d son in-law weddind was on December 10, 22. A week later I am still getting calls about how nice there wedding was. I loved the uniqueness of the Casa Loma. Pat and Teri don't only own the venue, but, the went so far above what any other venue will do. I had so many special requests and their reply was always "we can do that for you". All their employees have been there far 15 years or more and were so pleasant to all our guest. Chef Larry had the best wedding buffet I ever had. When you book your event at the Casa Loma pat and Teri treat you like family. We looked at other venues and I thought many had a very cold atmosphere. There are many different food and drink packages to pick from. They are also, the most reasonably priced venue. Before you choose your venue please stop by and talk to Pat and Teri. You will not be sorry.

Casa Loma has plenty of space for whatever size wedding you will be hosting and is built for lots of dancing and partying. Pat and Teri were unbelievably helpful through all of our engagement too. Any question we had was answered in a quick phone call, unique requests to make the day special for us were encouraged, and the experience of everyone working there to host a large event made the day run smoothly with zero stress. Pat and Teri, we can't thank you enough for helping us with our wedding and we especially can't wait to come back every year to dance on the ballroom floor and reminisce about where we started our lives together.

o make sure your day is completely perfect. The venue itself is SO fun and different as well. All of our guests were so excited to party there. In addition, their in house DJ (Manny) was just awesome and everyone complimented the food as well.
I would highly recommend having a reception here if you looking are a fun, different, and big venue where your guests will not be crowded seated OR on the dance floor!
Disclosure- the only reason that I gave a 4 instead of 5 star is because the building is not easily handicap accessible so we had several elderly guests that were unable to come due to the stairs.

Amidst the stress, my husband and I checked the Casa Loma Ballroom schedule just for grins to see if it was available. We called late in the evening and Pat picked up, delivered all information quickly, and was kind and inviting, ensuring us that the venue was available and that they’d be happy to have us. We were ELATED. I could go on and on about how incredible they were to work with in our short time frame. They were relaxed, answered every call, and made us feel totally comfortable with our last minute choice. We delivered all décor for the reception the week of the wedding and Teri stayed up late the night before to set everything up and send us photos for approval. We didn’t have to lift a finger! The DJ was the most entertaining and engaging DJ I’ve ever seen, and he was a delight to work with. The all inclusive package (DJ, food, bar) was so worth the ease of knowing that we didn't have to hire other vendors last minute for our wedding. Our guests are still talking about the beauty of the venue, the big dance floor, and the overall enjoyment of the night! We couldn’t have made a better choice – and to have our first dance as a married couple where we had our first date – so special. Thank you Casa Loma Ballroom for this unforgettable experience!

Teri and her staff did a fantastic job setting everything up and paying attention to every little detail. She even sent me photos showing me the finished set up on the morning of our wedding, what more could a bride ask for?? Teri cared for our items and allowed us to use anything that she had available. Chef Larry does a wonderful job and we received so many compliments on the food. DJ Manny does a fabulous job keeping the party going and staying on schedule. people! The owners, Pat and Terri, are gracious hosts! Anything that we wanted or needed was never too much, including last minute additions due to the Stanley Cup victory!! They even had a “blue note” lighted on the giant message board and on the dance floor. The tables were beautifully set, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and Manny, the DJ, kept the party going! Most people stayed until the very end and didn’t want to go home!!!! I would recommend Casa Loma to anyone looking for a reception venue or just a party site. We plan on attending some regularly scheduled events there to see some upcoming bands. One of the best things about the Casa Loma is then pricing!!! Everything is included under one price per guest so there are no hidden fees, extras for food or bar and things like that which made my stress level go from 10 down to 0 when it came to the venue. nd it was magical and majestic! I can't imagine having had the reception anywhere else. The owners Pat and Teri treat you like family and bend over backwards to help you create your dream wedding! The venue itself has lighting and a screen that can add to your décor. The open ballroom floor plan makes any guest's seat a great seat to view all the dance floor action! The 2nd floor balcony is a fun way for guests and your wedding photographer to catch a bird's eye view of the party! We even took a group picture of all 350 people at the wedding and now have it hanging in our home =) Truly a night to remember! Thanks Casa Loma!!!!!!

The venue is a BEAUTIFUL huge space, that could easily fit all of our friends and family and even more if we had them! Teri and Pat answered every question and would bend over backward for anything we needed. They even let us in the night before after a huge Big Band Dance to decorate, which meant the world to us that they were willing to stay until about 1:00 a.m. to help us get it done.
They are amazing, Casa Loma truly is a hidden gem! When we picked the venue, my Grandpa noted that the last time he had been inside Casa Loma, he and my Grandma had gone dancing for a date, before they were married.

We loved working with the owners and felt very well taken care of. We were able to come in early to decorate the room exactly as we wanted. The dance floor was perfect and our guests had a great time! The only reason I rated with 4 stars instead of 5 is the issue of parking. Our guests could have paid $5 for the closest lot or free parking one lot over. The down side is that our guests were told that they might get a parking ticket in the free lot since it was not yet 7pm. In the end, we did not hear of anyone getting a ticket. If you are looking for a unique place to have your reception with excellent people to work with, Casa Loma definitely fits the bill.
