I was the Maid of Honor for a wedding at Casa Vista Colorado and helped quite a bit with the planning process, so I got to see firsthand how wonderful this venue is from both the guest and logistics side. What really makes this place special is the flexibility. The B&G were able to bring in their own vendors and truly personalize the wedding without feeling locked into restrictive packages. Everything just felt much more authentic and “them.” At the same time, this venue already provided so many helpful supplies, décor pieces, catering support items, tables, linens, and other essentials that it saved a huge amount of stress, time, and money. The views are absolutely stunning!! Beautiful Colorado mountain scenery in every direction! And the property feels private and peaceful while not being too far from other things to do in town. We had plenty of space for the wedding party and family to stay onsite, which made the whole experience feel more intimate and memorable instead of rushed like a typical one day wedding. One thing I especially loved was how accommodating and creative the owners were. They clearly want couples to have an amazing experience rather than forcing everyone into the same template. The added honeymoon opportunity at their Belize property when booking the Colorado house was such a cool thing to do. My friend spent way less money overall when you considered the honeymoon package. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a laid-back but beautiful mountain wedding venue where you can actually make the wedding your own! The B&G were so happy and no stress!!

We had our wedding at Casa Vista this summer and it was absolutely incredible! I could not recommend it enough. All of our out of town guests were so blown away by the location and stunning mountain views. We had our whole bridal party & some close friends/cousins in the house with us, then rented the owner's two other houses for my friends and my husband's. Between the three houses we had about 70 guests! We called it our slumber party wedding (additional guests were at the Holiday Inn in town). The owners were so responsive & communicative; they let us come by several times leading up to the wedding to prepare. Everything was so flexible so we could really make it our own. Additionally because the owners provided so much, we saved a lot on rentals & materials. There was a whole room full of leftover decorations and wedding stuff at our disposal, and there were plenty plates, cups, silverware etc. available. Vendors had an easy time setting up in the space. The tent was so beautiful and we all fit comfortably when it rained briefly, and the ceremony site was picture perfect. We stayed Wednesday - Monday and really took advantage of the location. Wednesday we got everything set up the way we wanted then hung out in the hot tubs. Thursday we rented boats out on Grand Lake. Friday we went golfing and for a hike, then hosted welcome drinks at Fishers Bar in town (which we also highly recommend). Then Saturday went and took photos up the gondola at Winter Park before guests arrived for our dream wedding. Sunday we had everyone back to the house for a BBQ & yard games. We had the most amazing wedding weekend and could not recommend Casa Vista more!

Though this venue is in a beautiful setting, our experience with the hosts was difficult and frustrating from the beginning. Communication was extremely inconsistent. We often had ...

to resort to multiple forms of communication to get a response, including up to the day before our wedding. Worst of all, the hosts confused the dates of our stay, despite the fact that we had signed a contract 8 months prior. This was hugely unprofessional and unacceptable, and resulted in us checking in a full day later than we should have been able to. Additionally, my family had to put in a lot of work to clean up the reception and ceremony spaces, including pulling weeds, replacing dead light bulbs, re-stringing sagging lights, etc. Promises made by the host during our walk-through months earlier were not kept.

This wedding venue is set up perfectly for an out of town wedding or a wedding where you'd like guests to stay together for longer than just 1 day which is exactly what we wanted! ...

Everything is already onsite that you need- ceremony site, reception tent with heaters, a dance floor, bar, tables, chairs, etc. There is also plenty of extra wedding decor items for use at the site which was amazing for last minute needs. It was awesome to be able to clean up the next morning and not worry about cleaning the night of the wedding. The owner & maintenance showed up unannounced almost daily which easily could have been communicated so that it wasn't as strange when they pulled up and talked to whatever guests was near them! The house could use a few more towels to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. The pictures from our ceremony are absolutely gorgeous and would recommend this site to any couple who doesn't need constant communication with the owner. I usually had to email & text to get a response on questions leading up to the event, sometimes weeks between responses.

ed through monday. Our wedding was on a saturday. Everyone had their own room and was so easy to make sure everyone was comfortable from the start. The house has everything you could need or as for. The wedding tent is really a blank canvas and do with it what you want which is amazing! We could make it what we wanted. The love shack - a small building by the wedding tent is great for getting ready with your girls the morning of- but it does also store all the plates and dining things. We got ready there while the boys got ready in the main house it worked out great! The owners Brittany and Woody are amazing people so fun and lively! They were so helpful finding vendors to use in the area and available all the time just a text or phone call away even with its your wedding day and your can't find the steamer. My husband and I want to go back again!

Casa Vista was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We loved that it was a blank canvas, and we could bring in all our own vendors, decor, etc. The landscape is absolutely beautiful...

- our out of town guests were blown away. We used the lower ceremony site, and it was so beautiful. We loved the wood A-frame arch as the backdrop! The reception tent is so beautiful with the string lights, wood tables and wood dance floor backdrop - it was all perfect for our rustic mountain wedding. The venue plenty of glassware, flatware, silverware and linens, which saved a ton of money! It was also really nice that they save leftover signage, decor, etc from other weddings for anyone to use. The house was perfect for our close friends and bridal party. It completed my vision of having a "big backyard/house party" for our wedding. It also really extended the celebration to have everyone staying together at the house! The rooms and bathrooms are great and everyone was comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to arrive several days before to get the venue setup, it really took the stress off of us and our families. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Vista if you are looking for a blank canvas wedding venue that you can completely personalize, and a house for your close people to spend extra time together! It was absolutely perfect for us!

you want, bring in what you want), this is an awesome option and it's in a beautiful spot on top of that. We rented the house on the property Wednesday-Monday where all of our wedding party stayed and everyone is still talking about how much fun it was. Brittany and Woody have put a TON of work on this property and you can tell - they are extremely flexible and want you to have the best experience possible. We rented 3 teepees and had our bar in one, bride get ready area in another, and seating chart/guest book in third. Loved that we had 100% flexibility with not many "rules" with Casa Vista. Overall, a great affordable venue! Thanks Brittany!
