Catering Sales Manager
Sharia Boyd brings a thoughtful approach to every event she oversees. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Missouri and has spent the past five years working in luxury hotels, where she developed a strong foundation in high touch service and seamless event execution.
As a Marriott Certified Wedding Planner, Sharia partners closely with couples and planners to guide the planning process from initial vision through flawless execution. Known for her calm presence, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail, she is dedicated to creating events that feel both elevated and personal.

My husband and I were supposed to be in Marco island Florida to celebrate our 34th anniversary. Our daughter was admitted through the ER at St Luke’s on the plaza Christmas night. Cascade hotel was close by so we walked in at 4am looking for a ...
place to stay and were met with so much compassion and care. That continued on through our 6 night stay. Every day we would add a new day thinking maybe our daughter would get to go home. The staff even sent a care package to our room for our anniversary which we spent eating carry out from Kona grill in our room because it had been a rough day at the hospital and we were tired. Today our daughter gets to go home and we got to spend so much time with her while she was there. The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is stunning, clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas with jazz music playing. Well secured and good parking. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. I wish I hadn’t taken more photos of the lobby. We were to distracted. But here is the view from the 9th floor room 960

eek and comfortable. I had a suite this time which was roomie and had the Pelaton which I loved and rode each night after our events concluded. The staff is kind and helpful at every turn. Its always an enjoyable stay.
