I still remember my first phone interview with Casey- she was noticeably so calm and collected, and upon speaking with her, I immediately knew she was the one that I wanted to work with. That same calmness remained throughout the entire planning process, even up until the very last moment on the day of my wedding. It seems so simple to say, but this calmness that she illustrated made what could have easily been and often times is the most stressful event of my life not stressful at all. Because of her confidence and calmness, I truly never once questioned whether or not something would or wouldn't get done in time. When it came time for vendors, Casey made the process so simple and streamlined for me- she handled all of the communication to the extent that I very rarely had to get involved outside of making the final decisions. If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Casey and her team enough! They are absolutely the best at what they do- one of the best decisions we made for our special day. Highly recommend!

omeone local, near the venue, was imperative to us. We met with Casey and her team about once a month via phone. Casey was great in guiding us about what we needed to be focused on, and more importantly keeping us from dwelling on the trivial details of our wedding. Casey always kept detailed notes of our conversation and made sure progress was being made each time we met. Casey recommended excellent vendors and kept our scope narrow, which was very helpful since we were so far away from the venue. Casey emulated our down-to-earth style and was always ensuring our wants were being reflected in the decision's being made. She was very conscientious of our overall budget. Casey was so helpful during the week of our wedding. We were so busy, of course, but Casey made sure nothing fell through the cracks and made all the last-minute details happen--which removed a lot of stress from me and my wife. Casey and the team made our day perfect. My wife and I both enjoyed our wedding more than we expected to and we know that is because of Casey. We wish we could live our wedding day over and over again because everything fell into place. The money spent on Casey's services was well worth it and we got a great value. We could not have pulled off half the wedding Casey planned for us if we had attempted it on our own. Thank you, Casey!!!

o highly critical people, we sincerely recommend it. Casey and Dani are AMAZING—they are extremely passionate and so excellent at what they do. Casey truly got to know us as a couple, what we wanted on our wedding day. Both her and Dani brought our visions to life—even those that were seemingly impossible—yes, we wanted llamas at our wedding and did not even think it would be possible in Sedona, but Casey did everything to make sure it happened. Casey kept us on track throughout the year, and made sure there were absolutely no worries on our hands—if there were, she took care of it right away--oh my goodness, she is so on top of it. When Jared and I got side tracked, she redirected us. When we made brash decisions, she was there with her utmost honest opinion, reminding us of things we would have never thought about. When it came to vendors, we connected with a few ourselves, but Casey had the most powerful and accurate insights (believe me, she really knows the industry). Casey and Dani were like magical fairy dust. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of all the work they did behind the scenes. I only found out later, that Casey had kept in touch with the hotel, the hair and makeup team, the photographers and one of my bridesmaids [I did not even know they exchanged contact information!] throughout the day to make sure we were on schedule, and that transportation she had arranged from one point to another arrived as planned. When it came time to line up for the ceremony, Jared realized he left our marriage certificate in the hotel (more than 3 miles away). Dani acted on it SO QUICKLY that no one, not even I noticed! It was not until days after that I found out she sped to our hotel, got a hold of my cousin and access to our room, retrieved the certificate and sped back to the wedding venue. During our reception, we had a couple surprises in mind, and did not think we would be able to do it all, but Dani took it in her hands and made it happen. Everything from the perfect timing to the music to go with it flowed SEAMLESSLY because Dani had wittingly and meticulously orchestrated each event with our DJ. Long after our wedding weekend, we are still heartwarmingly grateful and cannot thank them enough. Our wedding was everything we dreamt it to be, and we were so blessed to have had Casey and Dani by our sides. They made the process completely stress free and so uniquely ours. If you are planning a wedding in the Arizona area, give Casey a call, I promise you, you will not regret it.

Right off the bat we had a planning meeting to game plan the wedding vision where she gave me a beautiful checklist of all the things I need to have in my sights for planning. She then checked in with meetings every couple months to help me stay on track and be available for questions. As the wedding got closer we had more frequent meetings where we hashed out details to make sure nothing was missed. She is incredibly organized, smart, adaptive, and kind. She knew an answer for every single question and kept me sane throughout planning. If your questioning if you need a day of coordinator do it! Casey was by far the best investment of our wedding with her wealth of knowledge and connections. You will get to be guest at your own wedding if you hire her.

ed). Casey provided 2-3 vendors for each meal/event. She provided choices for the cake, florist and even a portable bathroom. She also made arrangements for rentals (wine barrels, etc). She went above and beyond after we had to postpone the wedding from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid. Casey also had to deal with a last minute rain storm--ready to move the wedding under the pavilion (thank goodness we got to have the ceremony on the lawn). The majority of the guests were blown away with every detail--all thanks to Casey. One guest summed it up by stating the wedding was "epic." Would highly recommend Casey for any wedding in northern Arizona--from Sedona to Strawberry to Flagstaff. She will not disappoint.

way until our big day on June 12, 2021! Casey had multiple checklists to help keep me on track during planning, and as someone with a Type A personality, that was right up my alley! There was one list organized chronologically, and the other list was organized by category. It was perfect! And we always had a working timeline to help us map out the flow of the weekend. We discussed our wants and needs for our wedding. She arranged venue tours for us for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner and helped us pick the best fit. Casey knew all the right questions to ask the venues that I would have never thought to ask. Casey helped us navigate all of the uncertainty with COVID – changing from a 150 person wedding to a 50 person wedding just 4 months out from the big day. When it came to picking vendors, Casey would share with me 2-3 of her favorite vendors so I could review and see whose style I liked best. This was super helpful since the internet can be overwhelming with options. As we got closer to the event, Casey brought in two assistants to help finalize details, keep tabs on all the vendors, and make sure everyone got the information and payments they needed on time! Casey was always available whenever I wanted to chat by phone, text, and email. Our wedding was in Flagstaff and Casey made multiple trips to Flagstaff to meet with me and our vendors over the course of our planning. The whole wedding weekend went so smoothly thanks to Casey and her team! They helped with our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony & reception, and day-after-wedding brunch. We were even ahead of schedule at some points which is impressive for a wedding. I cannot thank Casey Green Weddings enough for making the planning process and wedding stress free and exactly what we had imagined!

She went above and beyond by offering to take over vendor cancellations and helped us navigate the uncertainty of "what now?". And, honestly, that's why we hired Casey. We knew that planning a wedding during a pandemic could go south and we wanted to work with somebody who we trusted could handle the worst-of-the-worst. And Casey is absolutely the woman for the job. Ultimately, Casey helped us pull together a wonderful microwedding with just our parents and siblings. So we were able to get married on our original date after all. We have so much love and gratitude for Casey, hiring her was the best decision we made and we hope to hire her again for our sequel wedding post-COVID!

She gave us extremely useful timelines that guided us into making sure every particular detail was spot-on. Since then, we've encountered quite a few unforeseen hurdles (thanks, COVID), and she's been extremely accommodating in helping us postpone our wedding and contacting all our vendors to make sure we don't accrue any extra charges. It's almost like we gained a best friend who happened to be amazing at planning weddings. We're forever grateful!

the very beginning. We had calls every couple of months at first, then monthly then weekly up until the wedding. She is incredibly responsive, SO SO sweet and we really valued her honest opinion and expertise. We also started working with Dani who was just as fabulous and helpful. I honestly have no idea what our wedding would have been like if it wasn't for them - they nailed it. Our wedding party was so impressed with the detailed timelines and incredible organization. She thought of every little detail and question leading up to our big day. Also kept in constant contact with our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. We had to postpone due to covid and she could not have been more helpful during that whole process, also calming me down a lot when I started to become bridezilla. Our wedding day was PERFECT and ran so so smoothly which we 100% attribute to Casey and Dani. I have no idea how our day could have gone if it wasn't for them. Flat out the best value/money spent for the wedding is hiring them. If they are available -- book them!

Casey as she came highly recommended. Casey is outgoing, organized and we bonded quickly as she was easy to talk to. We were able to easily coordinate monthly meetings and even got to meet in person during one of our trips back to Phoenix. The timeline and checklist kept us on track and provided options of things that we didn’t consider. We are very happy and would highly recommend Casey. Additionally, Jon and Dani were spectacular to have on our wedding day. The one thing I really wanted for my wedding was to walk down the aisle to a certain song. This song has a random long pause in the middle. Jon made sure this task was completed in the correct sequence without any mishaps or complications. we met for our meetings. This made me feel uneasy, but still I wanted to trust her and believe everything was going to work out. I took on all of the planning/hiring of vendors since I only booked her for the month of/day of. She still did a nice job reaching out months before to ensure I stayed on track or if I had any questions. During our rehearsal, she seemed scatterbrained and was telling some of the folks in our wedding party wrong things that needed to be corrected. She just had a baby as well, so I believe that was part of it. After the rehearsal, we were able to transfer all wedding decor and all our alcohol to her vehicle and she would bring that and set it up at our venue, so that was nice that we didn't have to deal with that on the day of our wedding. Some things just didn't go right during our wedding and I believe these things could have been prevented. The most irritating of them all was that Casey decided to come up to me and my husband, right after dinner so probably 8pm, and ask us if it was okay for her to leave early and go home to be with her baby, while her husband (Jon) stayed at the venue. What was I going to say? My emotions were all over the place so I said it was fine. I really wish I hadn't though because there were so many little details that got missed once she left. I felt this was really inappropriate of her to do right in the middle of our wedding. Once she left, there were times our DJ asked me about our timeline and I looked around and didn't see Jon anywhere. The DJ shouldn't be asking me about our timeline. At the end of the evening, my parents were planning on taking home our flowers and Jon told them they couldn't or they'd be charged. Of course, I knew we could because our florist confirmed it with me, but I was already gone at that point. The next day, my florist texts me telling me that all of the centerpieces and big spray arrangements were ours to keep and why didn't I take these. I explained to her that my family were urged not to and she was so upset saying that she made it crystal clear to our planner after dropping flowers off that my family could take these home. These are things that are part of the coordinator's job and they just fell short. Other items that were completely missed: we handed off a box of custom cocktail napkins to Casey after our rehearsal and these were totally left out of our wedding. We still don't know what happened with them. I questioned Casey back and forth on these asking for her to just return them to us and we'd use them for parties later and she claimed she never saw these. Casey also missed pinning my Grandmother with her flower before the ceremony. We didn't know about this until we started looking at our photos, so that was sad that she didn't have her glorified bout on. I asked Casey to be reimbursed for these 2 items. At first, Casey claimed she didn't know about these items until after the wedding. When I forwarded her emails that proved she did, she reimbursed me. We are still missing a few other items that no one can find. As I mentioned, none of this ruined our special day but it certainly left me feeling frustrated and disappointed when we hired someone to handle these things. I believe Casey has great potential if she can stay more focused and detail-oriented.

ng another bride's review on another review site with the same wedding date as ours, I have to alter this review. After the wedding, I learned that our parents never received the wedding timeline from the coordinator at our rehearsal as they were supposed to, and people were left not knowing that they had to be at our ceremony site for photos before the wedding. I had hoped to send the final timeline out a week before the wedding for people to review, but Casey delivered the digital final version to me later than we discussed. Additionally, the day before our wedding, Casey texted that she could not be present for our wedding weekend due to a family emergency. We of course understood at the time, but another bride on another review website left a review for Casey for our same wedding date. If Casey had another wedding the same day as ours, and knew she would be absent for our wedding, I would have preferred to know well in advance of the event instead of hours before the wedding rehearsal. Her husband and an associate ended up running the day instead, which was fine and the day went well overall, but seeing now that some things slipped through the cracks, it would have been much preferred to know in advance so we could have touched base with her associate before the wedding weekend.

I made a mistake and ordered donuts from two separate locations, she was there to make it work. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day and truly got to enjoy every minute of it. In fact, I later learned our lead venue coordinator was sick that night and because Casey had such a handle on everything, I had no idea she wasn't even there. If you're looking for someone to ensure your day runs as smooth as possible, look no further, Casey is your best choice.

Because she was willing to communicate with us via email and phone calls usually within 24 hours notice we were ahead of schedule with months to spare. Casey built our wedding perfectly and all our guests were able to enjoy the day without stressing over any imperfections. I would recommend Casey to anyone who wants a great coordinator who builds your wedding vision.

She kept a checklist of items that needed to be done and was constantly reminding me when it was time to do them! She went above and beyond in helping us get all the decor and items setup for the wedding. Since we were not local she helped us find ways to ship our items to Sedona from Texas! I do not know how we would have done that without her! The wedding day went by so fast, but Casey had everything organized and was wonderful at connecting with our vendors and wedding party to make sure our timeline was on track and everyone was on the same page. Casey was so calm and encouraging the entire wedding planning process! I could not have done it without her and am so happy we booked her for our wedding day! I highly recommend booking Casey for any event in Arizona!
