I loved my dress...to this day...I still love my dress. The boutique has so many beautiful dresses to choose from. This one in particular had the dress that I was eyeing from the moment I got engaged. Their seamstress, she knows what destination wedding time frames look like and believe me she is great at what she does. I love how they were able to work with my payments from my uncle in the mainland. The communication between them and myself was great, especially when you know us brides with our million concerns. Finding the dress was a wonderful experience at Casablanca. Thank you.

After visiting and revisiting most of the bridal shops on Oahu, I knew I had to go back to Casablanca. The quality of their dresses was without question the best. Their bridal specialist, Rowena did an excellent job in helping me narrow down my choices and always had excellent suggestions on how to enhance my dress. She also picked out the perfect veil and hairpiece. I could not have asked for a more magical wedding day.

I was very pleased with the service from Casablanca. I wanted to change my dress the week before my wedding and Rowena made it happen. They are very professional and even did my hair and added jewelry so I could picture what I could look like on the day=-) Thank you Casablanca!!!!

I have to say, this shop definitely makes me feel like the brides in the movies visiting those gorgeous shops. Sonia and Gladys were both there and are amazing!! Their so kind and sweet-unbelieveable! I love that they let me try on so many and I fit their dresses perfectly. I tried on various styles of dresses in various fabrics. They let you take pictures in the dress and Gladys did a quick up do of my hair with a white flower. As I tried on other dresses, we tried different veils too! I love their Pronovias dresses straight from Barcelona, Spain. I also tried on a San Patrick dress. Even if this place may be a little pricey, all Brides-at least make it an experience for yourself to go! You will not be disappointed.

I had the best experience with Casablanca bridal & Formals. I had to visit them about four times to find a dress, twice to get fitted for alterations ( I had many alterations and things added to my dress, so the process occurred in segments to ensure it was done precisely) and lastly to pick up my dress. So on with my experience, from the moment I walked through the doors I always felt welcomed and was greeted with a smiling face. On my first visit I was on a time crunch and needed a dress asap for my wedding that was a month away. I was expecting to be rushed since I was one of those last minute brides, but that was definitely not the case. Gladys and Rowena were very patient and accommodating. They always made me feel comfortable and I thought it was so kind how they offer water, tea etc. they were both very easy to talk to and they listened to what I wanted. Their service is definitely superior to David's bridal! They showed me a handful of beautiful dresses that matched my description of what I was looking for. What I found super interesting was when they brought me a dress I would have never picked for myself. I thought it was ugly when I saw it on the hanger but I decided I would just try it on anyway. Oddly enough the dress ended up being my wedding dress. A few alterations and creative changes/customizations made the dress my dream dress. On my second visit I came for my initial fitting and was also in search of a hair piece. Rowena was so helpful and went a step above to give me a quick hair do to go with a gorgeous hair comb she picked. Giving me a quick hair style helped me gain a better vision of how it would look on my wedding day. I thought that was awesome of her. My third visit I came for my final fitting and they made sure my dress fit the way I wanted it to. I loved everything about the dress and the alterations they made were perfect. My final visit was to pick up my dress. They took special care to make sure my dress was perfect and exactly what I wanted. On my wedding day I felt so happy in my beautiful dress! Thank you Gladys, Rowena and you wonderful staff for all your help! Casablanca Bridal & Formals is the place to visit for an elegant, top of the line bridal gown! The only pointer I would add is come ready to spend some cash for the beautiful designer gowns they have. Most of the dresses I tried on were 1,000 and up. But with that being said future brides look no further, this is the one and only bridal store you need to visit. I can see why they have been in business for over 20 years because they are amazing at what they do, they truly care for what a bride wants and they have amazing staff members to help you every step of the way. I would recommend them 100 percent to all future brides!

I went to quite a few stores before Casablanca and none came close to the quality and selection they have. The dresses there are by far the most beautiful and their service was impeccable. Working with them was an amazing experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Gladys and Casablanca were great to work with! I found my wedding dress there was I was home to visit my family. I was skeptical about buying my dress in Hawaii because I currently live in Chicago. But, of course I found the one there. I was able to order the dress and have them ship it to Chicago. Once I got the dress, I tried it on and panicked because it was too tight. My mom called Gladys who immediately called me and told me that it was due to the pressing process and that she knew exactly how to fix it. She said that she would love to Skye with the lady doing my alterations and give her step by step instructions on how to release a couple inches from the dress. Thank you Gladys for all of your help!

I am so happy I ended up getting my dress here. They were so professional and helpful. They make you feel very special and beautiful. Their dressed are very high quality, but if you want to order one it takes quite awhile since many of their dressed are made to fit you from other countries. I ended up fitting perfectly in a dress many others had tried on. They ended up giving me a very good deal, and they cleaned it up very nicely. I really enjoyed working with the staff here!

Casablanca is located in a quaint looking house on Beretania Street. Once you enter, you hear the soft calming instrumental wedding music played overhead. I went there with my bridesmaids searching for my dream dress. The girls at Casablanca were very helpful and accommodating. Anything that my bridesmaids found in the magazines they had there, the staff went to find it and pull it from the racks in the back. It tried almost 20 dresses on before I found the "one". I actually had a bridal moment in my dress! I started to tear after one of the ladies put my hair up and put a flower in my hair. I knew immediately that I found my dream dress. The owner, Gladys, is so easy to work with and you can really tell that she loves what she does. She was so wonderful and helped me made my wedding day perfect by finding my dress!

Although I didn't find what I was looking for here, they had great customer service. I was pregnant whole shopping for a wedding gown and they even let my friend try on dresses for me and let us look thru their racks. They were very patient and had I found what I was looking for I would not have hesitated to buy thru them.

I bought my dress in Hawaii before moving to Virginia with my military fiancee. The staff was so accommodating and helpful! They had a wide variety of dresses and helped me find my PERFECT gown.

This was by far the best decision I ever made! The dress I got was not only absolutely gorgeous, but i got it a month earlier than expected which relieved a lot of stress from me! The owner of the store is very good about trying to get her brides their dresses as soon as possible!

I got my wedding gown from Casablanca. Overall I was in love with the dress that I bought. However, customer service was a little poor. The day before the wedding my bridesmaid went to pick up my gown and the lady was not in and they were closed. She showed up 30-45 mins later. I was completely in shock and was worried about not being able to pick up my dress. A bride does not need the added stress.

Casablanca is a beautiful place to choose a wedding dress. I didn't choose "the one" here, but they did have a ton of selection. The gal who helped me was nice and pulled a lot of dresses. I didn't get the warm, fuzzy feeling though. And that was important to me.

I visited Casablanca after reading so many great reviews, and I must say that I was not impressed - they put me in dresses that were 6+ sizes too big, and assumed things about my price range without asking me. Thumbs down.

I had under just over three months to find a wedding dress. I knew I didn't want a big white one, or a white one for that matter, so the time required to order one was not an issue with me. When I went to the shop, I discussed what I was looking for and she came by with several fancy bridesmaids dresses. I tried on a silver Vera Wang that looked goddess-like with the draping and empire waist. I loved it, bought it, and was out of there, happy, in about 45 minutes! I had a total of three fittings. I was scheduled to pick up my dress the day before my wedding. When I got to the shop, my dress wasn't there as it was being cleaned or pressed. I was kind of bothered, as my day was packed with things to do. Luckily, picking up the dress later in the day, after I picked up folks from the airport and before I took them to their hotel, worked out. And, they gave me a pair or rhinestone earrings to make up for it. On my wedding day, however, I couldn't find the French bussle that was supposed to be added to the dress, and it felt as though the top of my strapless dress was let out a little too much. It felt loose all day, and there were several pictures where I was caught adjusting my dress. Without the bussle, I was constantly holding up my dress so I wouldn't trip on it. But, I loved my dress, everybody loved my dress, I felt beautiful in it, so everything worked out anyway!

I like the people helping, though as a size 8-10 the had very little dresses in my size. The dresses that they had available were all very small and I was unable to get an idea of how the styles would look on me.

The Casablanca staff is amazing. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress.

The staff at Casablanca are so wonderful and kind! Although they were professionals, it was truly like shopping with family. Gladys, Rowena, and the rest of the staff made wedding dress shopping truly enjoyable! They also have an expert eye for what works and what doesn't and can assist you with envisioning and completing your wedding day look. They had an AMAZING selection of dresses. I searched through TONS of dresses on `Oahu and the mainland, and FINALLY found it at Casablanca. I had expected that everything would be out of my price range, but there were a fair number of dresses that I could afford.

Casablanca Bridal and Formals is absolutely amazing! They say they are open by appointment only, but they still accepted walk-ins. From the moment you walk in and get greeted by one of their staff, you know you are in the right place to go dress shopping, not only for the bride, but the bridesmaid(s), flower girl(s), mother of the bride/groom, and much more! They are an all-in-one shop where you can get a dress, supportive undergarments (highly recommended), accessories such as veils, tiaras, necklaces, earrings, toasting flutes, ring pillow, flower girl basket, and even shoes. They work with your budget and even offer a discount when you buy multiple items. Their staff is very professional and knowledgable. The selection is great and they carry sizes from petite to plus size! I'm a plus size girl and boy was I glad I went to Casablanca. Most sample sizes at other bridal salons only have size 0-16, if even that! Casablanca was consistent in helping me my appointments for my bridesmaids, mother-in-law and me. Even when I thought I was not going to fit my dress (I had gained weight), the owner, Gladys, reassured me that their seemstress would be able to let it out in some areas. Mind you, it is easier to take in than to let it out. Even going through great lengths to customize my dress the way I wanted it (I added lace to my train). My bridesmaids were so delighted, too because they had a wonderful selection to choose from. I had them all in the same style except for my matron of honor, but it was just wonderful to see all the girls pick the same dress. It was also convertible, meaning it could be worn with or without straps. Their gowns were long and elegant, and also custom made with a broach in the middle to add some sparkle! Anabelle, one of the employees, is super helpful and knowledgable. She has a great sense of style and is very personable. Rowie and Sonya are also very personable and knowledgable. Gladys, the ownder is very thorough and has great attention to detail. She is an absolutely amazing business woman. The seamstress did an absolutely amazing job on making my wedding gown fit me perfectly. All in all, Casablanca makes you feel extremely comfortable. Their selection is grand and within a reasonable price. The quality of their dresses are sturdy and you truly get what you pay for and then some! Their customer service is wonderful and my husband and I would highly recommend Casablanca Bridal and Formals not only for weddings, but for any special occasion.

I was super excited to go to Casablanca to try on wedding dresses because I heard great things about it and the outside looked so nice. I booked an appointment and since it was my 1st dress trying outing, I brought my mom and some of my bridesmaids with me. Unfortunately the appointment did not go as well as I was imagining. First of all, the inside was not as nice as the outside appeared. Inside on the first floor was tons of bridesmaid/mother dresses shoved together. Upstairs there was one mirrored wall which was nice and some seating but not much. The girl that helped me was very nice, but since I didn't really know what I wanted, she just pulled dress after dress after dress, and I didn't like any of them! Don't get me wrong, the dresses were beautiful, but I think we were there for over 2.5 hours without any "aha" moments. Maybe I should've known what I wanted. But even so, she should have suggested dresses that would have flattered my figure or at least put a stop to it after the 15th dress. It was also irritating because they had several women trying on dresses and it was hard to see the mirror. Needless to say, it was an extremely disappointing first wedding dress shopping experience.

They have the best assortment of beautiful gowns. The employees were very accommodating.

The dress are exquisite, the service is impeccable, the salon is gorgeous, the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and the experience was wonderful. They carry a wide range of dress styles covering a wide range of prices. They ask you your budget as soon as you walk in, and they won't show you a dress outside of that budget so that you don't fall in love with something you can't afford. I looked forward to every appointment, not just to see my dress again but to enjoy the company of Gladys (the store owner) and her staff.

Wonderful staff that helped me get the look I wanted and that suited me and my style. Very accomodating in scheduling our fittings. Gave discounts as well as free gift for my purchases. The salon's atmosphere made me feel as if I was a princess...gorgeous showcases of dresses jewelry veils etc. Loved the mirrored wall chandeliers furniture and staircase (which made for beautiful photo-ops.;the feel of wanting to shop there again and again for more dresses for whatever occasion! No complaints!
