o work with and we loved her creative flavor options. Most importantly the cake was delicious! I appreciated that the frosting wasn't sickeningly sweet, the flavors were well balanced and the cake itself was moist and soft. Highly Recommend!

t! We can’t thank you enough :) Affordable and won’t be disappointed
Heidi did a phenomenal job creating our cake! I say “creating” instead of “baking” because it truly was a work of art, my husband audibly gasped when he first saw it. She did a fou...
r tier cake with about 130 servings, with both vanilla and chocolate cake. Our guests all went back for both flavors and loved both, it was a huge crowd pleaser. We tasted cake from 3 other bakeries before choosing Cascadia Cake Design - her cake is incredibly moist and flavorful and her icing is smooth and rich without being overly sweet. We can’t get enough of Heidi’s cake, it’s so good. The cake design was all Heidi too - we had a very rough idea of the colors and style we wanted for the cake, but not much else. She took our vague vision and made it into something really special. The sugar flowers were so realistic that we had to get up in there to realize they weren’t real. Heidi was also super professional, very communicative, very clear and fair about her pricing and services, and all around just a pleasure to work with. We appreciate you so much, Heidi! clared it the best. I wish I was able to supply a picture here of my 4 year old nephew going around in circles licking his plate clean. Heidi is such a joy to talk and collaborate with about you wedding vision. she is even going to bake us an anniversary cake as part of our package deal because she doesn't believe in freezer cake! I cannot stress how amazing and wonderful she and her cakes are!
I’m not sure I can say enough good things about Heidi and our wedding cake… she was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Communicating what I wanted for my cake was a breeze....
She created a mock up and gave me options that ranged in price so we could find what fit within our budget. We got samples and there was another flavor we wanted to try so she delivered them the following weekend. She was great about staying up to date with me on any changes I wanted to make, and the finished product was AMAZING. Seriously. This woman makes sugar flowers that look like THE REAL THING. She is so incredibly talented. Definitely hiring her again anytime I ever need a cake for anything. She is so talented. Her cakes are delicious! Highly recommend
