The venue itself is breathtaking — the most romantic, dreamy setting for an outdoor wedding. We chose to have everything outside in the middle of summer, and even in the heat, it felt perfect. The garden created this cool, intimate, almost magical atmosphere that our guests are still talking about.

For over three weeks, we attempted to reserve our wedding date for June 19, 2027. During ...
that time, communication was extremely inconsistent. We were repeatedly told from the event contact, LeeAnn, that we would receive a phone call or a contract “tomorrow,” but those promises were never followed through on.
We reached out multiple times by text, phone, email, and even left a message with the receptionist. Most of our attempts went unanswered, and when we did receive a response, it was typically just one brief text saying the contract would be sent, but it never arrived.
What has been the most frustrating part is that we stopped actively searching for other venues because we were told our date was being reserved. After more than three weeks without a contract or any meaningful communication, we’ve lost valuable time during a period when wedding venues book quickly.
I completely understand that businesses get busy, and if our date was no longer available or if there were another issue, I would have appreciated an honest conversation. What was difficult was being repeatedly told to expect the next step and then hearing nothing.
Thankfully, everything worked out in the end. We found another venue, Nature’s Pointe, and from our very first interaction, the communication and professionalism were everything we had hoped for. Their team made us feel valued, answered our questions promptly, and made the booking process seamless. While I’m genuinely grateful that we ultimately found the perfect place for our wedding, I wish we hadn’t lost three weeks waiting for communication that never came.

here is another side to this situation.
After communication back and forth regarding available dates and working to find a date that would work for your wedding, you requested that we prepare a contract on July 20, 2026. The contract was then sent to you on July 28, 2026—seven days after your request. This is an important factual detail that is missing from your review and does not support the impression that you were left waiting for a contract for more than three weeks.
Yes, we were busy. We were busy taking care of the couples who had already entrusted us with their weddings, and those commitments understandably took priority over an inquiry that had not yet resulted in a signed contract or booked event. We have many couples who are actively planning their weddings with us, and our responsibility to those clients is something we take very seriously.
We are certainly not going to pretend that every communication during the inquiry process was as timely as it could have been. However, we are also glad that we were too busy taking care of our current wedding couples to rush into a contract with you.
In fact, after reading your review, we are even more confident that we were not the right wedding venue for you. Your expectations regarding the booking process, your interpretation of the situation, and especially the manner in which you chose to publicly characterize the interaction demonstrate that our venue was simply not the right fit.
A date being discussed or tentatively held while details are being worked through is not the same as having a confirmed booking. Until a contract is completed and signed, there is no finalized event agreement. We would never want to move forward with a couple who already felt this level of dissatisfaction before their wedding planning had even begun.
We also feel that the personal nature of some of the comments in this review was unnecessary. It is completely reasonable to express disappointment with a business interaction. What is unnecessary, however, is turning that frustration into personal criticism of the people involved. Our team works extremely hard to care for our guests and the couples who have already entrusted us with their weddings, and we will continue to stand behind our staff.
Ultimately, we believe this worked out exactly as it should have. You found another venue that you feel is a better fit for your expectations, and we avoided entering into a working relationship that, based on this experience, clearly would not have been a good fit for either of us.

n everything, any concerns or questions we had, she addressed quickly. The bridal group and guests were able to rent out the cute casitas to stay the night. It was so nice just to wake up, get ready and walk to the garden for the ceremony. The ceremony took place in the garden, it was so beautiful and perfect. All the little details at this pace made it much more special. We used their reception hall for the reception which worked out perfectly.. LeAnn let us go in the day before to decorate (know it depends if there is an event the day before). Thank goodness we did not have to clean up at the end of the night, Overall it was such a great experience for our wedding, we loved and enjoyed every minute of it.

n is beautiful and it stays a few degrees cooler, which was really helpful for our June wedding. It was so great that a lot of our family and friends were able to stay with us at the venue as well. BUT-let me tell you the best part- LeeAnn. LeeAnn is the wedding coordinator for the venue, and let me tell you, that woman is a ROCKSTAR. My wedding day was perfect from start to finish in part because of her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, made sure I had a drink in my hand after pictures and made my dream wedding come true. If you're on the fence about some other venue, I hope this will help you choose Casas de Suenos, because aside from the beautiful garden, LeeAnn is a treasure and amazing at her job.
I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!!

staurants, shops and cafes so it was easy for our guests to explore. We opted to do the ceremony and reception outside in the gardens, which is beautiful with all of the twinkle lights. We happened to have a freak rain storm during the wedding, and LeeAnn and staff were fantastic. They had large plastic sheets to cover the tables and chairs with, and when it rained during the ceremony, they changed out all of the linens and wiped down all of the chairs during cocktail hour so that everything was neat and dry for dinner. With all of the unexpected rain, one of our guest's rooms had a leak in the ceiling, and LeeAnn and staff absolutely bent over backwards to fix the situation, even offering to put my guests up at another hotel because the rest of the rooms on site were booked. Our guests decided to stay on site anyways to be close to the action, and felt super taken care of. The customer service the entire weekend was superb. Being a super Type A bride, and an event planner professionally, there were a few times in the planning process where it was a little tough to get in touch with LeeAnn, but I shouldn't have worried -- she was more on top of our details than I was! We also live in Las Cruces and were not familiar with vendors in Albuquerque. LeeAnn provided a list of suggested vendors for us and we went with several of her options. We felt like Casas de Suenos was a great fit for us -- both for our budget and for the style of wedding we were looking for. The only downside (which exists with many ABQ venues) was a hard stop at 10:00 pm due to noise ordinances. We were initially worried about the wedding feeling too short, but to be honest, especially with the rain, the timing was perfect and we felt like there was plenty of time to celebrate.

LeeAnn and Blair directed our rehearsal, which was instrumental in making the day of the best ever, and were present and attentive on the day of the wedding. After speaking with our other vendors, they were very pleased with how well LeeAnn communicated with them and it made my day worry and stress free. We also felt the value of what was included was unbeatable. We stayed in the secret garden casita the night of the wedding and loved it. The hot tub in the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was DELICIOUS. We can't wait to return and recommend Casas de Suenos to our friends, family and those who read this review!

iful in any season (I viewed it in December and got married in July), and they have great options for indoor/outdoor spaces. Venue event coordinators LeeAnn and Blair were so kind and helpful - they made sure that every detail was taken care of just the way I had envisioned. Also, after researching almost all of the venues in Albuquerque, this is certainly the most affordable for what is included. I can't recommend this place enough!

ways responded in a good amount of time. They had many options of runners, set up options, etc to please anyone. We held the ceremony at ABQ Bio Park Botanic Garden, so it was just a couple blocks down.
Only problem was the terrible construction on Central for the ART project. There was another way to get to the reception hall without issues, but many people were confused at first.
10/10. Totally recommend for any couple looking for a spacious reception hall!

ding gazebo in the center area with several casitas located around the area. Casas de Suenos also has an onsite restaurant with terrific entrees. The casitas themselves are perfect for couples or groups up to four. Our wedding guests who stayed at Casas de Suenos were completely impressed by the casitas. Highly recommended! The center garden with gazebo is where we held our ceremony, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing! With approximately 120 guests, the area was both intimate while also spacious and welcoming. The smaller gardens throughout the venue (wisteria, bamboo, fountain) make for outstanding photo sites. We had our “First Look” photos taken in the wisteria area; completely stunning.
LeeAnn and her staff deserve the utmost praise for their knowledge, professionalism, and true understanding of wedding planning/organization. LeeAnn was very accessible and always responded promptly to calls and emails. She has plenty of experience in planning and made very astute suggestions that kept our planning and actual ceremony flowing smoothly. LeeAnn and her staff truly embody the characteristic of “attention to detail.” Nothing went overlooked when in the hands of LeeAnn and the amazing staff of Casas de Suenos. s they loved the space. We would give it five stars if not for an issue we had with the owner that we believe other couples considering Casas de Suenos as their venue should know about.
When we started our wedding planning, we wanted a particular date for sentimental reasons. When we contacted Casas de Suenos to inquire about our date, they told us that the space was available. What they did not tell us, at least not until we were at our appointment to view the space, was that there was already a wedding scheduled there for the morning of that day. The owner assured us that there would be no problem setting up and that we could rent a tent in case of rain. To make a long story short, it turned out that none of the tent companies we talked to could set up a tent during the set up time Casas made available to us, in spite of their assurances to the contrary. We ended up having to find a back-up venue in order to have a weather backup plan. Throughout the process, Casas treated us as though we were doing something wrong for wanting to be able to book a tent in case of rain. The owner did nothing to accommodate a weather backup plan for us, even prohibiting us from communicating with the earlier wedding in case of bad weather. (If it was raining all day, maybe we could have shared a tent. In that case, everyone would have won!) All we wanted was to be able to have a weather backup plan. This left us feeling like Casas cared more about booking the space to as many people as possible than making sure that their customers have a good experience and peace of mind.
That said, the space is beautiful and well-maintained. Our guests loved it. Unfortunately, however, the worry about the weather backup plan in a particularly wet year caused me and my now-husband a lot of grief.

wedding however I could see this place not being fancy enough for some brides. I loved that all of the out-of-towners were staying in the rooms surrounding the courtyard where the wedding/reception took place (part of the package I chose). I refused to have a tent and of course, it rained on the day of the wedding 2 hours before the ceremony after everything had been set out. Casas de Suenos owners/workers came to the rescue and fixed everything immediately, doing whatever it took to make it right. The owner is also the wedding organizer and she is wonderful- she knew I was a control freak and made me realize that it was ok to let her handle everything. The only downside is that it had to end at 10pm.
