open ballroom floor plan makes any guest's seat a great seat to view all the dance floor action! The 2nd floor balcony is a fun way for guests and your wedding photographer to catch a bird's eye view of the party! We even took a group picture of all 350 people at the wedding and now have it hanging in our home =) Truly a night to remember! Thanks Casa Loma!!!!!!

l and when I explained that I was just going to leave a message we ended up talking all sorts of details and he answered all of my questions.
The venue is a BEAUTIFUL huge space, that could easily fit all of our friends and family and even more if we had them! Teri and Pat answered every question and would bend over backward for anything we needed. They even let us in the night before after a huge Big Band Dance to decorate, which meant the world to us that they were willing to stay until about 1:00 a.m. to help us get it done.
They are amazing, Casa Loma truly is a hidden gem! When we picked the venue, my Grandpa noted that the last time he had been inside Casa Loma, he and my Grandma had gone dancing for a date, before they were married.
Teri and Pat, Beau and I can't thank you both enough for a wonderful, stress free, carefree AMAZING evening with our family and friends to celebrate the start of our new lives together! The two of you are like family to us. THANK YOU!
Teri and Pat at the Casa Ballroom in St. Louis are two of the most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They made my reception absolutely perfect.

worried about seating for such a large group of attendees (320+) but with their helpful planning, things went off without a hitch.
The venue is amazing with a huge dance floor...perfect for this dancing bride and all of the guests.
The food was great and my guests were happy with their bar service.
If I had to do it all over again, I would surely choose Casa Loma!
My fiancé and I saw Casa Loma in our preliminary search for a reception venue. The owners were so friendly and easy to speak with. We were also impressed with the size of the dance...
floor, cost, and items included in the cost. In the end, we chose Casa Loma for all the above mentioned things. It was an excellent experience. We loved working with the owners and felt very well taken care of. We were able to come in early to decorate the room exactly as we wanted. The dance floor was perfect and our guests had a great time! The only reason I rated with 4 stars instead of 5 is the issue of parking. Our guests could have paid $5 for the closest lot or free parking one lot over. The down side is that our guests were told that they might get a parking ticket in the free lot since it was not yet 7pm. In the end, we did not hear of anyone getting a ticket. If you are looking for a unique place to have your reception with excellent people to work with, Casa Loma definitely fits the bill.
The staff at the Casa Loma were amazing to us! I was so thrilled with how smoothly everything went the night of my reception (last night!). Table placement was tricky with my group...
but they worked it out seamlessly!
Leading up the reception was also a pleasure! They were very accommodating! Chef Larry was great to work with and my guests and I were very pleased with the food!
The dance floor is amazing! There was plenty of space for people who just wanted to casually groove and people who wanted to boogie all night!
I wish I could do it all over again and I'd definitely have it at the Casa Loma!
This is a great place to PARTY! If you want a fun reception this is the place to go!
