it can be avoided through communication for couples in the future. We thought we were very clear that we wanted a fully attended buffet, but when everything was being setup, the catering team didnt seem to know that and last minute adjustments had to be made. Overall, we were very happy with Cascade. Everyone told us how delicious they thought the food was, which we whole-heartedly agree. The staff was very professional and adapted well to the "last-minute" change. Highly recommend.

a thousand different things on her plate (no pun intended) that was so incredibly helpful! The tasting they hosted at American Homestead was wonderful, we got a chance to taste some of the food, meet her in person, and ask her any questions that we had. The food was delicious at the wedding & our guests had nothing but kind words about the food.

is easy to work with, very responsive, and is willing to go the extra mile. We really appreciated being able to have a tasting beforehand and how they prepared a to go bag of food for us for after the wedding reception. Cascade Catering does the big things and the little things well. I would highly recommend them and work with them again for any catering needs.
