Cascade Liquid Catering provided excellent bar service for our event! We found them through The Knot, and their communication throughout the process was quick and efficient. The bar setup was beautiful and really enhanced the overall look of our wedding venue.
We loved how customizable everything was, it made it easy to create exactly what we wanted for our big day. The drinks were fantastic, and the staff was friendly, professional, and served guests quickly all night. Everything ran seamlessly, and our guests had a great time.
I would absolutely recommend them for any event!
Cascade Liquid contributed so much to our special night! I couldn’t have asked for a smoother service! They were able to make any cocktail that our guests requested and our guests loved them as well. They kept the drinks flowing through the night and kept everyone happy!!

Hi! I’m Kaylin, and I’ve been part of the wedding industry since 2019. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, I have spent years bartending weddings with a catering company across New York State — from Buffalo to New York City — serving everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. No matter the size, I’ve truly done it all.
Over time, I completely fell in love with the wedding industry. I always knew that one day I would launch my own liquid catering company, and that vision has finally become a reality. In 2025, I made the move from Syracuse to Portland, Oregon, and decided it was now or never.
Cascade Liquid Catering may be new to the Portland scene, but my partner and I bring years of hands-on experience and event expertise. We’re beyond excited to connect with newly engaged couples and help bring your celebration to life. Cheers! 🥂
