was so nice to be able to hang around the pool, relax and get something to eat and drink! The service from all staff was exceptional and so lovely. The room was so spacious and the star of the show was the bed! I have stayed at many hotels before and this easily tops the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! From the start of our stay until the end, we were so accommodated for and had an amazing time. Thank you again Casa Palma!

fee in the morning were nice touches too. Literally the only thing I would change is having music at the pool to make that more fun and extending the hours of the restaurant or even just the bar. Otherwise, I have no notes. Would definitely return!!

- Grounds as pictured: Beautiful property, pools are nice and well maintained, lots of areas to relax outside, pool areas comfortable and not too crowded

- Food and drink service is a 10/10. The bartender was SO lovely and accommodating. Had several items off the breakfast, lunch, and cocktail menus and all were very good
- Great location with ample parking
- A lot of amenities available for use, small market with snacks and drinks, staff available by text if needed
Cons:
- Bed was uncomfortably soft. After 4 nights I was in pain, and I do not have any existing back issues.
- Bathrooms could be improved. Shower head did not move directions or have any pressure settings. Counter space very small. Towels were small and of average quality.
- Thin walls
- No dinner service, although the website said open for dinner on weekends. Bar closes around 7pm.

Roku TV was a nightmare to set up, didn’t even get it to work in the end. Was trying connect your Apple TV and Roku just kept giving us the same prompt to sign in. The hotel also offers WiFi but from our room, we were only getting 1-2 bars at best so I couldn’t get work emails through.
Adding to that issue, because of the extremely slow internet, they apparently had to emergency shut off the water in the morning around 9:45am. We were not notified. My husband was mid shower when the water just stopped. I called the front desk and they told me they had tried to contact us via email since we didn’t have a phone number on file which was weird since they shoulda probably grabbed it when we checked in the night before. But due to the lack of WiFi, we never got the email so…..dry rubbing off soap is not fun. We joked about just jumping in the pool to rinse off haha.
