not overly expensive. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. I went to so many stores before finding Casablanca Bridal. I was so thrilled when I found a dress on their website that I knew could be the one! It was a new style and no one else had purchased it yet. When I tried it on my mom and I both knew it was exactly what I had been searching for. I felt so beautiful in it and it fit my style perfectly. I got endless compliments at the wedding. The salon itself is beautiful and is right by the ocean, such a picturesque location. I want to give a special thanks to Narjess who helped me every step of the way. I couldn't be more thrilled with my dress. I highly recommend Casablanca Bridal!

Now I probably should have called ahead of time to ask if they had it, but it was a real bummer to show up and have to try on dresses that were just "kinda" like the Melodie. Mollie told me she would do everything she could to pull the dress from a trunk show for me to try on, and sure enough, 2 weeks later, I was able to come back and try it on. The ladies at the shop were so kind and accommodating and I'm so happy I was able to get my dream dress. They also did alterations and made my dress fit well in places I was concerned about, but the alterations were quite minimal because they ordered it according to my height-I'm 4'11' so I swim in gowns! They even added pockets for me which was a must-have! Mollie was super responsive to my many emails about alterations and customizations. My mom ended up taking the veil that matched the gown and turned it into a cape which really made it unique and mine. I would highly recommend Casablanca to anyone looking to try on some gorgeous gowns-you may even find the one!

I was able to get exactly what I want and still stay below my lower 2.5K budget. The consultants were all super easy going, approachable, informative and not pushy at all. They actually suggested I think about it and come back. I couldn’t stop thinking about one of the dresses I tried on and knew I needed to go back and try it on again. When I went back they suggested I try on other dresses. They put me in dresses that were different styles so when I was ready to se met dress again I knew it was the one. It was nothing that I thought I wanted but because they are good, they just knew what will make me look and feel good. The best part is everything is customizable. You can mix and match dresses and they will make it exactly how you want. My dress was perfect but I’m extremely girly so they offered to show me how an extra sparkly tulle might look. Once I saw the swatch pinned in and I was sold! Best decision to add that extra sparkle layer in as my dress shimmered in all of my photos. Every fitting was comfortable and easy. incredibly patient with me, and listened to exactly what I was looking for. In fact, she found my dress! A big perk that made me choose my dress was the ability to customize a few things based on what I liked from other dresses (boning, adding lace appliques, changing my illusion front). r dresses are made locally only to really have them made in China. We ordered a customized gown with their $150 specific measurements promise, but when the dress showed up it was 4 inches too big, and a charge of $400 in alterations. The sales people assured us that the dress would fit perfectly (or just need a small nip & tuck) but since this is a lace gown and it's huge, they will need to totally restructure the dress.
We were conned and it seems as though others have had this exact same experience based on other recent reviews (purchase a promise and then pick up a disaster that their seamstress can miraculously fix for a fee) .
We will be seeking legal action and reporting to the BBB for their unethical sales techniques and inability to follow through with the actual item that was purchased.

My consultant was great, she let me browse through the dresses in the main area and she brought out some dresses from the back she thought I would like. She was very friendly and listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress. I ended up loving a dress she picked for me! Responsiveness- My phone calls were always answered or returned. The only reason I would give a 4.5 here is because my bridal jewelry came in and did not receive notice of its arrival. With that said, the jewelry pieces did arrive and in plenty of time. They also went the extra mile. The earring I had wanted were discontinued and they were able to get the company to make one more pair for me :)
Professionalism- The manager of this store always made me feel welcome. She remembered my name, knew what I was coming in for, and was very knowledgeable.
Value- My dress I thought was extremely well made and luxurious. I had been to 4 bridal stores and Casablanca bridal had the best value for quality and price. The material and construction was top notch compared to some other places I went.
Flexibility- I was always welcome to come by to pick up or drop off items. The only time I had to take off work was to attend my fitting at 3pm. Other than that, the store is was always open and has convenient hours.
