e bus making sure we didn't ruin our dresses. The bus was comfortable and spacious enough for all 19 of us plus a photographer! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the company was slow to respond to emails and did not take online payment. That being said, they were always very friendly and helpful every time I called to revise our schedule (which was a lot). And if I left a voicemail, they would always call back the very same day.

went back to get my parents and nephew, and then it was supposed to take my family back to the house after the wedding. The driver I had was super nice. The price is par for other providers in the area...stupidly expensive and overpriced, but that's just how it goes apparently. I didn't love the automatic 20% gratuity. Two issues: The smaller issue is that they don't seem to comprehend that if they make you book a car for a three-hour span, I shouldn't have to pick an EXACT pick-up time to go 10 minutes away. I had reserved a different sedan to bring me and my husband to our rental house after the wedding, and I had to argue with them to get them to be at the venue between 10 and 11...the wedding was either going to end at 10 (if it rained and we couldn't do the campfire) or 11 (no rain, campfire). They kept telling me to just call when we were ready. Hi! No! I'm not going to get on my cell phone after my wedding and try to track down the car that I paid $125 + 20% gratuity for! It just needs to be there, if that's the 3-hour rate I'm paying for! Get real! (Driver was nice, though.) And now here's the bigger issue I had with them. I had sent in my deposit when I made the reservation, and was never told any other instructions about the balance...so I had assumed once the entire job was completed, they'd get the balance. I had given my mother an envelope of cash to give to the driver at the end of the night, after the job was complete. After the driver took me and the bridesmaids to the venue, the driver went back to the house to get my parents, but REFUSED to take them unless they ponied up the cash. My father was caught off guard, went inside to ask my mother for money, and she gave him the envelope. By this point, my father was already on the phone with the manager, who was just a complete piece of garbage. Completely rude, disrespectful, etc. My father didn't have an issue with the driver...after all, the driver was instructed by this ridiculous manager to not drive anyone anywhere without cash. Finally my father just showed the driver the envelope and cash and told him to tell the manager that he'd gladly give him the cash after the job was completed. That worked, and they got their money at the end of the night. First of all, how dare these people HARASS my family on their daughter's wedding day? That's incredibly disgusting. Second of all, YOU DON'T GET PAID WITHOUT FINISHING A JOB!!!!! What they should have done, perhaps, if they had such a gigantic issue/preference for payment, was have the payment be in thirds--first third on reservation, second third on pick-up, final third on final drop-off. It's that simple, and it could have been laid out when I made the reservation. It wasn't...instead they just acted polite to me and then harassed my family behind my back, as though I don't care about my family. Anyway...trust me. There are far more options in the area...all of which are at the same price as this one, give or take a few bucks. So don't use this company that clearly thinks it's OK to harass people trying to enjoy a pretty important day. ESPECIALLY when it makes no sense to get the full payment when the job is only half done.

party bus, which sat all of us very comfortably. We could all spread out and we all had a blast. The bus I believe was custom made for the company, which was nice because it was a fun big bus without the feeling of a strip club. I am very happy we decided to go with them for my wedding day.

ery accomodating too. We wanted to stop at a store leaving the ceremony, not a problem! We wanted to stop at a second location to take more pictures, not a problem! Most of the wedding party were smokers, and they had no problem waiting after our stops for them to smoke a cigarette. They were very nice too!

e limo's online but the limo in person was even better! Casanova Carriage was on time and the driver was the most accomodating driver there is. I loved the service and our Cadillac Escalde Ext.

erything. After the wedding party they rolled out the red carpet and had bottled of chilled champagne ready for all of us to enjoy. The limo and the party bus were spotless, the drivers were a complete pleasure and Chuck the owner was a true joy to deal with...customer service at it's best!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

one bottle of champagne so the groom and groomsmen did not have it during their trip. Otherwise it was fine.
